LeAnn Rimes, Eddie Cibrian and Brandi Glanville in a story that doesn’t involve arguing? Amazing. One that involves them all partying together? More amazing! At Chuck E. Cheese for Eddie and Brandi’s son’s birthday, but still. Looking like one big happy family, Eddie, his ex-wife and fiancee LeAnn pulled back the claws and made nice at seven-year-old Jake’s party. Hell freezes over! The women of Eddie Cibrian: LeAnn Rimes (left) and Brandi Glanville . Rimes and Glanville recently called a truce on Twitter after months and months of often public disagreements stemming from Eddie’s affair with, and subsequent engagement to the former while divorcing the latter. It was awkward. Maybe the armistice will stick.

In the wake of his former wife’s recent troubles, Charlie Sheen is moving to gain full custody of his two children with Brooke Mueller , Bob and Max. He’s not stopping there, either. Charlie is declaring legal war on Brooke and will not only ask a judge for full custody, but to cut off child support. Sheen has been paying her $55,000 per MONTH to support the twin sons, who were born after the couple’s 2008 wedding (they split this winter). Charlie’s lawyer, Mark Gross, just gave Brooke Mueller’s attorneys notice that he’s going to court tomorrow to try to change the custody arrangement . Gross says he’ll ask the judge to strip Brooke of both legal and physical custody, on grounds that Brooke has relapsed and checked back into rehab . If the judge does give Charlie full custody, Gross wants the judge to terminate his obligation to pay Brooke $55,000 a month in child support. After all, she would no longer be incurring those expenses. Sheen (and presumably the goddesses) would be handling the parenting. Shudder . Brooke’s lawyers are planning their own offensive, though, also asking the judge for full custody. They also Charlie to be psychologically evaluated. That sound you hear is of it being ON. And potentially high and unstable. Imagine if Charlie Sheen is deemed the safer of two parenting options …

Two more roles in The Hunger Games have been filled. Lionsgate has confirmed that the parts of Rue and Thresh of District 11 have officially been cast – Dayo Okeniyi will play strong and quiet District 11 tribute Thresh, while Amandla Stenberg will play Katniss Everdeen’s young ally Rue. Photos of these two relative newcomers … These two look the part(s), but as far as acting chops, they’re unproven. Doesn’t mean they won’t pass muster, of course. Everyone starts somewhere. The pair joins Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth , who recently won the roles of Peeta Mellark and Gale Hawthorne, respectively, in the new film. The gorgeous, talented Jennifer Lawrence will play Katniss, of course. Who’s still left to be cast? One major part – the role of Haymitch Abernathy, the only living Hunger Games winner of District 12 – is still vacant.
