But despite being behind bars, Juelz Santana is still facing legal trouble. The Dip Set rapper is in danger of losing his luxury condo to foreclosure – again – after not paying the mortgage in more than six months, BOSSIP has learned. Wells Fargo Bank sued Juelz last month, alleging that the rapper hadn’t made payments on his mortgage since July 2018 and it wants him out ASAP. Juelz bought the 2,300 square foot condo in 2005 for $540,000 and financed it in part with a $486,000 mortgage with 8.5 percent interest rate, his mortgage states. He agreed to make monthly payments of $3,754 for 30 years to pay for the home. The property is now valued at $391,000, according to Zillow, and is located in a tony Northern New Jersey housing development that was once home to the Notorious BIG. Wells Fargo’s suit marks the third time in two years that Juelz has battled foreclosure proceedings, according to court papers. The bank wants either the money owed on the mortgage or the home sold in order to recover its costs. It also wants Juelz banned from having any stake in the condo’s equity. We exclusively revealed that Juelz has battled to keep his home off the foreclosure rolls for years. But with him now behind bars until at least 2020, it may be harder than ever to come up with the money to get out of the debt. While he was out on bail in his federal gun case, Juelz did not live at the condo, but in the next county over with his now wife, Kimbella , and their two children. On top of the foreclosure suit, Juelz’s homeowner’s association also sued him last month for stopping payment on his condo’s common charges, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. The Courts of Glenpointe Condominium Association alleged Santana owed more than $7,000 in maintenance and late fees and hasn’t paid the house bills since Dec. 2018. The association wants the charged paid in full, along with attorney fees, according to the complaint. Juelz’s lawyer hadn’t responded to either lawsuit as of Monday.

Jussie Smollett Assault Case: Arrests Have Been Made

We have a significant update in what has become one of the more bizarre stories we’ve seen in awhile. And that update is this: Two men have been arrested in conjunction with Empire actor Jussie Smollett getting savagely beaten in Chicago last month. According to TMZ, a pair of brothers from Nigeria named Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo have been taken into custody by the Chicago police department. They have been labeled “potential suspects” in this beating, as opposed to mere “persons of interests,” which is a key distinction. As previously reported on The Hollywood Gossip and via other outlets, the siblings were picked up at O’Hare Airport on Wednesday night and subsequent had their home raided. Police reportedly found shoes, a laptop and other possible pieces of evidence there that may link them to the Smollett investigation. But here’s where it gets interesting and sort of troubling… Smollett had previously told the cops that his attackers were white. He claimed they screamed that he was in “MAGA Country” at the time of the incident, while also screaming racial and anti-gay epithets in his direction. Now… is it possible that two African-Americans could have uttered these words? Sure. Anything is possible. But the brothers had also previously worked as extras on Empire. Their attorney has confirmed to a CBS affiliate in Chicago that they knew Smollett pretty well. Now… is it possible they therefore knew where he lived and knew his whereabouts on the night of the alleged attack? Sure. However, there’s been rather serious talk that Smollett actually staged this assault and both the skin color of these suspects – and their connection to the actor definitely gives us reason to consider this theory. We really don’t wish to speculate too much on such a sensitive and seemingly wild/horrible possibility, but the ABC affiliate in Chicago alleges that he was about to be written off Empire. Presumably, turning himself into a victim of a hate crime that received national attention would have made Smollett into far too much of a sympathetic figure for producers to follow through with this plan. 20th Century Fox Television and Fox Entertainment, however, released a statement in response to the rumor that Smollett was being fired, dismissing the rumor out of hand: The idea that Jussie Smollett has been, or would be, written off EMPIRE is patently ridiculous. He remains a core player on this very successful series and we continue to stand by him. To review, Smollett has claimed two men verbally berated him with racist and homophobic slurs early in the morning of January 29. He says they poured a substance, believed to be bleach all over him; and tied a rope around his neck. Speaking to Good Morning America on Thursday after the beating, Smollett challenged his critics and insisted he’s telling the truth. “I’m pissed off,” he told Robin Roberts early in their chat, citing the criticism he’s received from doubters of the attack. “They called me a f—-t, they called me a n–ga. There’s no which way you cut it,” Smollett said, adding: “I’ve heard that it was a date gone bad, which I also resent that narrative. I’m not gonna go out and get a tuna sandwich and a salad to meet somebody. That’s ridiculous. And it’s offensive.” As for why he waited a short while before calling the police to report what happened? He cited the idea of “pride” and explained: “We live in a society where, as a gay man, you are considered somehow, to be weak, and I’m not weak. I am not weak. Damn: Florida TSA Agent Commits Suicide At Orlando Airport

Source: South China Morning Post / Getty A Florida TSA officer died Saturday morning after jumping from a hotel balcony into the atrium of Orlando International Airport. According to authorities, the incident forced the FAA to ground all flights, which caused delays and crazy lines at security checkpoints. Florida Local 10 News reports, Sgt. Eduardo Bernal, a spokesman for the Orlando Police Department, said the officer jumped from an upper floor of the Hyatt Regency Hotel into the atrium area of the airport, where some security checkpoints begin. Paramedics transported the man, who was in his 40s, to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police called the suicide an isolated incident and said reports of other security issues were false. Airport officials say that 97 flights from the airport had been delayed, and 45 were canceled that day. The TSA agent’s personal history and social media are currently being investigated.

