Jessa Duggar Details Delivery, Appears to Really Love Newborn Daughter

One week after becoming a mother for the third time, Jessa Duggar has opened up about giving birth to her brand new daughter . And she’s giving us a fresh look at little Ivy Jane Seewald in the process. “I am feeling great after this birth,” Jessa said in a TLC-produced video today, sitting alongside her third child and her only husband, Ben Seewald. The reality star then divulged a few details about her delivery and labor — but she refrained from going into too many of the very personal tidbit. “It was very quick. My water broke at 8:30 in the morning, but I didn’t have any contractions until 2:30 in the afternoon,” she said. “Then she was born at 6:00. So really just three and a half hours of labor.” That actually is a short period of time for one to be in labor, although we’re sure time passes rather slowly when one is in that position. As for why Jessa and Ben selected the name Ivy Jane? Seewald said that they agreed awhile back and saw no reason to make any changes. He also explained that there’s not a ton of significance in these names. “We just liked those two names… we actually had the name picked out before she was born,” Ben says in this same video, referencing a former Queen of England named Lady Jane as inspiration. He never elaborates much beyond that, but whatever: Ivy Jane really is a pretty name, isn’t it? Jessa and Ben are also parents to a three-year old named Spurgeon and a two-year old named Henry. Upon announcing the arrival of their sister, Jessa remarked on the size differences at birth of these siblings. “She feels so tiny compared to her siblings,” she todl Us Weekly several days ago, adding: “We’re so grateful to God for this precious gift. She is already so loved. Her big brothers adore her!” It’s clear from the video just how loved Ivy truly is; consider what Ben says of his daughter while talking to the TLC camera: “Holding little Ivy for the first time was a really special moment for me. I was kind of taking it all in. … “The other day the thought occurred to me, ‘Wow, I could be walking her down the aisle someday.’”  Crazy, right?!? The famous couple confirmed back in January that they were set to have a baby once again. “We are overjoyed that God has blessed us with a baby, due late this spring!” the then-pregnant Jessa said at the time. “From the day we found out we were expecting, we both guessed boy, and if our predictions are right then we already have a ton the clothing and accessories ready to pass down! “At the same time, we would absolutely love it if we found out we were having a girl — though we’ve joked that we’d be starting from square one and might have to learn a few things.” Welp, it looks like they’ll need to start right back from that first square. Ryan Edwards: Eff You, Haters! I’m Still Married & Still Sober!

If you’re a longtime Teen Mom OG  viewer, you know that Maci Bookout’s baby daddy Ryan Edwards has been to hell and back over the course of the past two years. Granted, many of Ryan’s problems are self-created, and he’s inflicted a tremendous amount of pain on his loved ones, but we’re still rooting for the guy. Addiction is a terrible thing, and it’s had Ryan firmly in its grips for quite some time now. Following Edwards’ second stint in rehab , friends, family, and fans were optimistic that he would finally be able to break free. Alas, that didn’t turn out to be the case. Edwards was arrested  in January just weeks after leaving treatment. Needless to say, at the time, the outlook for Ryan’s future was beyond bleak. His wife, Mackenzie Standifer, had threatened to leave him if he relapsed again, and just weeks after missing the birth of his son while in rehab , Ryan was both off the wagon and doing time. Edwards was freed from jail in April, and even his biggest supporters were skeptical about his chances of remaining clean. But almost two months later, it seems the troubled Teen Mom OG star has managed to keep his nose clean and his marriage intact: Mackenzie and Ryan are currently on vacation, and while their exact locale remains undisclosed, Mack offered photographic evidence that their relationship is in a good place. “In case anyone is wondering how this trip is going,” Standifer captioned the pics. “Safe to say Ryan is NOT an insta photog husband,” she added. Some fans made snarky comments about Ryan’s teeth in the photo below, but there will always be haters — and it looks as though Ryan is doing better than anyone expected. As for Maci, she was asked about Ryan in a recent interview, and she seems to have adopted a “no news is good news” stance with regard to her ex: “I haven’t seen him or anything. [He] hasn’t had the chance to impact [me] or have an impact yet,” she told Us Weekly . She added that Ryan’s eldest son, Bentley, is aware of his dad’s struggles: “I think just from the standpoint of him being able to process, comprehend and understand, and get through it in a healthy manner, I think he needs to know what’s going on,” she told the tabloid. “So that I can also, as his parent, reinforce that he does have love around him and support around him,” Bookout added. “And that’s life; things happen but it’s going to be OK.” Ryan still has a hard road ahead of him. Tori Roloff Baby Bump: It’s Here! And It’s Adorable!

