When The Checks Stop Coming In: Paula “Fat Azz” Deen Loses Smithfield Endorsement Deal

Paula Deen is having the worst week ever. Paula Deen Loses Another Endorsement This sloppy white beyotch could have saved herself by at least trying to give an sincere apology on camera and by not giving that dumbazz excuse. It doesn’t matter if you’re from the south and old. Now this beyotch is paying the piper. According to People Paula Deen’s racial slur scandal is costing her an endorsement deal with Smithfield, the pork company that sold a ham with her name and face on it. “Smithfield condemns the use of offensive and discriminatory language and behavior of any kind,” Smithfield says in a statement. “Therefore, we are terminating our partnership with Paula Deen. Smithfield is determined to be an ethical food industry leader and it is important that our values and those of our spokespeople are properly aligned.” Deen’s deal with Smithfield was announced in September 2006. This is the latest blow to Deen, who was dropped from the Food Network on Friday after 11 years as one of the channel’s biggest stars. The business deals are falling under scrutiny following the uproar over her admitted use of the N-word in the past. Deen made the admission during a sworn deposition in connection with a discrimination lawsuit brought by a former employee who says she was in a hostile work environment filled with innuendo and racial slurs. Deen has apologized for the remarks. “Smithfield was a key deal for her empire,” Allen Salkin, author of the upcoming book From Scratch: Inside the Food Network, tells PEOPLE. “In addition to paying her handsomely as an endorser, the ham company helped her charitable image by delivering truckloads of meat to food banks in her name.” Deen was hit in the head by a Smithfield ham at one of those charity events in 2009. Paula needs to fire her publicity team asap. That video was sad.

Jesus Take The Wheel: North Carolina Grandmother Found Dead In Her Wrecked Car 3 Days After It Was Towed Away!

That’s awful, but thank God they found her. Grandmother In North Carolina Found Dead In Her Wrecked Car 3 Day After It Was Towed Via ABC The family of a North Carolina grandmother whose body was found inside her wrecked car three days after it was towed said today they believe she would still be alive if a state trooper had noticed her. Carolyn Ann Watkins, 62, was found dead inside her 2000 Pontiac at a towing lot on Monday. “There was not much swelling and stuff like that, so we think she was living in that vehicle,” Patricia Parker, Watkins’ daughter-in-law, told ABCNews.com. State Trooper M.D. Williams found Watkins’ car Friday morning in a ditch near Smithfield, a town 30 miles southeast of Raleigh. Wow… Dustin’s Towing was called to the scene to remove the vehicle from the ditch and keep it for storage. Parker said the family was never notified about the crash and contacted the Smithfield Police Department on Monday when Watkins did not show up for work. The grandmother of four was found dead inside her car at the tow yard later that day, Parker said. R.I.P. Ms. Carolyn Ann Watkins. Image via ABC