In WTF News: Canadian Man Illegally Carries 5,000 Live Leeches Into Toronto

Source: Edwin Remsberg / Getty Canadian Man To Be Charge For Illegally Carrying Leeches Into Toronto A man who attempted to bring around 5,000 live leeches into Canada will appear before a court in Toronto next month. according to Daily Mail, he’s facing some serious charges. No personal details have been released about the man, but he was found with the live contraband at Toronto Pearson International Airport on October 17 last year. A police dog helped alert authorities that something was amiss when the Canadian man came through the airport following a trip to  Russia , as first reported by  National Geographic . The leeches were discovered in hundreds of containers stored in the man’s luggage. the unnamed man is due to appear in court in Toronto on February 15 charged with illegally importing an internationally regulated species without required permits. He won’t be charged with smuggling as there is no evidence he was deliberately hiding the leeches. When questioned, the man said he was transporting them for personal use and ‘that their wastewater would enrich his orchids.’ However, investigators are convinced he might have been trying to sell the foreign crawlers. They can sell for around $10 each. The things people do for money. Yuck!

Cut It: 10 New Lawsuits Filed Against ‘Dancing Doctor’ Who Hit 8-Counts While Making Incisions

Source: Dureuil Philippe / Getty “Dancing Doctor” Sued Again An Atlanta dermatologist is facing 10 new lawsuits from disgruntled patients. Dr. Windell Boutte first made headlines last June when a video was released of her dancing to “Cut It” while performing surgery on a patient. She was then hit with several malpractice lawsuits and agreed to give up her medical license for 2.5 years. WSBTV now reports that 10 new lawsuits have surfaced and a second doctor is now caught up in the case. Licensed anesthesiologist Dr. Roland Pinkney is named in the case after he was seen alongside the dancing doc pointing to an incision area without gloves. According to Pinkney he was shocked to see Dr. Boutte actually make an incision. “It was not supposed to be surgery being performed. When that happened, I said, ‘Back down,’” he said. The patient in that video Latoya Rideau, filed a lawsuit Thursday morning and spoke to WSBTV via an attorney. “I certainly don’t think he gets to pick and choose when he’s a doctor in that procedure, and he certainly shouldn’t have sat back when silent while he was watching all of this going on,” said Rideau’s attorney, Susan Witt. As previously reported Boutte’s patients claimed they suffered infections, disfigurement, even brain damage following procedures. She’s also faced criticism for performing cosmetic procedures such as breast augmentation and butt lifts whole only being a dermatologist. According to DailyMail , hundreds of TSA workers have called out of work “sick” with “blue flu” rather than work for free during Donnie Trump’s b!t¢h fit shutdown of the government. The result is huge lines that create 90-minute waits at major airports like LaGuardia and JFK in New York. There were so few employees that even the TSA Pre-Check was closed completely. Vanderpump Rules fans have watched Brittany Cartwright tolerate an astonishing amount of mistreatment over the years. Mostly at the hands of her fiance, Jax Taylor, of course. Brit’s tolerance for abuse is the stuff of legend, but it seems that even individuals with the longest of fuses have some limitations. She’s apparently less willing to turn the other cheek when the perpetrator is someone other than her douchebag husband-to-be. Earlier this week, Brittany took to social media to share an account of an unfortunate incident. One that occurred while she and Jax were aboard a Delta flight from Atlanta to Miami on Sunday night. According to Britanny, she ran afoul of a fellow passenger during an altercation over restroom etiquette. Cartwright says the other passenger “started shaking my door a good 3 to 4 times [even though] I had already told her someone was in there.” Brittany says that after she stepped out of the restroom, she showed the passenger “where it said occupied and vacant.” No doubt she assumed the confrontation would end there. No doubt if it had, we would not be talking about it now. However, it seems the mystery passenger had other plans for how to best resolve the conflict. “Jax saw it all happen so of course we walk after her and say how dare you touch me, I did nothing but show you a sign,” Cartwright wrote. “This kind of behavior is not acceptable and I will be pressing charges. This incident was a complete assault.” “I had to cut gum out of my hair.” Savage. “I did absolutely nothing to deserve this and I feel like a mean girl like this needs to be put in [her] place before she acts like this to someone else.” Brittany tagged Delta in her tweets, and her co-stars have joined her in demanding that the airline take action to bring the perpetrator to justice. “I hope Delta does the right thing,” Cartwright wrote. “I will make sure this lady knows she can’t treat people this way. If this is what she will do at an AIRPORT (and get away with it), imagine what she is doing elsewhere?” Delta may be able to assist authorities in determining the alleged assailant’s identity, but if the attack took place in the airport? If it did not happen on a plane, the airline may determine that it’s outside of their jurisdiction and opt not to get involved at all. Obviously, it’s an unfortunate situation, and Brittany has received a great deal of compassion from fans as a result. She’s also been subjected to a considerable amount of scrutiny, however … because this is the Internet and because, well, Jax. For one, many have pointed out that perhaps the gum incident shouldn’t be her primary concern at the moment. After all, Jax has cheated on her , lied to her, heaped verbal and emotional abuse on her and her friends, and displayed violent tendencies on a number of occasions. And she’s set to exchange vows with the man very soon just the same. On top of that, the incident has encouraged some fans to do some digging into Britanny’s past, which is a rabbit hole in its own right. This online sleuthing has led to allegations that she lied about having never seen an episode of Vanderpump before meeting Jax. In fact, insiders allege that Brit was such a fan of the show that she was a full-on groupie in the Bravo hit’s early years. There are allegations that Cartwright even celebrated her birthday at SUR several years ago, before she’d even met Jax. Wow.
