See, we told you… Is the world ready for a Rihanna and Chris Brown reunion? Well, ready or not, it is happening. Rihanna has recorded a remix to her song “Birthday Cake” featuring Chris Brown, her Grammy-winning ex-boyfriend who was also convicted of assaulting her 3 years ago this month. Recently, the song’s co-producers, Da Internz, hinted to MTV News, that “the feature on [the remix] is gonna shock the world.” They didn’t exaggerate. Your girl Info confirmed with two independent sources that Rihanna has Chris Brown featured on the song. He recorded both a singing verse, and a rap verse. (We’ll see if both of those verses make the final song.) And as for rumors that Chris Brown attended Rihanna’s early birthday celebration after the Grammys this past weekend….Yes, that is also true. In fact, Chris arrived at the party with Rihanna. And stayed. It was not a drive-by appearance. And the energy between the two did not appear purely platonic. The party was a small intimate one. Family members, friends, and interestingly enough, management (Hov was not there, obviously). I imagine there were lots of mixed reactions in the room. No Rest For The Dead: Clive Davis Refuses To Contribute One Dime Towards Whitney Houston’s Funeral

When will the drama end? According to Radaronline reports: Music mogul Clive Davis will not be paying for Whitney Houston’s funeral which will take place in Newark, New Jersey on Saturday, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. The news comes as a surprise, as Davis was paying the majority of Houston’s bills before the pop singer tragically died at age 48 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel last Saturday. Davis has faced scrutiny from Houston’s family and Chaka Khan, amongst others, for proceeding with the pre-Grammy party at the hotel last Saturday, while Houston’s body was still in the bathroom upstairs in her room. Houston passed away on Saturday afternoon after she was found unconscious and unresponsive in her bathtub at the iconic hotel. The award winning singer was declared dead by paramedics at 3:55 p.m. PST. “Yes, Clive was paying the majority of Whitney’s bills before she died. He was even paying for her room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel; she was out of money. She didn’t have anything left,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Clive won’t be paying for any part of Whitney’s funeral though. Whitney’s family will be responsible for all the costs.” “Whitney’s fortune is gone,” a source said at the time. “Music industry heavy hitters are supporting her and her label is fronting her cash against her next album, but no one knows when that will be released. She might be homeless if not for people saving her. She is broke as a joke. She called someone to ask for $100.” The funeral for Houston will be a private invitation only event, and Clive Davis will be there, along with Houston’s ex-husband Bobby Brown. Remember this a$$hole? Calling it a “just punishment,” a federal judge ordered life in prison Thursday for a Nigerian man who turned away from a privileged life and tried to blow up an international jetliner with nearly 300 people during a suicide mission for al-Qaida. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was the same defiant man who four months ago pleaded guilty to all charges related to the attempted destruction of Northwest Airlines Flight 253 with a bomb in his underwear on Christmas 2009. He seemed to relish his mandatory sentence and defended his actions as rooted in the Muslim holy book, the Quran. Earlier, four passengers and a crew member aboard Flight 253 told U.S. District Judge Nancy Edmunds that the event forever changed their lives. Abdulmutallab looked disinterested during their remarks — he rarely looked up while seated just a few feet away, wearing a white skull cap and an oversized prison T-shirt. Abdulmutallab “has never expressed doubt or regret or remorse about his mission,” Edmunds said. “In contrast, he sees that mission as divinely inspired and a continuing mission.” Life in prison is a “just punishment for what he has done,” the judge said. “The defendant poses a significant ongoing threat to the safety of American citizens everywhere.” Abdulmutallab, a 25-year-old who was educated in Europe and is the son of a wealthy Nigerian banker, told the government that he trained in Yemen under the eye of Anwar al-Awlaki, a radical American-born cleric and one of the best-known al-Qaida figures. Good riddance, not only was he stupid enough to attempt to blow up an airplane with a bomb in his draws, he couldn’t even detonate it right. Chris Brown — who pleaded guilty in 2009 for felony assault for hitting then-girlfriend Rihanna — confidently approached an attractive brunette Feb. 10 at the Lasio Professional Hair Care suite Grammy gift lounge and asked her, “Can I get your number? I promise I won’t beat you!” the woman tells Us Weekly. “He and his friends laughed, then one yelled, ‘That’s his new line!’ Ugh! I wanted to throw up!” Counters Brown’s rep: “I’d be surprised if Chris said something that stupid.” We hope that this is just a sick rumor because right now Breezy is really close to be the most despicable man on the planet. Race Matters: Restaurant Favored By Orange County Young Republicans Settles Lawsuit With Black Customer Racist Receipts

A California steakhouse is paying a hefty price for hate heaped on a paying customer, SMH. A federal lawsuit filed by a successful African-American businessman against a Newport Beach steakhouse that repeatedly listed him on credit card receipts as “McStinkyNi**er,” “McNi*Sh*t” and “McCottonwood” has been mutually dismissed, according to records at Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse in Orange County. Court files show that lawyers representing plaintiff Mark McHenry and Landmark Steakhouse of Corona del Mar agreed to a stipulated settlement of the lawsuit on Feb. 2 — a month before the case was scheduled to be heard by a jury. No terms of the settlement were revealed. But you can guess any payment to McHenry is going to be financially substantial. It is against federal law for a public business to brazenly discriminate against a customer based on race. And there was this: The 10-month-old case ended after McHenry’s lawyers at Reed Smith LLP in Los Angeles uncovered an additional 12 inflammatory examples of racists comments and after U.S. Magistrate Judge Victor B. Kenton rejected the restaurant’s strenuous attempts to thwart the lawyers from inspecting 167,000 other customer receipts to check for a systematic, widespread use of racial epithets. In a deposition, Mario Marovic, a partial owner of CDM Restaurant, Inc. which includes Landmark Steakhouse, said that he does not “discriminate against any group of people on any basis whatsoever.” The court files reviewed by the Weekly show that Marovic was shocked by McHenry’s allegations, conducted an investigation and ultimately blamed the racist incidents on a bartender, Michael Cederoth. Though Cederoth did not confess, Marovic believed he’d given “inconsistent” answers during interviews and fired him a week after the lawsuit was filed, according to court records. A customer during dozens and dozens of visits, McHenry had considered the restaurant enjoyable, took friends there and was a generous tipper. After one visit he returned home, saw an inflammatory receipt and discovered older receipts were similarly despicable. When confronted, restaurant employees including manager Dustin Caratello repeatedly apologized and attempted to downplay the bigotry, according to court records. At the time of the McHenry incidents, the Orange County Young Republicans chose Landmark Steakhouse as their “favorite spot” for monthly drink mixers. Wankster Sit Down! Rick Santorum Says, Women Aren’t Fit For Combat Because They’re Just So “Emotional”

Pretty much every time he opens his mouth, Rick Santorum manages to say some type of bullisht , but earlier last week he really delivered a doozy. This time it was on the matter of ladies in combat, and Santorum was quick to praise the women of the military, saying he “wants to create every opportunity for women to be able to serve this country.” CNN’s John King asked him how he felt about the fact that the military is easing some of restrictions on women in order to allow them to serve in support roles at the frontline, and Santorum gave an answer that sounded strikingly backwards, even for a Republican: I do have concerns about women in frontline combat. I think that could be a very compromising situation, where people naturally may do things that may not be in the interest of the mission because of other types of emotions that are involved. And I think that’s probably—you know, it already happens, of course, with the camaraderie of men in combat. But I think it would be even more unique if women were in combat, and I think that’s probably not in the best interest of men, women, or the mission. Do you agree with Rick “Sexist” Santorum???
