Oliver Maier: Dating Danielle Staub!

After a lot of heartbreak and multiple restraining orders , Danielle Staub finalized her divorce from Marty Caffrey just days ago. Now, she has revealed that she is in a new relationship. As you can imagine, Marty has something to say about it. The 56-year-old The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was spotted with a man at the beach at St. Bart’s. In fact, when she was seen on Monday, February, 25, Danielle was kissing him. (She later uploaded a photo, which you can see above) Us Weekly reports that the man in question is a businessman. His name is Oliver Maier. According to an inside source, “They are dating and very much in love.” It was on Thursday, February 21 that Danielle and Marty finalized their divorce. Ultimately, they were married for less than a year. The pair had been estranged even while living in the same house and had filed multiple restraining orders against each other. With that in mind, they were married in life for an even shorter time than they were on paper. It sounds safe to say that getting the divorce over with was a relief. Eyewitnesses said that the two of them barely looked at each other as they signed away their marriage. Danielle Staub previously revealed that booze ruined her marriage, though it was only one factor. She alleged that Marty was verbally and emotionally abusive. “There isn’t one woman that he’s had a conversation with that could say that he’s not an abusive man,” she said late last year. “It’s erratic behavior and it’s constant. I mean, constant,” she emphasized. “There’s not letting off that gas,” Danielle characterized. Speaking of things never letting up, Danielle really had to struggle to end the marriage. Why? Because, for a time, Marty apparently wasn’t willing to end their union without a fight. Romantic comedies may drive home the idea that people shouldn’t give up on their relationships. But if a marriage is toxic, it’s toxic, and fighting for your love is just going to make one or both of you miserable. “Danielle is extremely relieved this toxic situation is coming to a close,” an insider said on Thursday. “And,” that source continued, Danielle “looks forward to getting her life back.” In the mean time, they are apparently still living in the same house — according to Marty. (Guys, this was nuts even when they were married; I don’t care how big your house is, do not live with your ex if you can afford to move) “I don’t know him,” Marty tells Us . “Danielle still lives here.” “They couldn’t be dating any more than a week or two,” he assesses. “But that doesn’t matter to me.” And he had more to say. … “I hope he’s the one to write the check and buy my house and contents and pay her outstanding debt to me,” Marty expresses. This is still not a good enough reason for them to be living together. It’s bonkers. Marty explains: “It’ll save me the trouble of selling in the market.” “In fact,” he promises. “I’ll shake his hand and thank him.” “If she’s happy, I’m happy for her,” Marty concludes, adding: “We’ve both been dating.” View Slideshow: Danielle Staub: Accused of Financial, Verbal AND Emotional Abuse … by Her Own Husband!

Kristen Doute Reveals If She’s Still Dating Brian Carter

It was a night of splits on Vanderpump Rules this week. Lala Kent split with Randall Emmett and then parted ways with her sobriety; Tom Sandoval nearly split with Lisa Vanderpump over an argument that apparently involved fairy dust … and then there was Kristen Doute and her bizarre relationship with Brian Carter. As you probably already know, Kristen let her freak flag fly in a major way while she and the rest of the ladies were in Solvang last week. As far as we can tell, there’s a glowing orb buried somewhere in West Hollywood that serves as the source of Kristen’s sanity, and the farther she travels from it, the more psychotic she becomes. Really, she probably just pops a whole bunch of benzos to deal with her travel anxiety, then proceeds to binge drink because this is Vanderpump Rules , and the resulting cocktail gives us Crazy Kristen. Anyway, last week, there were not one but two men driving Loony Doute up the wall, even though they were hundreds of miles from Dutch Wine Country. One was James Kennedy, who continues to enjoy rent-free amenities between Kristen’s ears. The other was a bit more surprising, as Kristen railed against her longtime boyfriend, Brian Carter. From the sound of her tirade in Solvang, it seemed that she intended to dump his semi-employed ass the moment she got home. And when she confronted him (at Kristina’s barbecue, for some reason), Carter didn’t help his situation by insisting — sigh — that the couple’s therapist is “usually on [his] side.” So surely, by now, Kristen and Brian must have gone their separate ways, right? Well, not so fast. Back in November, Doute rushed to Carter’s defense right around the time the two of them took a trip to Australia together. “He and I definitely have a little bit of a bumpy season,” Kristen told Daily Mail Australia at the time. “This is what I signed up for, and we have to be honest. We’re not perfect … It’s really hard to watch things back and I think we’re both a little nervous.” Add to that the fact that just last week Carter gushed about Kristen on her birthday, and it seems that breakup wasn’t such a sure thing after all. “Tonight’s episode was heavy. I want to reiterate that @stassi was only repeating what I had told her,” Kristen tweeted on Monday night. “I love her & all of my girls for wanting the best for me. Carter is a really wonderful man and people go through things. Please just be kind because man, we’re all human.” There’s a deep irony in someone who’s repeatedly reveled in kicking others while they’re down exhorting her followers to “be kind,” but that’s Crazy Kristen for ya! Jessa Duggar to Fan: Stop LYING About My Family!

