Source: Greg Doherty / Getty Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood security does a good job of keeping A1 off Safaree’s arse. That’s where we ended last week in case you forgot so we start back there tonight. They calm down a bit and A1 asks him about what happened with Lyrica again, and Safaree gives a stupid, “It is what it is” answer. He also antagonizes A1, telling him that he’s going to text Lyrica and tell her how he’s acting, then he clowns A1’s sparkly shoes. Y’all know A1 has a flamboyant sense of style so that’s always an easy target for everyone. They stay coming for your boy’s pearls too. Anyway, this drama isn’t over but the friendship is definitely a wrap. Meanwhile, Lyrica has been staying with her mother, who plans to ride for her daughter. Fast forward a bit. Now we’re at some Ray J business event on the heels of Safaree’s Eggplant Scandal. You remember when those photos leaked. Now we’re witnessing their reactions in real time. This doesn’t help given the current climate of friendship between A1, Safaree and Ray J with the latter feeling like he’s stuck in the middle. Brooke Valentine is feeling bad for telling Marcus that bit of gossip, especially since Lyrica kept all her tea to herself. She tells Bridget how Lyrica told her that Safaree’s thang wrapped around his leg. This was before Safaree’s pics leaked. So now it’s worth it to wonder if Safaree meant to Snap the pics the Lyrica and accidentally sent them to all of his followers. via GIPHY Lil Fizz is back, and then we meet Roccstar, a new entry to the series. He’s a “superstar” producer so Brooke and Bridget hook him up with Apple, the stripper who wants to be a rapper who has been working with A1. Roccstar is with it, but A1 doesn’t know about this and you kind of get the feeling that this is going to be a problem later down the line. via GIPHY Next we find A1 at home venting to his mother about the Lyrica/Safaree situation. Y’all know his mom never liked Lyrica anyway. Speaking of Lyrica, Lyrica’s mom, Lyrica G (that’s a lot of Lyrica’s) pays them a visit to try to convince A1 not to believe the rumors, but she does it in her, um, very passionate and eccentric way. Basically, she puts some base in her voice, which rubs Mama A1 the wrong way because Mama A1 don’t like Big Lyrica either. But then out of nowhere (or due to editing), A1’s mom throws some cornbread she was preparing and acting like a wild banshee, and all hell breaks loose. Some of that food hits A1 so he’s irritated. Then the moms start trying to throw hands and A1 kicks both of them out. That’s when A1’s mom gets super pissed and tells him that he went Hollywood ever since he met Lyrica anyway and that he think she’s better than she and his big brother. Then she says that Lyrica and her mom her Illuminati It’s a mess. This obviously isn’t a productive situation. via GIPHY Now we find Apple in the studio with Roccstar and it’s just what we suspected. Roccstar is actually trying to steal Apple away from A1 as a way to antagonize him. Like, he wants her to just work with him, and he’s talking crazy trash about how A1 can’t help her, but Apple is hip to game (you know Strippers be knowing). She’s says that now she doesn’t trust Roccstar because how can you trust someone who acts like this. Even Roccstar agrees that he ain’t ish for this. So, Apple refuses to be a pawn and decides to take it on back to A1 and sort everything out. No hit producer that’s really about business would be trying to poach unknown talent. Apple is smart. Be like Apple. Lyrica G continues her lunatic tour by attempting to confront K Michelle at her show. This is a show that Lyrica was actually supposed to open for but got kicked off. Y’all remember that. So, there’s that and then the fact that K Michelle sparked the Safaree drama. Lyrica G is literally outside K Michelle’s dressing room yelling and screaming for K Michelle to come out. Security won’t let her in. Paris, K Michelle’s former assistant, tries to talk sense into Lyrica G. That doesn’t work either but Lyrica G finally gets a clue and leaves. Then more drama comes in to play because Ray is also backstage with K Michelle. Moniece comes through to see K. Michelle and Ray J confronts Moniece about trying to throw a chair at his pregnant wife and for starting the rumor that Brandy was Ray and Princess’ surrogate. Moniece doesn’t care that they feel some type of way and tells Ray to tell Princess to stay out of her way. But Princess can’t wait until she’s clear again to deliver some fade. via GIPHY A1 feels bad about the drama with his mom so he meets up with her for dinner, and it just so happens that his big brother is in town too so of course he’s there. The brother tells him he has some explaining to do for disrespecting their mother. Then they give him the talk about how he changed, and how how Lyrica is a problem and he should consider divorcing her. All that jazz and A1 doesn’t take kindly to this. The convo between A1 and his brother gets really tense and they actually almost fight. It’s like they’re not even related. Security comes through as usual but this situation is sad. Finally, Ray J meets up with Safaree to get to the bottom of the situation with Lyrica because he doesn’t like being in the middle of his friends’ beef. Safaree maintains that he didn’t do anything but then says that he and Lyrica were having a conversation and that he “accidentally” sent her a picture of his meat. Accidentally? via GIPHY Then Ray J pulls a genius