A star of Little People, Big World has some rather huge news to share: Tori Roloff is officially very pregnant! Yes, the reality star confirmed that she’s expecting a second child with husband Zach back on May 13. But a statement is one thing. Sharing the above photo of a very clear and very cute baby bump is another. “Baby is starting to make her appearance,” the 28-year old TLC personality captioned a mirror selfie that depictured her smiling while she cradled said bump late last week. The special photo came about two weeks after Tori and Zach delivered their exciting piece of news. “We are so excited to announce that Jackson is going to be a big brother!” they told Us Weekly at the time, adding that they had already found out the impending child’s gender: “We cannot wait to meet our sweet baby girl!” Tori is due in November. Fans can expect plenty of updates in the meantime, however, as Tori and Zach are psyched to be adding to their beloved family, which expanded back in May 2017 with the welcoming of son Jackson. The pair have been pretty open ever since about wanting more kids, with Zach even saying he’d love a “pack” of four or five. Tori only wants to talk one pregnancy at a time, however, especially with the star admitting this second one is more challenging than the first . “A lot harder,” Tori told fans several days ago about how this pregnancy compares to the first one, emphasizing however that she isn’t complaining: “But still easy. If that makes sense. I had no symptoms with [Jackson] other than egg aversions. I’ve got all the symptoms this time.” Based on her due date, Roloff is just into her second trimester at the moment. We hope she’s taking it easy these days if she isn’t feeling great and if she has concerns about the heat . Tori, meanwhile, has also been open about there being a “50/50” shot that she gives birth to another dwarf, based on the genes passed down by Zach. “Thank the Lord, Jackson hasn’t really had any significant [health struggles],” Zach recently told Us Weekly, adding: “He’s had a couple ear infections, which can be common with dwarfism. There’s a lot of potentials, but for now it’s too early to tell. “We actually have the same pediatrician for him that was my pediatrician growing up, so that’s been really nice because he’s familiar with dwarfism and those things.” For her part, Tori discussed the issues that occasionally arise with raising a litle person. Along with a gorgeous snapshot of her son on Instagram, Tori wrote the following seven days ago: “I often forget that my son is any different than yours. I forget that he has shorter legs, because he can get around and run just like any other 2 year old. “I forget he has short arms, because he can still reach everything around the house (even the stuff we don’t want him to).” She concluded in this emotional post: I forget that he’s different because he’s so capable and I see nothing other than my mister mister. Today pointed out that he is different and that’s never going to change. He watched as kids (many younger than him) rode rides at a festival here in town and he wasn’t able to join. Jackson wanted so bad to ride the airplanes that went up and down but the height requirement wouldn’t allow him to (which I totally understand!). It was harder for me than it was for him for sure. It was really the first time I was hit in the face with the fact my child is different. Im so proud of my husband and his outlook on it all and even more proud of my son who brushes things off with ease and I pray they both continue to do this. Joe Giudice Deportation Delayed: Is There a Chance He Could Stay in the US?!

Joe Giudice hasn’t received much in the way of good news in recent months. As you’ve likely heard, Giudice may be headed for deportation and is currently being held in a Pennsylvania ICE facility. Last week, Giudice’s appeal was denied , and the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star is now left with little in the way of legal recourse. But apparently, fortune smiled on Giudice briefly today. According to Radar Online, Giudice’s deportation was delayed today so that a federal judge might review his petition for appeal. “Order temporarily granting motion for stay of removal…Removal is stayed until such time as the Court can consider the motion for stay of removal,” reads a court document obtained by the site. “We will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters,” Joe’s attorney lawyer James J. Leonard Jr. said in a statement to Radar. Obviously, that’s good news, as it means Giudice’s appeal hasn’t been thrown out completely. But these are likely tense times for Juicy Joe, as this will almost certainly be his last chance to convince a judge he deserves to remain in the United States. Along with his wife, Teresa Giudice, Joe was convicted of tax fraud back in 2015. The Giudices were allowed to serve their sentences back-to-back for the sake of their kids. At this point, they’ve both done their time — but since Joe was born in Italy and never became a US citizen, he may face the additional penalty of deportation. Earlier this week, Joe and Teresa’s daughter, Gia Giudice, posted a petition in which issues a heartfelt plea on her father’s behalf. “My father is not a danger to society, he is a warm loving man and I beg you sign our petition to give my father a second chance at being part of our lives and giving back to the community we live in once again,” the 18-year-old wrote. She addressed President Trump directly in the petition, which may be a good strategy, as Teresa starred in a season of The Apprentice during Trump’s tenure as host. But while the petition has already received 50,000 signatures, the outlook is still bleak for Joe An immigration judge who asked to remain anonymous tells Radar there’s “virtually no chance” that his appeal will be successful. Kate Upton Gives Birth to First Child!

