Jenelle Evans turned 23 this week and it looks like she made good on her promise to celebrate in style. The controversial Teen Mom star ruffled feathers when she informed her Twitter followers that she would “be partying” for her big day on December 19. Jenelle’s struggled with heroin addiction , and she’s been out of rehab for less than a year, so it’s not hard to see why fans were upset when she announced her plans to throw caution to the wind. But while Jenelle’s tweets may have upset the trolls, her Instagram posts should calm them right down: It seems Jenelle’s idea of “partying” these days is spending a quiet evening at home…and possibly getting engaged? Evans tweeted the above photo of a ring, and while she made no mention of longtime boyfriend Nathan Griffith popping the question, there’s been plenty of speculation that Jenelle’s dropping an uncharacteristically subtle hint. Evans and Griffith have had their problems, including en epic screaming match that was caught on video back in March, but they’ve been together for over 18 months, which is like a decade in Jenelle years. Ironically, sources say Griffith being jailed for DUI was actually good for his relationship with Jenelle, and that he’s been focused on helping her raise their son Kaiser ever since. So maybe Jenelle is engaged, and maybe not. Either way, we’re shocked to report that she seems to actually be living a stable life these days. Hope we didn’t just jinx it.
