Source: Atlantic Records Florida Rapper Admitted He Lied To Obtain Firearms Following Rape Charges Kodak Black has begged a federal judge to go easy on him ahead of his sentencing this week for lying in order to buy a semiautomatic gun , BOSSIP has learned. Lawyers for the incarcerated rapper filed court papers last week saying that a lowball sentence of three to three and a half years in prison would be appropriate for his admitted crime of lying on a gun sales application even though he was banned from purchasing firearms because he’s out on bond for rape charges involving a high school student. The 22-year-old artist pled guilty over the summer to one count of making a false statement in connection with the acquisition or attempted acquisition of a firearm. The maximum sentence for the crime is 10 years. Black’s legal team argued that their client’s gun charge was a crime of deception rather than possession and that he took full responsibility once he was arrested. They said gang members had been making death threats against him and his staff were so fearful that they started ferrying him around in a bulletproof car. Black’s lawyers also cited his poverty-stricken upbringing in the projects, the fact that he’s supporting and parenting his toddler son, King and his charitable work for children in his native South Florida. The judge will sentence the “Tunnel Vision” rapper later this week.

She and her siblings earned the honor of Best Reality Show (for Keeping Up with the Kardashians) at the ceremony, while Khloe on her own actually won Best Reality Star. She did so, ironically, for a run of episodes that featured her reacting to Tristan cheating on her for a second time and the couple finally splitting up. Thompson, however, didn’t care about this irony and/or the indirect role he played in Khloe’s awards show success… because he was too busy salivating over his ex. “Wow wow wow,” wrote the basketball player as a caption to a photo montage of Khloe on the People’s Choice Awards red carpet, rocking a sheer black dress (below). He wasn’t finished gushing over Kardashian, either. Thompson, who has thirsted over his former girlfriend many times before, had plenty more to say about Khloe, reacting in very strong tones to a pretty random and meaningless award that she likely only won because her publicist called in a few favors. “Congrats Momma Koko on winning best reality star 2019, that’s two years in a row. Two time champ,” Tristan continued in his caption, adding: “I love the sound of that. So proud of all you have accomplished this year. Revenge body is something that always stands out to me, you challenge people to fight for a better YOU. “It’s more about what in life really gives us true happiness and is holding us back from achieving that.” Thompson then referenced the couple’s daughter and concluded: True and Myself are so proud of you and the sisters for everything last night. Khloe, meanwhile, had to actually address an odd scandal that emanated from last night’s event. A few fans were apparently mad at Kardashian for not acknowledging her Best Reality Star victory on stage, as she just stood around silently while Kim and Kourtney thanked the fans for their Best Reality Show win. One disgruntled follower even posted the following: “b-tch we ain’t voting next year if you just gon stand up there and not say s–t @khloekardashian.” As it turns out, however, Khloe never even heard her name announced as the individual honoree. “It’s so beyond loud in there. I had no idea I won an individual award until we walked off stage,” she explained on Twitter, adding: “I feel so badly right now. I am so f–king grateful and appreciative! I can’t believe I didn’t say anything but I didn’t hear that I won until after.” Added Kim on Instagram: “Khloe’s going to get her moment, guys. She won Reality Star of the year. With two kids at home and a husband in law school , we think it’s safe to say Jill Duggar has a lot on her plate these days. Unfortunately, her kids can’t say the same, because Jill keeps burning their meals! We kid Jill, of course. We’re sure that on her best days, she’s perfectly capable of conjuring one of those bizarre Duggar specialties like tater tot casserole or “the chickennetti,” which In Touch describes as “spaghetti, chicken, broth, canned tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese.” Perhaps not surprisingly, that particular atrocity is Josh’s favorite. Anyway, Jill was cooking a more traditional “meal” earlier this week when things went horribly awry in a hilarious way. According to her Instagram Story, Jill attempted to prepare a mac and cheese cup for her youngest son, Sam, but she missed a crucial step in the process. “Can’t really see it here but it’s a little bit smokey in here because yours truly was a little bit distracted while making mac ‘n’ cheese,” Jill said, while showing off the burned cup. “Those little mac ‘n’ cheese cups, this is what’s left of Sam’s mac ‘n’ cheese. I forgot to add water to it,” she added. “So it started smoking and I was like, standing there looking. I was like, ‘Oh that’s interesting.’” Interesting, indeed. To her credit, Jill is offering up this story as a relatable mom moment. Self-deprecation is not exactly the Duggars’ strong suit, and it took guts for Jill to break from the family norm like this. “I didn’t notice there was any kind of smoke, it must be really hot coming out of top of the thing here.’ I was like, ‘Oh it looks a little smokey up here like, pouring across the ceiling,’” the mother of two continued. “And I was like, ‘What’s that?’ And then I was like, ‘Uhhh,’ and I checked the microwave. I opened the microwave and I’m like ‘Ooh, I forgot to add water,’” “Note to everyone … you have to add water to mac ‘n’ cheese or it will turn into a black noodle melted mess LOL.” Fortunatelly, the story had a happy ending, as it was later updated with a short clip of a very eager Sam accepting Jill’s successful second attempt — an un-burnt offering of mac and cheese. There’s a joke to be made here about the link between the Kraft corporation and happy endings , but it would be inappropriate for an article about a family so chaste as the Duggars. Audrey Roloff does her best to maintain perspective at all times. This is someone who nearly always mentions God in her social media posts and who can’t ever be accused of not seeing the bigger picture in life. Except, well… she’s just been accused of this. In one of her latest Instagram posts, Audrey shared a few gorgeous photos. As you can see above and below, they feature her, her very large baby bump and her precious two-year old daughter, Ember. They also feature a heartfelt caption that outlines what Audrey’s life has been like of late — how, despite her glowing appearance in these snapshots, Roloff is actually struggling a bit. And she’s here to explain why. “It’s been a tough week,” Audrey wrote simply, prior to delving into how Jeremy Roloff just underwent hernia surgery and adding: “Taking care of a husband who is recovering from surgery and can hardly get up out of bed, potty training and cleaning up lots of poop and pee, working late nights/early mornings because that’s my only time, some very emotional decisions and conversations weighing heavy on my heart, on top of being 32 weeks pregnant…” That sounds like a lot. For real. Audrey continued as follows: “Although I absolutely love these photos this past week has looked a lot more like chasing a naked toddler around a messy house, little kid potties in our living room, helping either Jeremy or Ember go to the bathroom, scrubbing carpets and crayon-stained floors, all while wearing the same oatmeal-stained pajamas that I haven’t changed in two days.” Roloff was actually making a legitimate point here. She was saying that social media can be a deceptive world and that you should always remember that EVERYone — yes, even famous people — struggles at times. In conclusion, Audrey sent a message to users, writing: Rolling all the valor and stress away on my chest, listening to Phil Wickham’s new Christmas album, and continuing to remind myself that His past faithfulness demands my present trust. So if you’ve had one of those weeks where you’ve both laughed and cried hysterically… hey you’re not alone. Pretty nice message, right? Nope, WRONG, some readers clapped back. One follower told Audrey that she really need to relax and appreciate her relatively stress-free life, writing as a remark: Do all that and work a forty hour week driving a bus. Ur a stay at home mom. Another, meanwhile, took things in an entirely different and sort of wild direction. “Audrey, this is life,” wrote someone with the handle “dcypl2,” who then continued by telling this story: “It goes too fast, and you just do not have any idea how blessed your week sounds to me. My daughter and son in law had to make the horrifying decision of when to pull the respirator from their one month old only son. “We only wish we could potty train him and chase him around the house. “But they never will. “They are working on his obituary, and deciding on an urn for his ashes. I know it is hard for you… but count your blessings and thank the lord for your trials…and pray for others who may have worse.” Ummm… wow, huh? Audrey is in her third trimester of pregnancy, which messes with one’s hormones and also with one physically in many different ways. She’s also caring for a two-year old, which is not an easy task on a daily basis. Her husband just underwent a serious surgery and cannot help around the house — and while, yes, it would be incredible for everyone to have some sort of global perspective at all times… … come on now. That’s just not realistic. We feel awful for the couple cited in the comment/story above, but their tragedy doesn’t mean that Audrey isn’t also going through a tough time. We knew from the start of Season 7 of 90 Day Fiance that Michael and Juliana were going to stand out as a couple. But with their difference in ages and finances