Ne-Yo and his wife just Crystal experienced a scary moment! The couple just had to have an emergency c-section because the umbilical chord was wrapped around the baby’s neck twice. Luckily OBGYN Dr. Sherry Ross acted fast and delivered their son safe. No word on the baby’s full name but Crystal referred to him as SJ. Though rumors continue to swirl that she could be one of the stars of The Real Housewives of Orange County getting fired , Meghan King Edmonds continues to have plenty of fans who are happy tor updates on her life. And, well, she has a pretty major life update: She’s pregnant! And she’s expecting a … Meghan King Edmonds posted a very lengthy announcement on her blog, writing: “So we’ve made it to the announcement: Aspen is going to be a big sister!” That’s exciting! Though we’d point out that this announcement came on Aspen’s first birthday (yesterday), so she won’t be much older than her younger sibling. “It was so hard for us to keep it a secret from everyone especially since we shared our entire IVF journey with Aspen on RHOC from the very beginning.” And there’s a lot of detail about her latest IVF journey in this post, as well. “Tonight on the RHOC reunion you’ll see that I’m only one month pregnant, but that was filmed five weeks ago: we are now ten weeks pregnant (and I’m feeling every bit of it)!” Awww, that’s wonderful news! “Because you won’t see any of our current journey on RHOC, I’ll share our beautiful journey with you here!” Maybe she just means because, you know, the show doesn’t quite film back-to-back, but some are reading that line as confirmation that Meghan King Edmonds won’t return to RHOC next year. Her post continues: “When Aspen was only a few months old, Jimmy and I knew we wanted to add another baby to the mix.” Wow. Most parents of infants are too tired to tie their shoes properly, let alone make major life decisions. “Yes, Aspen has half-siblings but we wanted her to be able to share in the joy of waking up to a sibling every day of her life.” It’s good that she reassures readers that she’s not pretending that Aspen’s an only child. And then some: “Plus her half-siblings are completely enamored by Aspen and they LOVED the idea of expanding our family even more.” Little siblings are very exciting. “I had reliable companionship this time around with Jimmy by my side, my trusty furry companion Girly Girl and of course, baby Aspen.” She mentions them for a great reason. “It may seem silly to mention Aspen and Girly Girl but this support system was everything to me during round 2 of IVF.” There’s nothing silly about a support system! In case anyone had forgotten, she recapped her previous struggles with IVF. “Side note: If you remember from RHOC, during my first round of IVF I entered the worst depression of my life, probably due to the erratic hormones combined with loneliness.” Guys, if you know anyone who’s had hormone treatments, you know that it can have devastating effects on mental and emotional health. Remember when you were 14 and had all of these feelings and they all seemed so important? Well, imagine suddenly being plunged into that again as an adult, but magnified. Meghan King Edmonds talked about how she was able to cope: “I was able to wean off my depression meds halfway through my pregnancy with Aspen which directly corresponded with when I got Girly Girl, and I haven’t been on a lick of antidepressants since then.” We hope that all of this weaning was done under a doctor’s supervision. “Dogs are truly woman’s best friend and medicine for the soul… and apparently clinical depression!” Not all depression can be cured with a pet, of course — but some specific issues can totally be addressed with a pet. Now, she goes into great detail into the IVF process … which is great for anyone wondering what that’s like. And then she talks about where she is now: “Fast forward to today and I am pregnant! I’m not feeling the greatest but we know that it will all be worth it in the end.” Surrogates are always an option to a couple of means. Just saying. “Aspen will make a fabulous big sister at only a year-and-a-half old in June 2018!” So we already know the (very approximate) due date! Though we could have puzzled it out with the knowledge that she’s 10 weeks pregnant. “Oh, what about the biggest question: Boy or girl? We’re just gonna come right out and ask: What’s with the Kardashian sisters dressed up like dead singers this Halloween?!? Earlier this week, we posted a photo of Kourtney in a Michael Jackson costume , as she basically impersonated the iconic artist from a look he donned for the Academy Awards in 1991. The mother of three earned some backlash for the ensemble, partly because Jackson was African-American and Kardashian is not. And partly because many critics interpreted this as a mockery of Jackson’s memory. He was a real person, they argued. He died in a tragic way. Heck, he had