Mobb Deep’s Havoc Claims Phone Was Left At Gas Station Mobb Deep rapper/producer Havoc has deleted his Twitter account following some major controversy over tweets he’s now denying responsibility for that claimed his partner in rhyme Prodigy was “gay for stay” while in lockup. In a statement via revered publicist Roberta Magrini , Hav had this to say: Just getting back into NY after my Easter weekend with family and friends in Jersey. I left my phone at a gas station yesterday evening while on the way to Jersey after a glorious Knick’s game. To all Mobb Deep fans: It’s business as usual!! It’s Mobb Deep all day!!! My twitter account @THEREALHAVOC will be down until further notice. The only real account is @PRODIGYMOBBDEEP. Ignore the rest. One! While we can respect the brevity of his comments, we always believe where there’s smoke, there’s fire. Word on the street is that Havoc has been hitting the bottle pretty heavy as of late and the Mobb is Deep in the drama. According to our sources P and Hav even got into an altercation at a show in Connecticut. Don’t get us wrong — we’d love to see these guys getting along and continuing to make classic hip-hop.