and a couple of rumors floating around, will these two make it? The answer may not be a shock, but the details are going to knock your socks off. Take a look: Juliana Custodio is a hot 23-year-old Brazilian. Michael Jessen is a rich 41-year-old American. Viewers were already skeptical of these two before they learned that the two had met at a Croatian yacht party. So it’s a shock to the 90 Day Fiance world to see that this couple didn’t go down in flames. Quite the opposite. Not only do we know that these two got married, but In Touch Weekly has confirmed the wedding date and plenty of details. “The wedding took place at Michael’s house in Greenwich on Saturday, October 12th,” an insider dishes. “It was a fairly big ceremony,” the source reveals. The insider adds that the wedding “was filmed and will air in the coming episodes.” One detail from the ceremony is absolutely stunning. “His ex-wife, Sarah, officiated the wedding,” the source announces. “Despite what’s reported about her not liking Juliana,” the insider states. “[She] and Juliana get along really well in real life.” Viewers have already seen some footage of her and Michael seeming to disagree about co-parenting. But it sounds like Michael’s ex clearly has zero hard feelings. “Sarah has moved on,” the source emphasizes. “And is engaged to be married.” So she has plenty of reasons to not hold a grudge over Michael finding love again. The insider characterizes her feelings: “She’s happy for Michael that he found love again with Juliana.” Obviously, sometimes the drama on 90 Day Fiance is set up by producers. They’ll prompt stars with a question or an awkward situation in order to see what happens next. (That’s not the same thing as a scripted interaction, but stars are expected to play along for the sake of drama) But sometimes, little things like Juliana being asked if she has been a sex worker by immigration officials, just happen organically. And there’s no denying that the age gap is a real issue. Many critics have viewed this as a one-sided issue, accusing Juliana by saying that if Michael were not rich, she wouldn’t be giving him the time of day. Well, for one thing, Michael’s kind of a DILF, and we can’t think of the last time that we saw anybody’s sugar daddy being legitimately handsome like this. For another, would Michael be paying this much attention to Juliana if she weren’t hot? That’s just as fair of a point as his money. The reality is that both Michael and Juliana seem to have compatible personalities and appear to be getting what they want out of this marriage. (Seriously, congratulations are in order to the two of them for finding each other and we wish them well with their happily wedded bliss) They are both consenting adults. Yes, according to a new report from Radar Online Kim Kardashian is taking steps to ensure that Kanye’s tour will operate as smoothly as possible. Now, this is a Kanye West tour we’re talking about, so we’re assuming some rough patches are expected — but an insider tells the site that Kim has assembled a crack team of private investigators and mental health professionals for the purpose of following Kanye and ensuring that all is well. “Kanye will be watched, even if he doesn’t know about it,” says the source. “He says he’s fine and doesn’t need help but Kim’s nervous so she’s making sure he’s under a watchful eye – or 5,” the insider added. The informant went on to say that the team members will report to Kim directly, and the hope is that Kanye will not be aware of their existence. “They’ll report to her and if there’s any warning signs she’ll essentially send them in,” says the source. The music festival, which was started by Tyler, The Creator , featured such artists like Solange , Brockhampton , DaBaby and YG. It was revealed that a surprise guest would take the stage towards the end of the festival and many fans believed it would be Frank Ocean . However, they were in for a surprise when they got everyone other than Mr. Ocean. According to witnesses talking to Complex , the surprises began at 10 p.m. on Sunday starting with A$AP Rocky coming out to perform two songs. Then, Lil Uzi Vert followed with two of his own songs. “Everyone was into it, but people were definitely talking about getting Frank out there,” one fan, Alejandro Cruz, said. Finally, Drake came out and according to witnesses, people were excited at first. But this is when they thought he was only going to do two songs like the rest of the guests. “People were hyped when he first came out, and shocked, too,” Cruz said. “Because no one was really expecting Drake to be there.” However, when Drake kept playing one more song after one more song, people started getting impatient. “I would say the reaction got worse the longer he stayed on,” said one attendee named Breeana Gonzalez. This is win the boos heightened because again, some people thought there was still time for Frank Ocean to make an appearance. Despite the disappointment, some people were still hype for Drake.
