Kelly found a way to post his $100,000 bail Monday night and we now know who it was that came to his broke a$$ aid. According to DailyMail , the woman’s name is Valencia P. Love and she is the owner of several Chicago restaurants in addition to the Lord And Child Daycare on the south side. Love is a long-time friend of R. Kelly’s. Despite the fact that this woman has made it her business to care for children professionally, she still hopped in a phone booth to tie on a cape to help a man accused of sexually abusing young girls. Chicago’s Fox32 reporter Tia A. Ewing spoke to Valencia to ask why she assisted such a man. Gucci learned the hard way after folks were up in arms about the luxury brand’s new sweater design that resembles Blackface. After folks like T.I. and Dapper Dan spoke out against the brand , Gucci has finally addressed the controversial moments and proposed ways that they plan to do better in the future. On Friday, president and CEO of Gucce, Marco Bizzarri, said in a statement: “Following the recent unintentional balaclava jumper incident, Gucci announces the first four initiatives in a long-term plan of actions designed to further embed cultural diversity and awareness in the company. “We accept full accountability for this incident, which has exposed shortfalls in our ongoing strategic approach to embedding diversity and inclusion in both our organization and in our activities. Tanya is hosting the party and planned a mix of culture with the typical bachelorette stuff so this is going to be interesting. NeNe comes through and acts weird the entire time. She’s basically taking her drama with Gregg out on everyone. But things get really amusing when the Japanese stripper comes through. He doesn’t speak English but it’s an interesting experience as he dances in a g-string and socks, and is generally very ironically reserved. He even bows after finishing his dance. This type of stripper culture is obviously super far off from what these ATLiens are used to, but they made due, and definitely cracked jokes. Once the stripper leaves, Tanya introduces some games. The first game was where they’re supposed to dress in the most outlandish Harajuku-inspired looks they can, but they don’t like Tanya’s game so they shift to more traditionally raunchy bachelorette stuff. Then they take the party out on the town and have a blast. The next day, NeNe gets a chance to speak to Gregg on the phone and tells him she didn’t have a good time on the trip because of what’s going on between them. She’s exhausted nurturing him all the time and not having anyone to lift her up. Plus she doesn’t like who Gregg has become with cancer. Cynthia comes to check on her so she cuts the conversation with Gregg short, but this is the moment she finally gets to break down. She comes to tears as she explains to Cynthia that she’s tired of being strong all the time and that she sometimes needs to be vulnerable. Cynthia is all ears and very supportive like a good girlfriend should be. The next day, they hit the town for a samurai lesson. That turns out to be a clumsy, but fun experience. Then we find Eva and NeNe kicking it later on and the next thing you know NeNe gets flowers and a card. It’s from Gregg and he’s offering a deep apology. He apologizes for the pain he inflicted on her, tells her he loves her and asks her to let him back into her heart. NeNe is crying so hard she can barely stand it but it seems like it’s happy tears. Finally, Eva brings the group together for a final dinner in Tokyo. They discuss their highs, lows, hopes, dreams, and plans. They’re actually supportive of each other and there’s actually no drama or cattiness. Then comes the moment where Kandi surprises everyone by telling Porsha that she feels crappy about some of the things she said about Dennis because she experienced that behavior from people with Todd, and Todd turned out to be amazing. So she understands how Porsha feels and apologizes for her behavior with regard to that. Porsha accepts her apology and is committed to moving forward and having better communication between them with hopes that they can once be cool again like they were. They hug it out just in time to head back to Atlanta! Juliette and Alex have been screaming from the rooftops that their relationship is in good shape, but the cracks started to appear on Tuesday’s episode of Siesta Key. From them bickering over what Juliette would be doing post-college to another big blowout argument while out their friends, we think it’s fair to say these two are not going to stand the test of time. It all started because Alex said that Juliette’s dream to manage a Pure Barre was “not realistic.” Yes, relationships are built on communication, but Alex made sure to shoot down Juliette’s ambitions before they became a reality. While on a night out with their friends, the couple’s argument exploded and it was in full view of their friends and the other patrons of the bar. Juliette asked Alex to get her some red bull and pizza, and Alex’s ego started to get the best of him. “You literally have it so good,” he said to a stunned Juliette before he started listing the things he does for her. Yeah, Alex is still the most obnoxious personality on this show, and when Juliette pointed out that his parents are very rich, he flew off the handle. “You are being a brat right now. You wanna walk through the things I’ve done for you today? Literally, I do everything for you,” he complained. “You need to stop pinning nice things you do for me on me like I owe you,” Juliette retorted. “We’re in a relationship. Why do you have to start tallying the nice things you do for me?” But then Alex stuck the knife in further by saying his girlfriend does absolutely “nothing” for him. Yeah, that’s what happens when she drives all weekend from college to come to visit your sorry self, bruh. Elsewhere, Chloe finally confronted Alex about the way everyone reacted to her bringing his ex, Cara, back into the fold. “I just never thought I was going to be on the outs with so many people in this group,” Chloe admitted to Alex. “These are all my best friends since I was like, 13/14 years old.” Alex tried to defend Juliette, but Chloe did not hold back about her feelings on the matter. “Well I’m pissed at Juliette for everything she’s done to ME,” she claimed. “She was totally like…I’ve done nothing to you. Obviously, if Juliette’s not going to own up to any of it then I’m not going to own up to any of it.” Chloe went on to say that she was not trying to cause drama and that Cara was her friend. Then, the conversation turned emotional when Chloe dragged Alex for what he told Juliette. “You apparently decided to go and tell Juliette about how I used to be in love with you,” Chloe said while fighting back the tears. “I just am feeling really betrayed that you would bring up some sensitive subject. You know how much it took me to come to that, so I don’t even know why you would use this against me.” They got into a heated debate, but Alex wanted to stop all of the arguing within the group. “You guys need to start talking,” the rich kid said of Chloe’s plight to mend fences with Juliette. “You can talk to me all you want, but Juliette’s more sensitive than me, and you know that. There should be a way that we can all make this thing work,” he continued. “It just seems like if you’re not pissing her off, she’s pissing you off. Here’s the bottom line: I’m putting together a trip to Miami for Juliette.” “If you want to go — you need to make things right with Juliette. If you don’t, then you can’t come to Miami. W hen NFL running back Marshawn Lynch isn’t breaking through tackles on the football field, he’s breaking barriers for underserved communities. Lynch has continually used his platform as an avenue to give back to his hometown of Oakland, California. According to CBS Sports , he’s now leading an effort to address gentrification in the community that he was born and raised in. He shared that witnessing the effects of gentrification and seeing the displacement of people from the community that he called home prompted him to take action. “It’s basically when, for me, it’s a lot of white people come move into the hood and kick everybody out that’s there. I’ve been a witness of it since I was a small jitterbug so I mean now that I’m grown up and I’m seeing it, I understand it a little more,” he said during the interview with Maher, according to the news outlet. During the conversation, Lynch also delved into how sports and activism are intertwined, mentioning how using his platform in the NFL to spread awareness about social injustice doesn’t make him unpatriotic. Lynch’s plan to fight gentrification and provide equitable housing for people from his community is just one of many of his philanthropic efforts. Last year, his mobile device company Beast Mobile teamed up with Fam1st Family Foundation to create an initiative called Phones for the Homeless where 3,000 homeless people on the West Coast received smartphones and three months of free service. Through the initiative, users were able to stay in touch with their loved ones and the data was used to examine the habits and whereabouts of homeless individuals to find better ways to serve that population.
