So what enticed him to take the helm on the Hugh Jackman -starring X-Men spin-off, anyways? And how exactly will it evoke such American classics as Chinatown and Clint Eastwood’s The Outlaw Josey Wales ?

New We Need to Talk About Kevin Trailer: The Baddest Seed

Tilda Swinton’s extreme exasperation is always a cinematic treat, but We Need to Talk About Kevin looks like it will achieve record levels of mania. As the mother of a sociopathic son (Ezra Miller), Swinton is giving it her all, which makes her underdog status in the Best Actress race a bit disappointing. Here, watch as Kevin tortures his mother to the tune of Buddy Holly’s “Everyday” and adds some believable terror to your Halloween. Cannot wait for this movie.

This past weekend, one celebrity/sometimes actress trumped all of the ghoul-like get-ups you and your uninspired friends will wear in an entire lifetime by jumping into a skinless corpse bodysuit…and employing two extras in surgeon costumes to push her down the red carpet on an autopsy table. Muppets Coming to WWE, Naturally

After the success of Hugh Jackman’s WWE cameo last month , Disney has partnered with the wrestling juggernaut to bring the Muppets to tonight’s live Halloween episode from Atlanta. “I can only imagine what will trend this week with the Muppets guest starring, especially when the audience sees what the Muppets are going to do,” said a WWE executive. Anything short of Miss Piggy busting a folding chair over Vince McMahon’s head will be a failure. Any other dream scenarios? [ Variety ]