children ! Why would Kourtney think it would be appropriate to turn the King of Pop into a Halloween prop? But Kim Kardashian heard it even more from social media users after she shared pictures of herself dressed as Aaliyah . In this case, again, Aaliyah was black and Kim is not. Moreover, Aaliyah had her life cut way short when she was killed in a plane crash at the age of 22, making it just strange for Kardashian to choose to imitate her for Halloween. Here’s a look at that outfit: Now, Kardashian has made a similar move. As you can see in the photo at the outset of this article, Kardashian continued her theme of dressed up like music legends yesterday by rocking a Selena Quintanilla costume. Wearing a copy of Selena’s well known sparkling purple bodysuit and styled with Selena’s signature brunette bangs, Kim channeled the late artist as she twirled around with a microphone in hand and shared her fake performance with the world on social media. “My fave Selena!” she wrote as a caption. Somehow, Kim wasn’t the only star to go out as Quintanilla. Demi Lovato did so as well: For those unaware, Quintanilla wore this outfit her last concert before being shot to death by the president of her fan club, Yolanda Saldívar, in 1995. So, once again, Kardashian has decided to use someone’s sad and premature death as the basis for her Halloween costume. And once again she’s getting dragged online for it. “I am disgusted,” wrote one critic on Twitter, while others agreed. The mother of one says she was let go as a result of her recent sex work, and indeed, the network was probably less than thrilled with Farrah masturbating on a live stream in front of thousands of viewers. But that was just one of many reasons that the controversial reality-star-tuned-porn-star might have been cut loose by MTV. One of the most magical things about Teen Mom is the amount of gossip it generates — and, as you can imagine, pregnancy rumors make up a big, big part of all that gossip. At least once every month or so, we’ll hear whispers that one of the moms is expecting again. Sometimes the rumors turn out to be true — remember all the speculation about Jenelle Evans last year, all that talk before her pregnancy was confirmed in a police report? (Still one of the most incredible moments in TM history, by the way.) But unfortunately — or fortunately, depending on who we’re talking about — the pregnancies are usually just tabloid fodder. We thought that was the case with the latest round of pregnancy rumors surrounding Amber Portwood. After all, she’s been dating her new boyfriend, Andrew Glennon, for just three months. And that’s a generous estimate. Surely she wouldn’t be expecting a child with a man she’s just known since the summer, right? WRONG. It’s official, y’all: Amber is pregnant. For real. Feel free to take a few moments to gather yourself, to try to recover from the shock … Though Amber hasn’t commented on the matter herself, People did confirm the pregnancy, which is about as official as it gets. A report from The Ashley’s Reality Roundup offers up a few additional details — now we know that the pregnancy is the reason Amber didn’t show up for the big Teen Mom party in L.A. last month. “The official word told to everyone was that she didn’t come because she was sick,” a source revealed, “but basically everyone knew it was morning sickness.” “She’s been having a hard time so far, but Amber is totally thrilled about the pregnancy.” Look, we’re happy if Amber is happy, but there are quite a few reasons to not be thrilled about this pregnancy. One, another source told The Ashley that Teen Mom OG producers have known about this whole thing since Amber and Andrew’s vacation to Hawaii. That was mid-September, so if Amber was far enough along to know she was pregnant and to start telling people, that means she’d have to have conceived pretty much the second she and Andrew started dating . Is it really that hard to wait to have a baby with someone? Just at least until you’ve known them, say, six months? Two — and this one goes along with that first issue — there wasn’t a lot of downtime between Amber’s breakup with Matt Baier and the start of her relationship with Andrew. She broke up with Matt for good at the end of June, when they wrapped up filming their season of Marriage Boot Camp. That means that there’s a chance this could be Matt’s baby. Hey, we know his sperm is up to the task, right? Three, in case you forgot, Amber wasn’t all that great a mother the first time around. Sorry, but it’s true. It’s been a while, so you may have forgotten, but she was never that interested in parenting, to the point that she’d leave baby Leah crying in a crib without sheets, with nothing but a bottle of Kool-Aid for comfort. Child protective services were even called on her at one point, because she beat Gary in front of Leah. Though they were both immature and kind of