Ray J Cops Plea Deal, Off the Hook in Hotel Arrest!

Ray J’s sexual battery and assault case, which resulted from an ugly incident in Beverly Hills this summer, is all but gone after he copped an awesome plea deal. All this after he copped an awesome feel, allegedly. The Kim Kardashian sex tape co-star and production chief pleaded no contest to misdemeanor trespassing following the altercation at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. The serious charges Ray J was rung up on – sexual battery, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and others – will be dismissed in exchange for the plea. Reports indicated that Ray was accused of touching a woman’s breast inappropriately, then getting into a violent altercation with arresting officers. He kicked out the window of a Beverly Hills police car as well, and he’s going to have to pay for that as well as put in some decent probation time. Ray will be on probation for three years, do 50 hours of community service, attend 12 anger management sessions, and 12 alcohol therapy sessions. Also, no hanging out at the Wilshire anymore. Small price to pay when you’re facing nine criminal charges. The man who hit it first never shoulda did that … and hopefully has learned his lesson. 9 Guys Who Got it in with Kim Kardashian 1. T.J. Jackson T.J. Jackson, Michael’s nephew, was Kim’s first love. It’s believed that he was her “first” in the physical sense as well.

Rapper is currently facing murder and conspiracy charges. By Shaheem Reid Lil Boosie’s Incarcerated Photo: Trill Entertainment Lil Boosie remains in prison , battling very serious charges of murder and conspiracy, but his music career has not halted. On September 28, Asylum Records is releasing Incarcerated, the follow-up to 2009’s Super Bad: The Return of Boosie Bad Azz. The project is mostly produced by B.J., but Mouse on Tha Track did board work as well. Webbie, Foxx and Lil Trill are among the LP’s guests. DJ Drama had a chance to get an early preview of the project and said Boosie’s impact is immeasurable. “Lil Boosie is one of the most important Southern and street artists of this generation, period,” Mr. Thanksgiving applauded. “Boosie always gives you the ghetto in a real and authentic way. The music on Incarcerated lives up to that standard. I hope and pray for Lil Boosie to get through his struggle.” Boosie, born Torrence Hatch, is accused of plotting to kill Terry Boyd in October of last year. In June, he pleaded not guilty to murder, drug and conspiracy charges. He has maintained his innocence and is currently preparing his defense. Plaxico Burress Gets Two Years in Prison

In Super Bowl XLII, New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress caught the game-winning touchdown as his team knocked off the undefeated New England Patriots in what was possibly the biggest shocker of all time. Even less predictable? Burress shooting himself at a nightclub less than a year later, getting a two-year prison sentence, and potentially playing “receiver” in New York’s Fishkill Correctional Facility, if you know what we mean.

With three suspects in court, the FBI searches for possible bomb storage garage.Counterterrorism officials are warning mass transit systems around the nation to step up patrols because of fears an Afghanistan-born immigrant under arrest in Colorado may have been plotting with others to detonate backpack bombs aboard New York City trains. Investigators say Najibullah Zazi, a 24-year-old shuttle van driver at the Denver airport, played a direct role in a terror plot that unraveled during a trip to New York City around the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks.