move but also one of the oldest tricks in the book for extracting information. He lies to Safaree and says that A1 and Lyrica got back together because Lyrica admitted that it happened. Safaree is there looking like: via GIPHY And that’s how the episode ends. Now we’re getting really annoyed because that’s still not really confirmation whether they had sex or not. What does it mean, huh? They probably didn’t have sex and it could just be the picture incident, though. You know how they like to milk storylines to death. According to Bri, all Kiyanne does is talk smack about her on social media. According to Kiyanne, all Bri does is talk smack about her on social media. They just can’t get right and of course, start going back and forth bickering. via GIPHY Anyway, their conversation ends with Bri flipping a table on Kiyanne (because Kiyanne pokes Bri by saying her grandmother was going to die soon) at that beautiful resort restaurant. Bri calms down as security breaks them up but Kiyanne gets even more riled up like a Tasmanian Devil. Jaquae is so mortified that he leaves both women, but at the same time, he should have known better. Later on, Kiyanne explains what happened to Mariahlynn and Mariahlynn actually gives her sound advice, which is that she’s dead wrong. Eventually, Kiyanne apologizes to Jaquae and he agrees to start over. However, this is about to go left again. Hold your horses on that though. via GIPHY It’s the last night in St. Maarten and Yandy hosts a dinner for the group. It’s Safaree, Jonathan, Yandy, Juju, Jaquae, and Bri (Kiyanne doesn’t come and it’s for the best). Yandy mentions how Anais went missing last night and then Jaquae says that she was with him. via GIPHY They all look at him sideways because you know what the conclusion is. However, Jaquae says nothing happened. They just shared some hookah and chatted about their troubles. Anais shows up to dinner later but leaves shortly after Safaree asks what happened with Jaquae because she is not about that life right now. The good news from this dinner is that Mariahlynn and Bri finally squash their beef. Back in NYC, Jaquae kicking it with Safaree, Snoop, Rich Dollaz and DJ Self discussing what went down in St. Maarten. Jaquae explains what happened between Kiyanne and Bri and Safaree let’s it slip that Anais ended up in Jaquae’s room. But Rich doesn’t even sweat it. He’s done with Anais for good. Jaquae maintains that nothing happened, but wait until Kiyanne finds out. That moment finally arrives at the end of the episode. Jaquae explains that she was on one side of the bed and he was on the other and again maintains that nothing happened. Kiyanne is looking at him wondering if she has “idiot” written across her forehead. That’s when Jaquae reveals that Anais showed him her vagina before they got in bed. via GIPHY Kiyanne obviously gets even more pissed off, but the good news is, she doesn’t start swinging. She walks away from him and tells him he messed up. Jaquae chases her and asks her to allow him to fix it. Kiyanne has trust issues and Sophia lied to him so he gets how she feels, kind of. Jaquae owns his mistake and begs her to forgive him, once again, but she is not with it, especially when Kiyanne notices Safaree, Snoop, Self, and Rich, who are doing a terrible job of hiding, creeping around watching the entire thing (they’re in a park). She thinks he’s playing games and swiftly leaves. Again, he’s lucky she didn’t swing on him. Security shuts that down immediately, but then DJ Self steps in and actually manages to squash their beef. In fact, Jaquae thanks James R. for “relieving him of his baggage” and the fact that he no longer has to buy her bags and all the expensive things she likes. Then Mariahlynn rolls in and shows off her new breasts. James R thinks her breasts look nice gives her the compliment. However, Mariahlynn starts going off about how disloyal he is and points out that Sophia isn’t even at his little party. Then she storms out in typical melodramatic fashion by knocking over an ice sculpture. via GIPHY Next. Rich calls a meeting with Anais, Navarro and Ashley to inform the latter two that they’re dating, and to try to iron out their business drama. It all goes left when Ashley starts going in on Rich Dollaz for seeing a married woman and generally being the King of Messy anyway. Rich is not here for it so he leaves. What’s really bothering Ashley is that she believes Navarro is cheating on her. She says he has been shady with his phone and consistently texting a specific woman and then deleting said messages. Navarro maintains that he’s not cheating. In his confessional he says that he’s actually planning a surprise spa day for her so he since she has been so stressed lately. Ashley, not knowing this, ends up storming out of their little meeting, but not before tossing water in his face. Later on, we find Navarro and Ashley arguing some more. Ashley thinks his shady behavior is proof that he has been cheating, Navarro is still denying this but not revealing his plan. Then when things get really tense, Ashely reveals that she’s pregnant. Navarro leaves, but wishes they were on better terms. It’s obvious that their professional and personal relationship is crumbling at the worst time. via GIPHY Speaking of receipts, Jonathan confronts Trent again in a more controlled session (no ambushing this time), with actual proof of Trent’s infidelity (because he has been catfishing). Trent turns the tables with his own proof of Jonathan’s