Whether they’re handed down by God or Jim Bob, rules are what make the Duggar family tick. Even if you’re a casual fan, you’re probably familiar with the Duggar courtship rules , the dress code, and the bizarrely regimented lifestyle that governs life on the compound. Some of these rules are expressed openly. For example, many episodes of Counting On have featured various members of the massive Duggar clan explaining the many things they’re not allowed to do prior to marriage. (The list of what’s not permitted is much, much longer than the list of what’s allowed.) But there are other rules that are shrouded in mystery. Take, for example, the Duggar policy regarding social media accounts. It’s long been rumored that Duggars who are not either married, engaged or courting are not allowed to post on social media. It was widely assumed that it was for that reason that the still-single Jana Duggar doesn’t have a social media account. This became a matter of public discussion when Jessa Duggar posted the above photo of her sister earlier this week. “I think their family has their own rule that they can’t have their own social media until they are in a relationship,” one fan commented. Jessa was having none of that talk, and she was quick to cement her place as the most outspoken Duggar daughter by immediately clearing the air: “It’s not a rule, it’s just coincidence,” Jessa responded, adding a laughing emoji to make it clear she’s not taking the situation too seriously. Of course, that emoji also served to confuse the issue a bit. Is Jessa really saying that it’s just a coincidence that Michelle and Jim Bob’s kids start social media accounts only after they’ve announced their courtships? Is she actually suggesting it’s a pure coincidence that Jana is the only adult Duggar without any social media presence, and she also happens to be the only one who’s single? We have a hard time with that one, but we doubt the Duggars really care. It’s always been sort of understood that part of what the family offers is wholesome fiction, and fans seem okay with that arrangement. John David Duggar & Abbie Burnett: We Make Our Own Courtship Rules!

It's been just over a month since the world learned that John David Duggar and Abbie Burnett are engaged . And in that time, the couple has faced far greater scrutiny than any previous Duggar couple. The reason for that, of course, is that John David and Abbie break “the courtship rules” so frequently (and openly) that it often seems they're not bound by the same strictures that his siblings were forced to abide by. And now, the young lovebirds have posted a pic that's being interpreted as proof that they've made their own rules and couldn't care less about Jim Bob's commandments … 1. The Happy Couple John David began courting much later in life than any of his male siblings, but it looks as though his patience has truly paid off. 2. Wasting No Time He and Abbie moved fast once they found each other, and John David popped the question after just a few weeks of dating. 3. Hands On From the start of their relationship, John David and Abbie appeared to be less skittish about physical contact than their predecessors. 4. Bold Move In fact, they rather brazenly violated his family’s arcane rules about premarital physical contact. 5. The Rules If you’re a fan of the Duggar clan, then you’re probably already aware that Jim Bob and Michelle’s offspring are forbidden to engage just about any form of physical contact prior to marriage. 6. The Origins Many of the rules prohibiting “front-hugs” and dictating how long unmarried couples are permitted to hold hands are culled from the teachings of the Duggars’ church, but others were invented by Jim Bob and Michelle themselves. Common Reveals How He Broke His Mother’s Rules To Pursue Music | Extra Butter

Sometimes you just gotta break the rules. That’s the main premise in Smallfoot a movie about a Yeti society that’s ran using some archaic laws set in stone that everyone must live by. On the outside, the rules appear to work, but in reality, they are all a bunch of bs that gets exposed when a yeti named Migo, stumbles on to a human being that this movie calls a small foot. Starring Common, Channing Tatum, Yara Shahidi, Gina Rodriguez, Lebron James,  and Zendaya this movie addresses some serious issues about inclusion, accepting each other’s differences and being open to change. On this episode of Extra Butter w/ Xilla Valentine , I go behind the scenes of Warner Bros new movie Smallfoot hitting theaters everywhere this Friday to find out how Common and Channing broke rules to become successful, how the protection Yara Shahidi and Gina Rodriguez affects them, as well as talk about the booty of a yak. While this kid’s movie is very “woke” it’s also very silly as Channing Tatum points out during our conversation, saying, “We are touching and tackling some very current stuff but it’s also really hilarious to be talking about the sky snail and the great butt of the sky yak! I think it’s a palatable way for kids to be brought into something that’s a little deeper and still be able to enjoy it so it’s not some heavy thing that we have to fear.” Gina Rodriguez gives voice to a yeti named Kolka who is a very curious science nerd that isn’t afraid to seek more than just what’s set in the stones the yetis live by. She loved the message of the film and revealed that is one of the reasons she took this role. “Ideally, you’re working on projects you feel confident about and you stand next to and you love the message and I think that was a huge draw for me,” Gina revealed. Smallfoot really kicks into another level with Migo and his group of banishes yetis venture out into the human world to find the truth about the legend of the small foot. That goes against all the rules but it was a necessary risk that he had to take to prove The Stonekeeper, played by Common wrong. I asked Common to reflect on a time when he had to break to rules and he revealed it was when his mother told him to choose school over music. I had to break the rules to pursue my music career, Common said. Adding, “She meant well, in the same way, The Stonekeeper does, this is what I know to be right, this will protect you, stay in school that’s the safe way to do it. Although it wasn’t a written rule I had to break that rule to go after my dream.” Overall Smallfoot is a very fun kids film that is filled with a ton of messages perfect for the time we live in, with a lot of light moments kids will enjoy. The movie hits theaters everywhere, Friday, September 28th.

