Let the following text message serve as a warning, ladies: You may wanna avoid dating any man who is unusually close to his cat. We offer this unsolicited advice on behalf of Amy Nelmes’ good pal, who was recently dumped by her boyfriend in immaturely/hilariously/awesomely memorable fashion “My friend just sent me this break-up message she received after 7 weeks of dating. My fav reason for split is #3,” Nelmes Tweeted upon posting the following text: We’re not sure if this is a text message fail or a wild text message success… at least in the eyes of everyone not involved in the now-former relationship. In the course of one message, this guy came across like a social media stalker… a crazy cat owner… and a stuck-up prude. Don’t cry yourself to sleep over this one, Bobo. We think you’re gonna come out on top in the end. This is not the way you want #TransformationTuesday to go. Not at all. Speaking to an Australian news site, Bobo said of her ex: “He was 30, had a job, a car and a house. Certainly not what I normally manage to attract, so I thought I was onto something. He was a bit of a nerd, perhaps a bit quiet, but a genuinely nice guy all the same.” She also said she’ll never again date a man with a cat.

Anna Shannon Announces Plans to Write Tell-All Book, Fights With Lauryn Shannon on Facebook

Last month, the world learned that June Shannon is dating Mark McDaniel – the man who served ten years in prison for molesting June’s eldest daughter, Anna. In the weeks since, Anna’s situation has only gotten sadder, as June has consistently lied about her relationship with McDaniel, and may have even stolen from Anna to buy McDaniel a car . Not surprisingly, the newly-married 20-year-old has cut ties with her mother. Anna and June are currently engaged in a high-profile war of words, and they’ve both publicly accused each other of distorting the truth. Thus far, the majority of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo fans have expressed their support for Anna, but as June continues to give interviews in an effort to clear her name, Anna seems to be growing concerned that her side of the story will get buried under her mother’s lies. So perhaps it’s not surprising that Anna has decided to carry on the proud tradition of embattled celebrities and write a tell-all book about some of her uglier experiences in the spotlight. Anna broke the news on her private Facebook page earlier today: “I think I’m going to [write] a book,” Anna wrote in a status update. “Don’t know how successful I’m going to be, but I’ll try…Who is ready to hear it?” She immediately encountered some backlash from her younger sister, because apparently her family hasn’t messed with her life enough lately. Lauryn Shannon posted a comment reminding Anna that she never graduated high school, and then quickly deleted it. “For one thing, you don’t have to graduate to write,” Anna responded. “Stay out of grown folks’ business and be a kid which you still are…stay off my page.” June Shannon then commented on Anna’s status, saying, “When I seen Lauryn post that comment I made her take it down.” Not surprisingly, Anna has yet to respond to her mother.

As part of a last-ditch effort to try and save her battered reputation, June Shannon participated in a pair of disastrous interviews over the past week. Fans who expected apologetic candor from Shannon were disappointed to see the embattled former reality star evade questions and pass blame when asked about the Mark McDaniel sex abuse scandal . Of course, what may have been worse than Shannon’s lies was her complete lack of remorse or accountability. 7 June Shannon Interview Bombshells 1. June Claims Photo of Her and Mark McDaniel is Fake June claimed the photo of her lying in bed with Mark McDaniel was Photoshopped by TMZ. She was unable to produce the original image that TMZ had allegedly edited. This is a woman who’s been publicly accused of exposing her children to a convicted sex offender , and welcoming the man who molested her daughter back into her life. Yet given the opportunity to beg forgiveness, “Mama June” offered nothing but lies and nonsensical excuses.  Thankfully, both Dr. Phil and Entertainment Tonight’s Brooke Anderson showed little tolerance for Shannon’s BS, and persisted in asking tough questions – even when Shannon offered little in the way of satisfactory responses. But while she did her best to avoid further incriminating herself, and had clearly been coached with some of her responses, Shannon still made herself appear guiltier than ever. When asked about allegations that she’d stolen from Anna Shannon’s trust fund , June shockingly accused her daughter (who was the victim of McDaniel’s abuse) of lying to make her look bad.  When confronted about the photo of her lying in bed with McDaniel , Shannon claimed the image was a fake that had been Photoshopped by and TMZ, yet she offered nothing in the way of evidence. June Shannon Admits to "Spending Time" With Mark McDaniels, According to New Report