shady behavior. He pulls out Jonathan’s marriage license. via GIPHY Jonathan goes off and demands to know where he found it. Trent says Jonathan is addicted to getting married and also says that he’s not even ready to really be serious anyway. Long story short, Jonathan married his “best friend” two years ago. They realized it was a mistake, but Jonathan is in NYC, his “best friend” is in LA and it’s hard to get a divorce when you’re on separate coasts, so they’re separated but not divorced. In short, they’re not on the same page and finally call it quits before the episode is over. Womp womp. lames James R links up with Sophia Body and wants to know why she wasn’t at his single release party supporting him. She’s already over being treated like a trophy. James thinks she should be honored to be his queen. via GIPHY She reveals that she didn’t show up because she wasn’t trying to have James having these expectations of her since she’s not even feeling him like that and feels like she made a mistake by kissing him and that she still has feelings for Jaquae. James R, being butthurt, then tells Sophia that Jaquae called her baggage. Then Sophia gets mad at James because she feels like he didn’t have her back in that situation, so she storms out, but not before throwing a glass at him– Love and Hip-Hop -style. via GIPHY DJ Self is not happy with Mariahlynn’s grind. He tells her that she’s not hustling hard enough as a Gwinnin artist (he thinks Dreamdoll grinds harder), that her temper is too much and that she needs to stop beefing with people and work harder. On the flipside, Mariahlynn thinks no one works harder than her and that DJ Self is the one who has been slacking with her because he’s giving Dreamdoll more attention. The convo ends amicably for now. Later on, DJ Self asks Dreamdoll to give Mariahlynn a pep talk about working harder. Dreamdoll agrees “in the name of sisterhood and the Gwinnin team,” but that fake sentiment goes south when she finds out that her man, Safaree, plans to work with Mariahlynn.” Lordt. Now we’re at the part where Yandy and Remy pop up at Juju’s house because she has been MIA lately. The tea, that we already know by now (thanks to #TheBlogs), is that Juju and Cam’ron broke up. This was a 10-year relationship and she’s hurting. Yandy and Remy are supportive, offer her words of encouragement, and understand that she needs time to heal. via GIPHY via GIPHY The episode concludes with Dreamdoll meeting up with Mariahlynn. This goes all the way south. Remember, Dreamdoll and Mariahlynn lowkey have beef because their friends (Bianca and Bri) are beefing, so they have a hostile exchange about that. Then Dreamdoll says DJ Self wanted her to talk to Mariahlynn because she’s going to flop then calls her a bum b—h who never gets booked. They start going in on each other until Dreamdoll crosses the line again by insulting Mariahlynn’s mother and that’s when Mariahlynn taps into her inner angry cassowary , runs across a picnic table and tries to pop off. However, security grabs them up before they throw hands, but this is far from over, especially after Mariahlynn threatens to take Safaree from Dreamdoll. Mmmmkay. This is far from over, especially when Dreamdoll rolls up on Safaree breathing on chatting with Mariahlynn in next week’s episode. The only thing dumber than showing up to a place after being warned to stay away is being a grown-ass man who attacks other men because of some personal feud and a series of insults. So that doesn't cast Safaree Samuels or Meek Mill in a very good light after the alleged physical altercation that took place outside the BET Awards. We have the video (below), but the new report about the warning that Safaree had received casts new light on it. You might remember that Meek Mill and Safaree have an ex in common. None other than Nicki Minaj. And when Safaree started dating Nicki, it definitely stirred the Meek Mill/Safaree Samuels feud . But apparently their beef with each other is over more than Nicki. (Though Nicki Minaj is amazing and would be more than enough for anybody to feud over) No, apparently Meek Mill and Safaree Samuels have been exchanging insults over the past year. Which, even though these are grown adults who were just exchanging words, apparently made Meek Mill feel the need to lash out with violence. All of that quarreling was just a build-up to what happened outside of the BET awards. Right now it hasn't been proven who attacked whom. Or even that an attack for sure took place. … Though one could argue that the video speaks for itself. But TMZ reports that Meek Mill had warned Safaree Samuels to not show up at the BET Awards . A ridiculous thing for one alleged adult to say to another. But it's also pretty silly to just ignore that until the two of you are face to face. We can tell you that the dramatic moment that Meek Mill pulls up and Safaree sees him and responds is priceless. You could have had a script and a director and not gotten a better scene. Also, serious shout-out to Safaree and to Meek for having themselves and their minions … (Or whatever they'd prefer for their minions to be called) … conveniently color-coded for the convenience of viewers. Meek Mill and the men who appear to be his associates are in black, while Safaree is in white. Maybe we shouldn't laugh. Like, the fact that this level of escalating pettiness seems to have existed between these men is a sad thing for humanity. But, at the same time, the video is kind of a much-watch.
