Photographers Re-imagine Classic Films With Black Women In Lead Roles [PHOTOS]

Black folks can’t be a part of every TV show and movie, but if you could pop some color into some classic films , what would it look like? Senegalese photographer Omar Victor Diop and French-American photog Antoine Tempé found out for us in their new project, ONOMOllywood. The two photographers are based out of Dakar and they teamed up with hotel group Onomo International to put together a photo project that started out simple enough–it was just to feature the group’s hotels and some of the rooms in a unique way. Gucci Mane – “Get Down” [LISTEN] Many would say that Migos are an acquired taste, but one thing we can all agree on is that the trio consistently release new music. Their latest track is titled “Get Down,” and features Atlanta’s own Gucci Mane. This tune is very much in the same vein as what we’ve become accustomed to hearing from Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff. Migos proverbially mask up, and it’s clear that they mean business over the burly trap beat. “Do you want me to put a price tag on your head n***a?/ Do you want to go find out where you laying n***a?” serves as the gritty chorus…