Last week, the world learned that Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star June Shannon is dating a convicted child molester by the name of Mark McDaniel.  Shannon claimed she’s cut ties with McDaniel at the time of his arrest 10 years ago. Initially, Shannon’s family corroborated her story. Shortly after the scandal broke, however, the already shocking story took an even more appalling turn as June’s daughter Anna Shannon revealed that she was McDaniel’s victim and stated that she no longer believes her mother’s story.  Now after a week of denials and a mountain of evidence, June has reportedly confessed that she has been spending time with the man who molested her daughter, but insists she only did so because she “feels bad” for McDaniel: Anonymous sources claim that following the release of photos showing McDaniel in the company of Shannon’s youngest daughter, Alana , “Mama June” finally admitted to contacting McDaniel and allowing him into her home. “June insists that Mark only wanted to apologize for what happened with Anna,” an insider tells Radar Online. “She felt bad for Mark and wanted to help him get back on his feet.” “Alana did spend time with June and Mark, but she insists he was never alone with her.” Given that McDaniel served ten years in prison for sexually assaulting one of her daughters, and June initially lied about being in contact with him, her justification seems unlikely to win her much sympathy.  Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and Family 1. Mark McDaniel Threatened to Kill Anna Shannon if She Revealed Sexual Abuse

Last week, TLC canceled Here Comes Honey Boo Boo following a series of stunning and sickening revelations. First, TMZ reported that series star June Shannon was dating a convicted child molester named Mark McDaniel.  Later, we learned that McDaniel’s victim was Anna Shannon – June’s eldest daughter who was just eight years old at the time. June Shannon to Lose Children? Then, in perhaps the most shocking development in this story thus far, photos emerged that showed McDaniel with Honey Boo Boo – Shannon’s 9-year-old daughter who currently lives with her in Georgia.  More details have now emerged regarding McDaniel’s horrific crimes and it’s more astonishing than ever that June Shannon would welcome this man back into her life and allow him to spend time with her young children. Radar Online has obtained a police report revealing that McDaniel was caught only when 8-year-old Anna told her teacher about McDaniel’s assaults. Sadly, by this time the abuse had been going on for over six months. “Anna told a teacher she had been molested by her stepfather, Mark McDaniel,” reads the report.  Caleb Clark – an ex-boyfriend of Anna’s – spoke to the National Enquirer about the report back in 2012: “Anna told me that McDaniel threatened that if she ever told her grandparents what happened, he would kill them and her,” Clark said. “That’s how he made her shut up about the rapes.” June Shannon is reportedly under investigation by the state of Georgia to determine if her children are safe living in her home. June Shannon May Lose Kids Over Sexual Abuse Scandal

Earlier this week, we learned that TLC canceled Here Comes Honey Boo Boo as a result of some seriously unsettling conduct from one of the show’s stars, June Shannon. Now it seems Shannon may lose more than just her reality TV fame, as a spokesperson for child protective services in June’s home state of Georgia says that cases like June’s generally result in at least temporary loss of custody. “When there are children who are not able to protect themselves, that are in daily contact or living with sex offenders,” says CPS director Susan Boatwright. “Someone would go out there and assess the situation to see whether the children can stay there or not.” In other words, Mama June can likely expect a visit from the state in the very near future. And considering Mark McDaniel – the sex offender in question – is the same man who molested June’s daughter Anna Shannon when she was 8 years old, we’re guessing authorities won’t be okay with 9-year-old Alana sharing a roof with McDaniel. In case you missed it, the whole scandal began when it was revealed that Shannon is dating McDaniel , despite the fact that he just completed a 10-year prison sentence for molesting one of her daughters. June has denied that she’s in a relationship with McDaniel, but evidence to the contrary seems to surface every day, including dozens of photos of the two of them together. The latest photos show that Shannon exposed her youngest daughter to contact with McDaniel, a fact that will likely result in her three youngest children being placed in temporary housing, while Shannon’s parenting skills are assessed.
