Eben Pua Kok Kiang accused

On Monday, Eben Pua Kok Kiang, 20, admitted to having had s-ex with the underage girl in late 2009. He will be sentenced next month. FOR a month, a full-time national serviceman had unprotected s-ex with a then 14-year-old girl, likely passing a s-exually transmitted disease to her in the process.
