Tito Ortiz: Jenna Jameson Abandoned Our Twins

Ooof, this is a bit awkward. TooFab tweeted an adorable photo of Tito Ortiz and his twins (mom is ex, Jenna Jameson ) at the premiere of The Good Dinosaur , and it was all well and good until Jameson’s name was mentioned. Hokay then! “That is totally untrue,” Jameson told Toofab in response to the tweet .  “He has alienated me as a parent, and I am in court proceedings overturning his wrongful judgment.” The former couple went through a very public split, which resulted in Ortiz getting full custody of their 6-year-old twins boys, Jesse and Journey in 2013. Ortiz and the twins live with his girlfriend, Amber Nichole Miller in Huntington Beach, CA. “We’re lucky,” Ortiz told the San Diego Tribune  of Miller in 2014.  “She’s been amazing. She’s so caring. The boys love her, she has patience with them, and she teaches them. She makes me happy.” In the same interview, Ortiz said that Jameson hadn’t seen their boys in over a year. After accusing her of drug use in 2010 (which he claimed started during her pregnancy), Ortiz and Jameson went through hell, with Jameson claiming that Ortiz abused her (the charges were later dropped).  For his part, Ortiz claims that he never hit her. “That was probably the worst time of my life,” Ortiz recalled. “I was trying to defend my family and make sure my kids don’t live in a drug environment.” Jameson recently appeared in Celebrity Big Brother UK alongside Farrah Abraham . D.A. to Drop Charges Against Tito Ortiz

Tito Ortiz will not be prosecuted for the recent domestic incident with Jenna Jameson that resulted in a 911 call and more than a few heated, conflicting words. The Orange County District Attorney’s office says it will not bring charges against Ortiz for the pair’s blowup in April that left Jenna in bandages and him in jail. The reason for the case being dropped : “Insufficient corroboration.”

Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz are reportedly getting back together just days after the MMA fighter was accused of attacking Jameson. According to TMZ, Ortiz is looking to move back into the family’s house sometime this week once the restraining order is lifted. Just last week Jameson told police that Ortiz had attacked her, injuring her arm, and she has since recanted.

Jenna Jameson, Tito Ortiz Patch Things Up

Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz are working things out. “Tito and I love each other and I want him back in my life,” she said . “He’s a fantastic father and I’m confident we can work through this challenge.” A couple since fall 2006, Jameson and Ortiz welcomed twin sons Jesse and Journey on March 15. But things got ugly early last week at their house. That’s when Ortiz was arrested at their Huntington Beach, Calif., home on suspicion of assaulting Jameson. Domestic abuse charges were filed. The next day, the fighting champ claimed the adult film star suffered from an Oxycontin addiction; subsequent tests proved Jenna is drug free . Both later recanted those respective claims, though, and Jameson went on to say the incident was “dramatically distorted and misinterpreted.” “The events of Monday show how things can get tragically out of hand when people say things in the heat of the moment … my father (the one who called 911) was trying to diffuse a private issue between two people,” she said. The plan is for Tito to move back in mid-week. It may have even happened sooner, but the automatic restraining order that prohibits Tito from contacting Jenna does not expire until today. Will Jenna change her mind about letting Tito back in? She changed her account of what happened during the alleged incident, so who knows.