The woman who many consider to be the world’s most perfect looking human just gave birth to an absolute perfect baby. Indeed, congratulations are in order for Kate Upton: The supermodel just gave birth to her very first child! The 26-year old shared the blessed news on Saturday evening, alerting Instagram followers to the name and the gender of her and husband Justin Verlander’s precious offspring. We’ll let Upton take it from here… “Genevieve Upton Verlander. 11.7.18,” Kate simply wrote, confirming that the newborn came into official existence this past Wednesday. She included with this message a gorgeous black-and-white snapshot of little Genevieve… … and here it is! Well done, Kate and Justin. Verlander, who works as one of the best starting pitchers in all of Major League Baseball, posted a photo of the couple holding their little one’s hand. He wrote as a caption: “Welcome to the world Genevieve Upton Verlander. You stole my [heart] the first second I met you!!! 11.7.2018.” Verlander also penned a sweet message to Upton after the couple confirmed her pregnancy in July . “You’re going to be the most amazing Mom!! I can’t wait to start this new journey with you!” he gushed on Instagram at the time, adding: “You’re the most thoughtful, loving, caring, and strong woman I’ve ever met! I’m so proud that our little one is going to be raised in this world by a woman like you! I love you so much.” Upton and Verlander got married the knot in Tuscany, Italy, in November of 2017, mere days after the pitcher and the Houston Astros won the 2017 World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers. During the baseball season that recently concluded, Verlander credited Upton for turning both his career and his life around. Speaking to Bleacher Report about his outlook after going through multiple injuries, Verlander said the following a few months ago: “Who knows if I’m even here if it wasn’t for her? “I really thought it was the end. … She was instrumental in me not … like, jumping off a bridge.” Wow, huh? And now she’s also been also rather instrumental in Verlander becoming a dad. We send these two our very best wishes.

Rosario Dawson Speaks Candidly About Her Own Experiences With Sexual Abuse

Presley Ann/Patrick McMullan via Getty Images Rosario Dawson Reveals Her Experience With Sexual Abuse Rosario Dawson , a very vocal supporter of the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements, has recently shared with the world that she herself is a survivor of sexual assault, according to  People . In a recent appearance on the feminist podcast  Morado Lens , Dawson revealed that she experienced sexual abuse as a child. The actress told hosts Cindy Rodrigues and Natalie Fairfan about how the experience altered her perspective on facing similar occurrences as an adult, both inside and outside of the entertainment industry. She explains how her experiences shaped her mindset saying, “I was raped and molested as a child, so for me, the world was like that since I was a child. So when I saw it in the workplace, it wasn’t foreign to me. It was like, well, that even happens within the family. It happens with people that are supposed to take care of you when you’re a child.” Within that same moving episode, Dawson discussed the aftermath of her cousin, 26-year-old Veneza Ines Vasquez’s, sudden death. She found her unresponsive in her home last year, and that experience shifted her outlook on life, making her more grateful than ever. Rosario revealed on he podcast, “Whenever my moment comes, I wanna know that it’s been a good life. I don’t wanna be marinated in the upset, because I have a lot of trauma and sadness to dwell on if I want to. But there’s so much beauty and so many things to be grateful for. It feels like it's been forever since we last got a substantial update on Mama June, doesn't it? In reality, it's only been about six months since we saw the finale of her new reality show, Mama June: From Not to Hot, the one that documented her weight loss journey. In episodes that aired back in the spring, we saw June get gastric sleeve surgery . The surgery, along with diet and exercise, led to her losing around 300 pounds. Initially, she wanted to lose the weight to get one of those “revenge bodies” to throw in Sugar Bear's face — remember, they split up after he cheated on her several times. At the time, he had just proposed to a woman named Jennifer Lamb, and June wanted to look extra amazing at their wedding, so she really did put a lot of work into her weight loss. She went through the first surgery, then two more surgeries to remove excess skin. If you saw the show, or even if you just saw photos from those procedures , you know that it was rough on her. But she lost the weight, she looked great at Sugar Bear's wedding, and she's managed to keep all that weight off for nearly a year now. You know what that means? It means it's time for a brand new season! WE tv just released a teaser for the second season of Mama June: From Not to Hot, and it's … well, it's probably not exactly what you'd suspect. The teaser starts with a shot of a tiara, and in the caption of the video, the network wrote “Mama June is hitting the pageant circuit!” Could it be? Could June be following in Honey Boo Boo's footsteps? Could she really be entering the world of beauty pageants? Looks like it. There's really no other way to interpret all this. “To be a pageant queen, one needs refinement, poise, charm,” a fancy Englishman explains in a voiceover while June acts like June. Just in this short little teaser, we see her burp, fart, and blow an air horn while good ol' Jennifer Lamb tries to talk to her. “Mama June's hitting the pageant circuit,” the voiceover announces, as she asks “Why the hell not, y'all?” Why the hell not, y'all, indeed. We don't have an exact premiere date yet, but come January 2018, Mama June will find her way back to our televisions. … Yay? Check out the teaser below:

