Source: Netflix / Netflix Media Center While most of us are impatiently waiting for the return of FX’s Atlanta and HBO’s Insecure — two shows taking a year-long break — there is some good news on the horizon. Netflix has finally announced a premiere date of its show Dear White People. Dear White People is about the experiences of a group of black students who struggle through a myriad of interpersonal and racially charged conflicts on the fictional Ivy League campus, Winchester University. Season 2 ended with what seemed like the entire black community on campus showing up to protest Rikki Carter’s speech while Samantha (Logan Browning) and Lionel (DeRon Horton) searched for a secret society on the Winchester campus — Order of X. When Sam and Lionel get to the meeting spot, no one is there. They begin flipping out until a figure emerges from the shadows. It’s Giancarlo, the show’s narrator, and that’s where we’re left off. The show’s third season, which will be released in its entirety on August 2, will take place in the Spring instead of the Fall like the first two seasons. In Season 3, we should learn about what Giancarlo’s role in the Order of X, if he even has one, and what’s next for CoCo, Troy and the rest of the crew. Following Season 2, Justin Simien, the show’s creator, told EW that he won’t say anything about the Order of X, but loved including the narrator in the story. “Now whether or not they’re real and whether or not Giancarlo has anything to do with that, I won’t say, but I will say I was salivating at the thought of [putting] the narrator in the narrative,” he said. To announce the premiere date of Dear White People, some members of the cast weighed in on an age-old debate: sweet or savory grits. You can watch the video below:

It's been a rough year for Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra. Fortunately, Monday night's episode of Teen Mom OG focused on a recent highlight for the troubled couple. Back in February, Catelynn welcomed her third child , a baby girl named Vaeda. With all these two have been through, it was a joy to witness their obvious elation at Vaeda's arrival. Teen Mom cast members frequently complain that they're treated unfairly in the editing process or that the show only focuses on the negative aspects of their life. Something tells us Lowell and Baltierra have no such complaints about last night's episode. Take a look: 1. One Happy Family It’s been a long and winding road for Catelynn and Tyler. But finally, we got to see them enjoy a bit of happiness thanks to the arrival of their baby girl. 2. Baby Vaeda The Baltierras have been gushing about Vaeda and sharing pics on social media ever since the moment she entered the world. 3. Overjoyed But for all the joyous family moments on social media, few details had been revealed about the day Vaeda entered the world — until last night. 4. Completing the Picture As we now know, Vaeda has been welcomed with enthusiasm by her older sister, and she’s proven instrumental in helping Cate and Tyler move on from the traumas of the past year. 5. New Beginnings Catelynn, in particular, had a difficult time in the months leading up to Vaeda’s birth, but last night, it was all love and elation. 6. As previously reported, Bernie McGee died on Saturday at the age of 41. The Seeking Sister Wife star suffered a heart attack while out for a bike ride, called his wife, Paige, in distress — and lost his life before paramedics could arrive and save him. McGee was the head of one of the polygamous households on this TLC series, which was a sort of Sister Wives spinoff that sought to capitalize on the popularity of one of that network’s longest-running programs. His death, as described above, was natural. No actual foul play is suspected. And yet… Paige took to social media shortly after confirming the tragic news and hurled enormous shade at her own brother. Not merely shade , we should note: She flat-out accused her sibling of killing her husband. Back in March, you see, Patrick Marble accused both Paige and Bernie of harassing and/or stalking him. The couple was actually arrested as a result of this allegation. According to Patrick at the time, Bernie and Page flooded his home with calls and would not stop trying to contact him at work, either. He also claimed his girlfriend was targeted by his sister and brother-in-law. With their court date fast approaching, Paige now says such legal issues had an awful effect on Bernie, Tweeting that “the stress of going to court this coming Wednesday with fear of 1 year in jail wore on [him].” From there, Paige got very personal and very accusatory. She laid into her brother and did not mince a single word in saying Patrick is to blame for what happened to Bernie. “Patrick Marble does not know a damn thing about my husband or him passing. All he knows is what he is reading on FB. I have not spoken to him for any reason and he damn well better not come to my house!” Paige wrote this week online. She continued: “Patrick and my mother having us arrested for not doing a damn thing wrong did this! “We were financially put out for having to hire lawyers, investigators and missing work for this bullsh-t.” Paige (whose mug shot from her arrest this spring is posted below) also alleged that Patrick harassed and bullied her and Bernie. “[He] has admitted numerous times he would not stop until we were fired from the show,” she wrote. “Well, that never happened so he continued his bullying and harassment. Bernie has been under so much stress and the stress of going to court this coming Wednesday with fear of 1 year in jail wore on Bernie. “Bernie was so upset the day we were arrested because our sons had to watch us being taken away. Every night since then, Bernie has said over and over, the look on Johnny’s face. He just couldn’t get over that.” Paige and Bernie made their debut on Seeking Sister Wife on Season 2. Following Bernie’s death, Patrick told TMZ that he plans to drop the stalking charges and that he spoke to his sister recently to attempt to hash things out. But it appears as if she wasn’t interested in any sort of peace accord. “Patrick Marble… YOU KILLED MY HUSBAND AND I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL… And you better stay the HELL away from me and my family,” Paige concluded. One week after becoming a