awful in the beginning, Gary was able to step up and be the parent that Leah needs, while Amber continues to flake even on visitation. Will Andrew be able to step up like that? Which brings us to our fourth point — Andrew is a terrible person. Two of his ex-girlfriends have restraining orders against him that were filed after he allegedly stalked and threatened them. He’s not exactly prime baby daddy material. And finally, Amber has said in the not-so-distant past that she’d never have more children because of the medications she takes to maintain her mental health. She suffers from borderline personality disorder and she’s also bipolar, and she relies on her medication to keep her stable. She explained on an old Teen Mom episode that she needs to take those medications “for the rest of my life,” and “I can’t, I can’t get pregnant on this medication.” Well, she could technically get pregnant, but the meds “would mess up the fetus.” In addition to that, she said that it would also be a bad idea for her to get off her meds just to have a baby, because “If I do not have medication, I will not be normal. I would have crazy mood swings.” So … what happened with all that? Look, best wishes and all, but there’s no way this pregnancy is going to be nice and sweet and drama-free. There’s literally no way. It’s official: The world’s already-considerable Duggar population is soon to increase by one! Following weeks of rumors that Jessa Duggar is pregnant with her second child , she and husband Ben Seewald made the news official in a statement issued to People magazine this morning: “We are overjoyed to announce that Spurgeon has a new title in life as ‘big brother!'” Jessa and Ben told the mag. “We are so thankful that God is adding to our family.” They added that their forthcoming bundle of joy is due in February. As fans of the family’s reality shows know, Jessa and Ben married in November of 2014 following the usual chaste, Duggar-approved courtship. (The couple shared their first kiss only after they were announced as man and wife.) Almost exactly a year after their wedding, the Seewalds welcomed baby Spurgeon into the world. Spurgeon is just shy of nine months old, so it’s safe to say that Jessa plans to keep the Duggar tradition alive by raising LOTS of little ones. In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Jessa stated that she and her husband would like to explore the possibility of adoption – while she contines to birth a small army the old-fashioned way: “We have many friends who have walked this road, so we have seen firsthand the amazing power of adoption,” Jessa said at the time. “There are so many kids out there who are longing for the love of a family, and we feel strongly about opening our hearts and our home to welcome them in. “We don’t know what the future holds, but as the Bible says, ‘Man plans his way, and God directs his steps,'” she continued. “So we want to move forward with paperwork and a home study, and just be ready for however God opens those doors.” So yeah, it’s safe to say you’ll be seeing a whole lot of little Seewalds entering the world one way or another in the coming years. Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas are not living a fairy tale. It may just feel that way to the Once Upon a Time co-stars right now. Because they just welcomed their second child into the world! As those who watch Once Upon a Time online or on television know very well, Goodwin and Dallas play Snow White and Prince Charming on ABC’s hit drama. They fell in love on the set and have welcomed their second child, E! News has confirmed. Sources tell the outlet that the baby boy named is named Hugo Wilson Dallas and that he was born on June 1 in Los Angeles. Hugo joins big brother Oliver Finlay Dallas in this newly-expanded family. Goodwin and Dallas got married in April of 2014 and welcomed Oliver into the world just a month later. Beyoncé And Jay Z May Use Fertility Treatments To Conceive Second Child Kanye may have already won the baby race that was one time allegedly part of the discord between him and big bro Jay Z but that won’t keep the Carters for trying for a second baby anyway! According to the January 4th print edition of Star Magazine via RWS : Sources say Beyoncé and her husband, Jay Z, have gone to great lengths to give their 3-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, a little brother or sister without any luck. “They’ve come close a couple of times only to be met with disappointment,” reveals a pal, “It’s heartbreaking.” But the worse part? The jealously Beyoncé felt when Kanye West and Kim Kardashian welcomed their second child after struggling, as well. “She started researching IVF after Kim had success with Saint,” says the pal. “Beyoncé and Jay vowed this will be the year Blue finally gets the sibling she’s been asking for.” If this is true, we hope this works out for them soon!
