Lawsuits: Aaron Hernandez’ Fiancée Sues Prison, Not Believing “Suicide” Story Aaron Hernandez’s fiancee is suing over prison suicide evidence according to TMZ . She wants to secure any evidence that would prove that her allegedly homicidal fiancee wasn’t suicidal. The mother of his daughter reportedly does not beleive he would take his own life in prison. Shayanna Jenkins has concerns that evidence from the ex-NFL’s star’s death could be discarded, so she’s suing the Department of Corrections. Aaron’s attorney, Jose Baez, has already stated his opinion after news of his prison death. He believes Hernandez’s death wasn’t suicide. Baez vowed to run his own investigation to get to the truth and his fiancee Shayanna is now doing her part to help. News Aaron’s suicide spread this week, just days after beating a double homicide charge. Reports of ‘suicide’ note surfaced this week, which Shanaya has not addressed. Splash News Image
A few shocking new details regarding the suicide of Aaron Hernandez have reportedly been brought to light. According to an article in Newsweek, the former New England Patriots tight end and convicted murderer left three suicide notes this week prior to hanging himself in prison. One was to his fiancee. One was to his daughter. And the third was to his boyfriend in jail. All three hand-written messages were placed next to a Bible in Hernandez’s solitary prison cell in the Souza Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley, Massachusetts. The Bible was opened to a section of the New Testament, John 3:16, which reads as follows: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whosoever believes in him would not perish but have eternal life.” As previously noted, Hernandez had scrawled this same verse on his forehead with red ink, while also making marks on his hands and feet with that red pen. It was as if the disgraced athlete was mimicking the stigmata associated with the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The Newsweek continues: The 27-year-old ex NFL star – who was serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole for a murder he committed in 2013 – proceeded to jam the track of his cell door with cardboard to make it difficult for guards to enter. He also slicked the floor with liquid soap and shampoo. For what purpose? Investigators believe he did this make it harder for him to back out in case he lost his nerve. Hernandez then wrapped his bed sheet around his neck numerous times and tied one end of it to a bar on the window of his cell. A guard saw Hernandez’s dangling body around 3 a.m. on Tuesday; he was then transported to UMass Leominster hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:07 a.m. View Slideshow: Aaron Hernandez Commits Suicide; The Internet Reacts Hernandez was convicted in April of 2015 for shooting and killing his friend, Odin Lloyd. There was plenty of evidence to convict the former University of Florida standout, but his motive for the crime remained unclear. Now, however, interviews with multiple law enforcement officials closely tied to the case say Lloyd had information the football star did not want out: That Hernandez was bisexual. Ernest Wallace, a co-defendant in the Lloyd murder case, told detectives the victim had called Hernandez a “schmoocher,” which was translated at the time by Hernandez and his friends as a gay slur. Wallace, who is in prison for helping Hernandez get rid of the Lloyd murder weapon, also allegedly told his cousin during a jailhouse visit that he would not have assisted with this crime if he had known Hernandez was a “limp wrist.” Source tell Newsweek that Hernandez penned his third suicide note to a male lover in jail who is now on suicide watch. This same detailed article claims that Hernandez had a longtime boyfriend prior to being sentenced to prison. He was a high school friend and this man was interviewed extensively by authorities after Lloyd’s murder; he was even forced to testify in front of a grand jury. Law enforcement confirm that Hernandez moved a significant amount of money into three accounts shortly before his arrest for the Lloyd killing: One account was for his fiancée; a second was for his daughter; the third, where the majority of the cash was moved, was for this unnamed boyfriend. Officials have confirmed that Hernandez did, indeed, kill himself. Some people close to the ex-Patriots player have made controversial comments that Hernandez never would do such a thing. They’ve implied a murder is being covered up . But if the details of this latest extensive report are accurate, it may be the case that Aaron Hernandez kept a lot secret from those who thought they knew him well. The late tight end is believed to have lived a double life, afraid for years that his bisexual preferences would be made public We may never know every last aspect of his life. But we do know this life is now over. Hernandez leaves behind a four-year old daughter.
More news is beginning to surface following Aaron Hernandez‘s reported suicide. While the content of the letters has yet to be revealed, a source connected to the investigation […]

It’s been nearly two weeks since Robert Durst was arrested for the murder of Susan Berman, but new stories of his bizarre and – in some cases – highly suspicious behavior continue to emerge daily. Last week, we learned that Durst may have practiced killing by slaughtering his own pet dogs. Shortly thereafter, the judge who presided over the real estate heir’s 2003 murder trial revealed that she believes Durst left a cat’s head on her doorstep after he’d been found not guilty. Of course, these allegations are nothing compared to the atrocities that Durst is accused of committing against humans. He’s been a person of interest in no fewer than three murder investigations, and now police are investigating a possible link between Durst and a fourth disappearance – this one more than 40 years old. In 1971, Durst and his then-girlfriend Kathleen McCormack (whom Durst was later suspected of murdering) owned a health food store in the town of Middlebury, Vermont. That same year, an 18-year-old college freshman named Lynn Schulze disappeared. The case has never been solved, and state police say that in 2012, a tipster informed them that Durst may have been involved in the Schulze case. Middlebury Police Chief Tom Hanley told reporters today that he is not yet ready to call Durst a suspect, but the 71-year-old possible triple-murderer is being investigated. In other Durst news, a woman named Linda Walker Zevallos says that she dated Durst briefly in 2000, and things quickly turned sour. Not surprisingly, she reports that the relationship didn’t last long due to Durst’s bizarre and often frightening behavior. Zevallos says she began to grow concerned the first time she visited Durst’s sparsely-furnished apartment and saw that he kept a large saw in the living room. The final straw came when Durst drove Zevallos and her 13-year-old son, Matthew, to dinner one night. “He said, ‘Oh, I forgot. I’ve got two guns in the backseat. So Michael, don’t touch the guns,'” Zevallos recalls. “I was absolutely shocked.” Durst is currently in prison in Louisiana, awaiting trial on the Berman murder and a variety of other charges. 17 Celebrities Who May Have Killed People 1.