mother for the third time, Jessa Duggar has opened up about giving birth to her brand new daughter . And she’s giving us a fresh look at little Ivy Jane Seewald in the process. “I am feeling great after this birth,” Jessa said in a TLC-produced video today, sitting alongside her third child and her only husband, Ben Seewald. The reality star then divulged a few details about her delivery and labor — but she refrained from going into too many of the very personal tidbit. “It was very quick. My water broke at 8:30 in the morning, but I didn’t have any contractions until 2:30 in the afternoon,” she said. “Then she was born at 6:00. So really just three and a half hours of labor.” That actually is a short period of time for one to be in labor, although we’re sure time passes rather slowly when one is in that position. As for why Jessa and Ben selected the name Ivy Jane? Seewald said that they agreed awhile back and saw no reason to make any changes. He also explained that there’s not a ton of significance in these names. “We just liked those two names… we actually had the name picked out before she was born,” Ben says in this same video, referencing a former Queen of England named Lady Jane as inspiration. He never elaborates much beyond that, but whatever: Ivy Jane really is a pretty name, isn’t it? Jessa and Ben are also parents to a three-year old named Spurgeon and a two-year old named Henry. Upon announcing the arrival of their sister, Jessa remarked on the size differences at birth of these siblings. “She feels so tiny compared to her siblings,” she todl Us Weekly several days ago, adding: “We’re so grateful to God for this precious gift. She is already so loved. Her big brothers adore her!” It’s clear from the video just how loved Ivy truly is; consider what Ben says of his daughter while talking to the TLC camera: “Holding little Ivy for the first time was a really special moment for me. I was kind of taking it all in. … “The other day the thought occurred to me, ‘Wow, I could be walking her down the aisle someday.’” Crazy, right?!? The famous couple confirmed back in January that they were set to have a baby once again. “We are overjoyed that God has blessed us with a baby, due late this spring!” the then-pregnant Jessa said at the time. “From the day we found out we were expecting, we both guessed boy, and if our predictions are right then we already have a ton the clothing and accessories ready to pass down! “At the same time, we would absolutely love it if we found out we were having a girl — though we’ve joked that we’d be starting from square one and might have to learn a few things.” Welp, it looks like they’ll need to start right back from that first square. Wendy Williams may be done with her cheating husband. But she isn’t done with the concept of cheaters in general, as the talk show host made clear this morning on the latest episode of her daytime program. One month after Williams finally filed to divorce Kevin Hunter , who has admitted to stepping out his wife multiple times with different women, Wendy said the following on air Friday: “There are a lot of women with no respect for a marriage. “You know what I’m saying? A lot of women who know your man is married and will have the nerve to be right up under him, right under your nose.” Williams went off on this rant in response to Ayesha Curry‘s frustrations over females who have tried to cross boundaries with her husband Steph Curry – even while Ayesha is standing right next to the basketball legend. Wendy promptly shared a snippet from Ayesha’s interview with Jada Pinkett Smith on Red Table Talk, where she recounted an incident in which a fan “crossed the line with her,” explaining in more detail: “We wanted to buy bikes one day … [daughter] Riley, at the time, she’s less than a year old. And this group of people come over, they’re trying to ask Steph for pictures and autographs. “The woman opens the car door, sticks her body in the car and is just like, ‘Oh, let me see.’ And I’m like, ‘No, no, get out of the car.’ “And she goes, ‘Oh, honey, you know what you signed up for.’” Williams immediately shared her opinion on such groupies. “For you lonely girls who can’t keep their hands off other people’s men, there’s a hot place in hell for you,” the host said sharply She’s not really talking about Ayesha and Steph Curry here, though, of course. She’s talking about Hunter and Sharina Hudson, the mistress with whom her estranged husband has been sleeping for years . Rumors have circulated for a very long time about this affair, but they took on a disturbing life of their own after Hudson actually gave birth to Hunter’s baby this spring . Williams, a former hard drug user, responded to this development by falling off the wagon, getting drunk and getting rushed to the hospital. Thankfully, she eventually collected herself and kicked Hunter to the curb. At last. “The split is definitely due to Kevin’s ongoing infidelity and that his mistress recently welcomed their child,” a source told People Magazine. “Wendy had hired a private investigator and confronted him. He confessed to everything three weeks ago.” He confessed to nearly everything in public, too. “28 years ago I met an amazing woman: Wendy Williams. At the time, I didn’t realize that she would not only become my wife, but would also change the face of entertainment and the world,” said Hunter in mid-April , perhaps laying it on a bit too thick. He continued: “I have dedicated most of our lives to the business empire that is Wendy Williams Hunter, a person that I truly love and respect unconditionally.” And he concluded: I am not proud of my recent actions and take full accountability and apologize to my wife, my family and her amazing fans. I am going through a time of self-reflection and am trying to right some wrongs. No matter what the outcome is or what the future holds, we are still The Hunter Family and I will continue to work with and fully support my wife in this business and through any and all obstacles she may face living her new life of sobriety, while I also work on mine I ask that you please give me and my family privacy as we heal. Thank you. Williams has fully come to her senses, sources confirm. She has fired Hunter as a producer on her talk show and she vows not to give him a dime in the divorce settlement.