Gwen Stefani: Showing Off Baby Bump in Thanksgiving Photo?!

Can you believe that it’s been two whole years since Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton first got together?! That means that it’s also been two whole years since the entire internet insisted that they were completely consumed with the idea of having children together! Gwen and Blake are cute together and everything, but rarely does a celebrity couple inspire so, so many pregnancy rumors. You can barely check out a tabloid without reading about how they’re expecting twins, or how she’s preparing her body for pregnancy , or how he’s willing to begin sacrificing woodland creatures to the fertility gods. Like, we love a good rumor as much as anyone, but this is all getting to be a bit much. Still, as long as Gwen and Blake are content with all the attention their relationship gets — and at this point, they’re definitely still very content with it — the rumors will keep coming. For instance, earlier this month, Blake was asked by a fan if he and Gwen were planning on having children of their own (Gwen already has three sons with Gavin Rossdale), and his response? “I hope. We will see.” It’s not exactly a statement designed to quiet the rumors, that’s for sure. Another subtle little thing these two crazy kids do to keep us talking? They share photos like this: Gwen slapped that picture up on her Instagram yesterday with the caption “Had the best Thanksgiving,” and that’s sweet, it really is. She and Blake posed with some of Blake’s family members — they went out to Oklahoma to celebrate the holiday. But instead of paying attention to those amazing sweaters or the cute poses, Gwen’s followers zoomed right in on her midsection. “Is that a baby bump?!?” one person asked — or, well, actually dozens of people asked that. “Why is everyone getting pregnant this time of the year?!?!?!” another person wondered. One of her followers came through with a more direct line of questioning, writing “Uhh is that a baby baby or a food baby?” And then some people just went ahead and assumed that this was a pregnancy announcement: one of those commented “You’re preggers! Yay! Beautiful photo!” “I know you’re pregnant, Gwen!!” another follower said. “I know it.” These are just a small sample of the kinds of comments this photo inspired — so very many people are positive they see a baby bump here. Unfortunately — or fortunately, depending on your outlook — it really does seem like this “baby bump” that people are seeing really may have just been a food baby. After celebrating Thanksgiving, Gwen came back to L.A. for an event, and her clothes were quite a bit tighter. You can see that look in the photo above. Her stomach doesn’t look anything like it did in the other picture, does it? But still, some people are convinced that there’s still a fetus in there! On the newer photo, the one with the tight miniskirt and the gingerbread man, one person commented “Sometimes it looks like a baby bump, sometimes it doesn’t. This time it does lol. Please say it’s so!!!!” So what is it?! Is she pregnant? Does she look pregnant? At 48 years old, is it even possible for her to get pregnant? So many questions, so little answers. Bikini Model Shows STUNNING Before-and-After Body Transformation!