American Horror Story Recap: Where Are the Witches?!

The latest installment of American Horror Story: Apocalypse was heavy on the rubber, but light on the witches.  We kicked things off with Michael Langdon parading around Outpost 3 with hair that looks very similar to what his mother had all those years ago.  He wasted no time in asserting his power in the lair, and Venable was livid. If you watch American Horror Story online, you know that Venable had a lot of rules about sleeping arrangements.  Primarily, she did not want anyone in the Outpost sleeping with each other. For those at home yelling about how it won’t be possible to repopulate the Earth, we hear you.  Timothy and Emily decided they wanted to have fun, and by that, they wanted to sleep with each other. It’s the end of the world, so why not? They weren’t buying what Venable was selling about abstinence, so they broke into Michael’s room and found a conveniently placed laptop.  There, they found emails between Michael and The Cooperative. That’s when they found out that Venable was lying about not having sexual contact.  Venable was furious when the two teenagers went forward and had sex with each other. Venable ordered their deaths, but Timothy and Ash fought back.  Miriam wound up shot, but there was something amiss with her flesh. Is she even a real person?  As for Michael, he had a lot of sexual chemistry with Mr. Gallant, so much so that it seemed he was dressing up as the Rubber Man from Murder House and having sex with him.  But Michael was adamant he was not the one dressing up, and that he should try to find out the truth on his own.  Evie, Mr. Gallant’s mother, witnessed the sex between him and the Rubber Man and took the news to Miriam and Venable.  The pair tried to whip him to get the answers, but they realized when they looked down that he was getting off on the pain.  In a truly stunning shock, the Rubber Man showed up again, but Mr. Gallant opted to stab him because he was done with the mind games.  That’s when we learned that Evie had been body-swapped and was dead at the hands of her grandson. Well, at least she won’t be ratting on him any longer.  Elsewhere, Michael confronted Venable for lying to everyone about the rules, but Venable was not ready to back down.  She said that she was sent the rules, and she was following them. However, she did not have a copy of them at hand for Michael to cast his eye on.  Michael said that he was the one who sent the rules, calling her bluff. Oh, yes, there’s a power struggle between these two, and we’re all in for it.  View Slideshow: Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers: It’s About to Go DOWN in Season 15 While the episode had a lot of action, the preview for it claimed the witches would make their entrance into Outpost 3.  That did not happen, and the only excuse for that is that FX was trying to stop the typical week two drop the franchise has been known for.  What are your thoughts on this installment?  Hit the comments below.  American Horror Story continues Wednesday on FX!

Katie Maloney: I Don’t Hate Lala Kent Anymore!

Feuds are what make great reality shows work, and if you watch  Vanderpump Rules  online , you know the series has never been lacking in the bad blood department. But we’re a little concerned that the show’s upcoming sixth season might be lacking the seething hostility that’s made the happenings at SUR so compulsively watchable up to this point. Cast members who seemed to be on the verge of bludgeoning one another with wine bottles are now either burying the hatchet or simply keeping their distance from one another. First, Jax and James Kennedy got along during the Vanderpump Season 5 reunion show , even though the latter is just someone’s pet mole rat who they dressed up in ’90s club douche gear, not knowing he would escape and get cast on a reality show. Then came rumors that Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney are getting divorced , so we won’t have their occasionally amusing/frequently disturbing blow-outs to keep us on the edge of our seats. Now, it’s even being reported that Jax and Brittany Cartwright have broken up , leaving Taylor without a target for his ‘roid rage. As if all that wasn’t enough, it looks as though arguably the most bitter feud in the history of Vanderpump has come to a surprising end. Yes, Katie took to Instagram last night to confirm that she and Lala are now totes besties: “This is a first… but hey, chemistry is chemistry. Also sprang tans are chemistry. Also, hello. Edit: ‘sprang tans’ are a real,” Maloney captioned the post. We’re not sure what the “sprang tans” stuff is all about (sounds like a Tequila Katie caption to us), but it sounds like another VPR rivalry has bitten the dust. Not only are the two former foes posing for selfies, that pic was taken in Mexico, so it seems they recently went on vacation together. A bit surprising considering these two hurled about every kind of horrendous insult imaginable at one another, but good for them. And it’s not like it’ll affect our viewing experience, as Lala quit the show last season. Of course, it’s not unheard of for Vanderpump cast members to quit and be welcomed back (See: Stassi Schroeder), so there’s always hope for a Lala return. We’re all for foes becoming friends, it’s just a little troubling that the entire cast seems to be BFFs these days. Vanderpump  currently leads the pack in terms of guilty-pleasure viewing for a reason, and it’s not because of the terrific friendships and rational, sober discourses.
