Still, it’s far from resolved and police are looking to interview her again. Cops plan on asking her a few follow-up questions; such questioning is pretty standard, regardless of whether one lies repeatedly to the police . It remains to be seen what, if any, consequences she will face. ” Lindsay was in shock at the time, but nonetheless she cooperated with the police,” a close source said of her first round of questioning. The source goes on: “Lindsay did everything that was asked of her, including submitting to a breathalyzer test which registered 0.00.” “The officers didn’t have reason to believe she was under the influence of any substances. Lindsay could be cited for speeding, and it will probably be determined that she was the primary or sole reason for the traffic accident.” In any case, the legal saga of Lindsay Lohan rolls on. Amar’e Stoudemire may not be able to co-exist successfully with Carmelo Anthony on the basketball court, but the power forward hopes things are different between him and Alexis Welch. Because the couple is now engaged! The Knicks star Tweeted confirmation this week that he proposed to Welch – who he met way back in 2002 and who is the mother of his three children – on June 3 during a vacation in Paris. “There were rose petals leading to a balcony with a 365-degree view of Paris,” Welch tells The New York Post . “He had an acoustic-guitar player. He had a saxophonist. This is another side of Amar’e that people don’t get to see.” Added Stoudemire, who popped the major question with a 8.5 carat ring: “When she said yes, it was surreal. I’m still floating. #engaged.” The baller was linked in late 2010 to Amber Rose and has also been a rumored love interest of Ciara. But now that he’s set to settle down, only one question remains: Will the Knicks ever contend for a title again?!?

As rumors swirl about the ending of The Bachelorette’s eighth season, one celebrity gossip magazine boldly proclaims that Emily Maynard is in fact engaged. If it’s true … the question is still, to whom? She obviously won’t say, and even The Bachelorette spoilers have been hard to come by this season … though three guys are clearly frontrunners. If Emily is engaged, three guys are probably equal favorites . The previews airing Monday night more or less revealed the final three , with Jef Holm, Sean Lowe and Arie Luyendyk all shown with Emily in Curacao. According to the magazine cover above, Em’s ready for a baby right away – not news if you’ve watched this season – and got a 4-carat rock. ABC is pulling out all the stops these days with Neil Lane. Bachelor Ben Flajnik was allegedly caught kissing a girl not named Courtney Robertson or Lindzi Cox recently. You can see the photo of the kiss at Radar Online . We think. That could be her name, but that’d be an major coincidence. The finale of The Bachelor will air March 12 (see The Bachelor spoilers we’ve compiled for clues at how that turns out), but Ben and his fiancee are reportedly on the rocks already. There have even been rumors that it’s over . The alleged photo, taken on February 18, shows Ben clearly kissing a woman … and not in the way one kisses a friend or one’s sister. At least we think not. Ben and the brunette spent the evening walking his dog and made out in the cool San Francisco night. The two of them were all over each other, PDA style. Supposedly. Radar is not exactly reliable, though Ben has said that being The Bachelor was the worst experience ever, and watching this season has to hurt. Tonight, Courtney makes a surprise appearance on The Women Tell All special, during which she apparently acted annoyed and not very into Ben either. We’ll find out for sure in a matter of hours.
