It’s official! Ayden is a big brother!!! Phaedra Parks gave birth to her and hubby Apollo Nida’s second son on Wednesday May 8th. Via US Weekly reports : Phaedra Parks is outnumbered three to one! The Real Housewives of Atlanta star gave birth to her second son in Atlanta on Wednesday, May 8, Us Weekly can exclusively confirm. “Mom and baby are doing great,” a source says. Parks announced her pregnancy in December 2012. Parks, an entertainment lawyer and mortician, is already mom to son Ayden, 2, with husband Apollo Nida. After meeting in 1996, the couple tied the knot on Nov. 1, 2009. In a November 2012 interview with Us, Parks revealed she wants to have a big family. “Ideally I’d like three kids, but I don’t know if my poor uterus can take it!” she joked. As for Ayden? “He’s the light of my life,” the reality star gushed. “My husband and I just adore him.” In addition to releasing a line of Phine Body: Donkey Booty DVDs and writing a book, Secrets of the Southern Belle, Parks was recently given her own Real Housewives of Atlanta spinoff. Sources close to The Bachelorette star say it was anything but. “Emily just decided she’d had enough,” a source said, adding that she “was extremely miserable, and at her breaking point” toward the end of the relationship. “She was like ‘I’m dying here, I’m dying here’ … just over it. Enough was enough.” While Bachelorette relationships rarely work out, fans had high hopes for these two, given the apparent depth of their connection. So what went wrong, and so fast? Emily had obvious chemistry with her other two finalists – including current Bachelor -in-waiting Sean Lowe – but opted for Jef with the bigger picture in mind. Yet, a source close to Jef, who Emily Maynard chose over Lowe and Arie Luyendyk Jr. , said his desire to be a father figure to her daughter Ricki deflated over time. “He has no real connection to Ricki … he doesn’t feel close to her,” the source said, adding Jef thought Emily was an absentee parent, often calling her a “bad mom.” In addition, Emily receiving filthy texts from NFL backup Matt Leinart further eroded their love, as did her behavior at an August 4 wedding for a Bachelor staff member. “She was being very flirty,” a guest said, and Jef was “brooding.” An insider said Emily Maynard ‘s “goody-goody Southern Belle” demeanor is just for the cameras: “She flirts with other guys to help her ego. The producers of The Bachelorette are running a tight ship this season, with little or no information thus far about who wins Emily Maynard’s final rose. At the same time, two extended previews airing at the end of last night’s episode on ABC revealed plenty of details for those who paid attention. The first preview, for next Monday’s episode, is comprised of clips entirely from Croatia … with Ryan emerging as the latest of this season’s villains . Or so it would appear. In any case, it gets much more revealing than that. The Bachelorette Episode 806 Promo The second part of the preview involves clips from later this season, and shows the guys rumored to be Emily’s final three with her in Curacao. We’ll withhold names in case you haven’t seen it or really don’t know, but you can see all three different fellas on dates with her in the tropics. Emily has clearly grown close to all three already, so it’s no surprise that she drops the obligatory “falling in love with several people” line. What is surprising? The lack of final rose ceremony clips, even of just Emily. Either all The Bachelorette season finale footage is under total lockdown in a bank vault somewhere, or we’re in for a non-traditional ending. Could it be that the Southern Belle doesn’t even hold a final rose ceremony, and chooses her mate straight from the final three, not two? Just one theory, but it may have merit. Emily Maynard, the single mom who captured America’s heart on The Bachelor, is back! She’s The Bachelorette! In a newly-released promo for the new season (premiering Monday, May 14), we get our first look at the Southern Belle’s reality TV return. She may have to kiss a lot of frogs, but she will find her prince charming . Or so we’re told. The hometown dates are still filming and there’s been no proposal made or accepted as of yet. The Bachelorette Promo This season, evidently, will keep us guessing from the opening night. We’re guessing that neither Brad Womack nor Bentley Williams arriving in the chopper, however.
