If you haven’t been outside in the last couple days…IT’S COLD! In the midwest American’s are dealing with temperatures as low as minus 20 with wind chills on almost minus 50. In our area we’re dealing with our fair share of frigid weather, it’s gotten pretty cold. If you don’t have to go outside for long periods of times, then don’t. Meteorologists are calling for the below freezing temperatures and multiple school districts have called for two hour delays and cancelations for students tomorrow. This polar vortex is taking the midwest and east coast out! If you do have to be outside tomorrow here are some tips to stay warm: Source: Spencer Platt / Getty Minimize outside activities,  particularly the elderly and very young. Dress in layers.  Several layers of loose-fitting, lightweight clothing will keep you warmer than a single layer of heavy clothing. Wear the right gear.  Our bodies prioritize keeping our organs warm, which means hands and feet are typically the first to feel the cold. Wear either wool-lined winter gloves or heavy mittens, and sturdy, waterproof boots, protecting your extremities. Do not leave  pets  outside during cold weather extremes.  They need adequate shelter.  In sub-zero temperatures, their paws, noses and ears can succumb to frostbite—bring them inside. now the warning signs of  hypothermia :  uncontrollable shivering, memory loss, disorientation, incoherence, slurred speech, drowsiness and apparent exhaustion. Be safe with heat sources.  When using alternate heating sources, such as your fireplace, wood stove or space heater, take the necessary safety precautions to ensure they are ventilating properly. Save the food.  If you  lose power  for an extended period of time, don’t let food go to waste! To keep  pipes  from freezing,  wrap them in insulation or layers of newspapers, covering the newspapers with plastic to keep out moisture. Allow a trickle of water to run from a faucet if your pipes have frozen in the past.

Model Got 36DD Breasts For Her Ex-Boyfriend, Says They Started Making Fart Noises

(Photo by Spencer Platt/Getty Images) 32-year old Emily Nolan got 36DD when she was 23, just to please her boyfriend who was unhappy with her 36 B breasts. But things took a turn for the worse as Nolan’s huge implants left her with pain in her neck and shoulders. As if the pain isn’t bad enough, the former model says her breasts started to make fart-like noises when she would raise her arms. She told the Daily Mail , Whenever I’d lift my arms, say to hug a friend, the implants would make an awful, not to mention embarrassing, fart noise. You could hear the noise every time I raised my arms, which was truly the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. Following a visit to Santa Fe and hearing the suction noises under my chest, I knew it wasn’t healthy to have them in my body Luckily, Emily has moved on from her ex and is now happily married to a man who loves her body in it’s natural form. She is now back down to her original breast size, but after having her second extract surgery in September 2016, Emily contracted an infection which required a second minor surgery as the wound didn’t heal properly. She has since recovered and given birth to a beautiful baby boy with her new hubby.

A Lil’ Positivity: Bodega Workers Save Bronx Teen From Brutal Attackers

Spencer Platt/Getty Images A Possible Death Is Stopped In Its Tracks A group of bodega workers are being hailed as heroes for preventing what could’ve been another Bronx teen tragedy on Tuesday. According to 4 New York , surveillance cameras show a teen boy running into the Bronx bodega for help, while several other teens chase him. The kid tries hiding in the back of the aisles, according to the video, but the mob ends up finding him. Witnesses say that four of them attacked the boy, kicking him in the head, while more teenagers looked on. It was at this very moment that the bodega owner Edward Lara and others swooped in to save the teen’s life. “The little kid came here asking for help,” Lara said. “He said ‘please help me they’re going to kill me.’” Lara said that he was worried about his safety, but he couldn’t help but think of a similar incident that happened in the Bronx not too long ago. Back in June, 15-year-old Lesandro “Junior” Guzman Feliz was brutally murdered at another Bronx bodega just three miles from Lara’s bodega. In Junior’s case, nobody came to his aide when he was being attacked, at least not in a way that might’ve saved his life. The whole incident caused major outrage on social media sparking the #JusticeForJunior hashtag. According to 4 New York, in Tuesday’s attack, one of the assailants fired a gun on the street right before chasing the teen victim into the bodega. The attacker’s shot struck an innocent bystander — a 50-year-old man who is expected to survive. The teen is also expected to survive after being saved by the bodega team. “They’re heroes,” Lara said of his workers. Police said a 15-year-old  has been arrested in connection with the attack on Tuesday. They add that they are still looking for the others who were involved.
