Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, says the recent release of her video diaries was NOT intentional and he plans to go after whoever leaked the private videos. Jose told Geraldo Rivera that the alleged invasion of privacy is “criminal.” Casey was acquitted of murder charges last summer and “should be able to go on with her life,” Baez says, adding that he is extremely upset about all of this. “I think this is outrageous that this is happening.
