That’s a whole lot of time , rudebwoy Vybz Kartel Sentenced To Life In Prison Could you do that hard time? According to Billboard: An undeniable, yet divisive, talent, Vybz Kartel has entered into a career phase his seemingly invincible ego, as the self-designated World Boss, might have never envisioned: a life sentence, handed down today by Justice Lennox Campbell in Jamaica’s Supreme Court. Several roads were closed within the vicinity of the downtown Kingston courthouse in anticipation of today’s sentencing, which was originally scheduled for March 27th. Kartel will not be eligible for parole until he serves 35 years of his life sentence, while Shawn Campbell and Kahira Jones will be eligible for parole after serving 25 years of their life sentences; Andre St. John will be eligible for parole after serving 15 years of his life sentence. On March 13th, Kartel, born Adidja Palmer, was found guilty of the August 16, 2011 murder of his former associate Clive “Lizard” Williams, the outcome of a 58-day trial, which commenced on November 18th, 2013 — said to be the longest in the history of Jamaica’s Circuit court. This guy is 38 years old, he’ll be 73 when he’s eligible for parole, at that point he might as well just spend his last couple years chillin’ in the bing. Continue reading →

LeAnn Rimes either has a great sense of humor or is desperate for attention, depending on your view of this seemingly self-deprecating photo she posted. On Saturday, the star who many have labeled a home-wrecker Tweeted a picture of herself sitting atop a towing truck with “Wrecker Service” on the side: “DON’T OPEN w/o A SENSE OF HUMOR,” the 30-year-old country singer warned her fans. “My dad has a towing service, family business. #havefunw/thecomments.” LeAnn Rimes was still married to Dean Sheremet when she met Eddie Cibrian, who was married at the time to Brandi Glanville, the mother of his two children. Rimes and Cibrian infamously partook in an extramarital affair, leading both to divorce their first spouses before getting married to each other in 2011. Brandi Glanville been quite outspoken about her disdain for her husband’s new wife in the past, but claims that they’re fine nowadays … at least for now. Their flare-ups tend to happen suddenly and without warning, as there’s clearly tension under the surface. Some might even say they even like it a little. LeAnn recently confessed that she “handled [the affair] differently” and “I wish I could have been better for me, for Brandi, for Dean, for Eddie, for everyone.” Yet there are times in which she seems to play UP the feud with Brandi or the fact that her misbehavior in the past has caused sparks to fly on Twitter. Tanning Mom’s daughter might wish she left her in the tanning bed after this. Patricia Krentcil is back, and not in a way you’d expect or ever want to see. She’s making her porn debut in Lucas Entertainment’s “Kings Of New York 2.” This is, in case you couldn’t tell …  a gay porn movie. Obviously. The orange-skinned Tan Mom rose to notoriety last year when she faced charges for bringing her daughter into a tanning booth, thus earning her nickname. Though the child endangerment charges were eventually dropped, that didn’t stop her from becoming a cultural figure or inspiration for new laws . Children under the age of 17 are now barred from using tanning beds in New Jersey. That’s the good news. The bad? She is still around. Making porn. And Twerking . And stripping. And making terrible, terrible music . Marc MacNamara, director of the “Kings Of New York” series, previously offered this statement regarding Tanning Mom’s appearance in the flick: “We expected Patricia to need a bit of hand-holding, but when she showed up we found out we had to hold more than her hand to prop her seemingly inebriated body up.” Sounds about right. He continues: “She seemed to be having a great time , but it was a challenging day. In the end she delivered Tan Mom in all her glory and that’s what people are infatuated with.” That’s one word for it.