This Australian model’s before-and-after bikini photos are stunning and reveal a dramatic transformation. Not the before-and-after transformation that you expect, maybe. But it’s exactly the sort of image that people need to see right now. La’Tecia Thomas is a bikini model. She’s done modeling in the past and she’s still doing it now. Then and now, she’s gorgeous. Honestly her features remind us of Megan Fox, and we do not say that lightly. All that’s really changed is, well, the size of the bikinis. There are a lot of body transformation photos in this world. In most cases, the “before” pic dwarfs the “after” photo, as someone maps their personal weight loss journey. La’Tecia’s story is a little different. Take a look at the comparison photo that she posted to Instagram that’s earning her a lot of love. Let’s be clear — she’s beautiful in both photos. But in the picture on the left, where she has rock-hard abs and a slender frame, she was miserable. In the snap on the right, she’s glowing with competence and, again, looks like a thicc Megan Fox. In her caption, La’Tecia tells the story behind the images. “I was going through my phone and I found this old photo of me back when I was training to compete in a bikini competition. So many people will look at this photo and make physical comparisons and say they would prefer me ‘before’. I prefer me at any weight as long as I’m happy.: First of all, as you can imagine, she’s gotten a lot of comments saying that they prefer her “after” photo.  And not just because the picture quality on the right is so much higher. “It’s okay to love yourself no matter what your size is.” That’s absolutely true! No matter what that one fat-shaming British mom who worried her daughter would “catch” being fat thinks. They say that increased confidence and self-love is the key to weight loss, but it’s also just a key to happiness. And then she talks about how different things were for her, before. “I remember how unhappy I was In the picture to the left, I would loathe certain parts of my body- particularly my bum/ thighs because that was and is the hardest part of my body to lose.” She was a size 8 at the time, but when you’re obsessed with weight-loss and sculpting your body, sometimes it’s hard to appreciate the results. It’s sad but true. “I had so many insecurities, I compared myself to other women and I lacked confidence.” Now, she radiates confidence. You can see that in every single picture. “Since changing my outlook on life and learning to embrace who I am, I know that hypothetically if I were to go back to what I used to be I would be so much happier and content than what I was because I’ve learned to love me.” Beautiful! “Your mental health is just as important as your physical. Also I’m not saying it’s okay to be inactive and make unhealthy choices, I think it’s about finding balance, listen to your body, you know what’s best for it.” Balance is the key to life. Her post has over 60,000 likes, and that number is growing. Different people’s bodies are wired to be different weights. Some find it easier than others to gain or lose fat or muscle mass. That’s just how things are. She’s found her balance and she’s clearly living her best life as a result. And … did we mention that she’s gorgeous? Because she’s gorgeous . Kim Kardashian Wears Virgin Mary Dress, Pisses Off the World Yet Again

Remember earlier this week when, to celebrate the sacred holiday of 4/20, Kim Kardashian put a surprising new line of merchandise on her website? Perhaps you don’t. It was 4/20, after all. To recap, Kim released some nifty new items like pieces of clothing proudly displaying the message “Sorry for what I said while I was high,” a few lighters, and something called an “ass tray.” But the most controversial item for sale was — wait for it — a prayer candle lovingly decorated with a photo of Kim as the Virgin Mary . Iconic, right? Or insanely blasphemous, depending on your outlook. As it turns out, many, many people were offended by the candle. And, as always , they took to social media to announce their displeasure. “Really your face on the candle of the Virgin Mary are you that vane?” one person asked her. “Ooh wee are you going to get the wrath of God.” Another outraged soul wrote “Have you no respect for the Virgin Mary!!!! I am offended by your candle! Shame on you disrespecting Jesus’ mother!” One particularly salty person said “If anything, your face deserves to be on the fire inside the candle.” But hey, to be fair, maybe Kim wasn’t fully aware of all the pieces in this new line or merchandise before she signed off on it, you know? She is a busy woman , after all. It could have been someone else’s idea, and she just agreed to it without really considering it. Well, that could be possible, if Kim didn’t step out in a Virgin Mary dress shortly after the controversy began. Yes, photos have made their way to the internet of Kim wearing a short, tight, see-through dress with a photo of Mary herself (not the Kim/Mary hybrid from the candle) right in the middle of her chest. She’s obviously not sorry. And the Catholic League itself considers the dress a step too far — they said as much in a scathing new statement they made about Kim. The statement begins with “We’ve never seen any indication that Kim Kardashian venerates the Blessed Virgin Mary — she is a former porn star — so her latest headline-grabbing stunt can only be seen as exploitative.” “Former porn star”? Yeah, this is going to get bad. The Catholic League takes issue with Kim’s candle, of course, but also with its inclusion with the other weed-tastic items. They also refer to an item with her “bare mammoth behind” on it. Amazing. Simply amazing.
