According to NBCDFW , Dallas Cowboys cornerback Marquez White was arrested in the firearm sanctuary known as Texas for flashing his gun at a racist douchebag who was road raging. As White was making his way home, another motorist allegedly began shouting racist slurs and driving aggressively near him. White says he noticed the man reaching for something in his car and feared it was a gun, in response, White brandished his legal handgun. The racist motorist followed White all the way home and then called the cops on him. White turned himself into police after being notified by the Cowboys that there was a warrant out for his arrest. A grand jury indicted White for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against the racist…who followed him home… Of all the places in the world, how the HELL is gun-toting Texas going tell this man that he was wrong for upping the llama on a psycho like this driver?? SMH

Rapper Faces Assault Charges For Allegedly Attacking Masika Tucker Former Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star Yung Berg has been offered a deal in his assault case involving ex-girlfriend Masika Tucker. Prosecutors from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office offered Berg the chance to plead guilty to harassment, which is a violation, not a crime, for his alleged assault on Tucker last year. Berg would also have to attend batterer’s intervention program in New York or Los Angeles. The rapper is currently facing assault, attempted assault and harassment charges for the alleged beat down. The NYPD arrested him last November for allegedly throttling Tucker in their hotel room after his credit card was declined. The reality show’s producers fired him days later. Berg’s lawyer Xavier Donaldson said he’d be interested in resolving the case, but only if prosecutors dropped the assault charges. Berg – aka Hitmaka – did not appear during Thursday’s brief hearing, but is due in court later this week. The judge also extended an order of protection between Berg and Tucker until February 2016.

Justin Bieber Directly Apologizes for Second Racist Video

In the wake of a second racist video hitting the Web this week, Justin Bieber took to Instagram last night and quoted the bible. He confessed his sins and asked for forgiveness. The singer did not , however, directly reference the footage of him  repeatedly using the N-word and joking about joining the KKK. Justin Bieber: So Very Sorry for Racist Videos But Justin has now gone ahead and done just this in a statement to E! News. “Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever dealt with,” the artist says. “But I feel now that I need to take responsibility for those mistakes and not let them linger.” Acknowledging that he’s a role model and that certain words definitely matter, Bieber added : “I just hope that the next 14-year-old kid who doesn’t understand the power of these words does not make the same mistakes I made years ago. At the end of the day I just need to step up and own what I did.” No one can defend the slur Bieber uttered in these instances, but most are praising the star for coming so clean so quickly in reference to them. Many famous friends of Bieber’s, all of whom are African-American, have come out and shown support for the singer. He’s handled his latest mess very well. What do you think? In case you’re a GoT fan who somehow hasn’t heard by now, Oberyn Martell died in such grisly fashion on Sunday’s episode that he earned a spot near the top of out list of most gruesome Game of Thrones deaths . But as we try to move on from Oberyn’s ugly demise (and it won’t be easy), let’s celebrate the Red Viper’s lavish life as actor Pedro Pascal imagines the Dornish prince’s decadent funeral (we’re guessing it’ll be closed casket): Pedro Pascal Talks Oberyn Martell Funeral Things start serenely enough, “It would have to be a celebration,” says Pedro. “We’re on the beach…whatever the Bahamas, Carribean region of Westeros is. There’s a bonfire. Nobody can wear black. You can only wear black if it’s a bikini or a Speedo.” Having had several months since his casting to contemplate Oberyn’s demise, Pedro spares no detail: “There’s tons of foods. Some really good Tex-Mex…No priests! Chris Brown: En Route to D.C. on CON AIR!

As previously reported, Chris Brown has been picked up by U.S. marshals for his cross-country journey to stand trial for assault charges in Washington, D.C. The 24-year-old star is on his way from jail in L.A. to a federal holding facility in San Bernardino, Calif., to begin his long trip to our nation’s capital. Later, escorted by U.S. Marshals and appropriately restrained, he will get on a plane to D.C. Only there will be layovers along the way. A LOT of them. According to TMZ, there are so many stops en route (think Oklahoma and other out of the way places ) to pick up other prisoners, it’ll take days. He will be there by Monday, however, when his lawyer, Mark Geragos, will try to get the assault charges dismissed against Chris, and he stands a chance. The evidence is flimsy as is, and Geragos believes prosecutors inappropriately used the grand jury to gain an unfair advantage in the criminal case. If that motion is denied, though, Chris will sit in a D.C. jail until his trial kicks off on April 17, at which point Geragos must proceed with his actual defense. At least he has Karrueche to leave voicemails for … Karrueche Plays Message From Chris Brown The confusing legal background, if you care: Chris is on probation for beating the crap out of Rihanna back in 2009. His probation requires him to obey laws. Clearly a major issue for him. His probation was revoked following his 2013 arrest for assault in D.C. He could’ve been jailed then, but a judge allowed him to go to rehab. He got kicked out of rehab , TWICE, and is therefore in solitary now. The judge won’t even let him out to go to D.C. Hence the Marshals. If convicted in the D.C. case, Brown could go to PRISON. Gulp .

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ estranged (an quite troubled) ex-husband Courtland Rogers is reportedly on suicide watch after checking himself into a hospital this week. That’s according to Courtland himself … who’s also apparently trying to parlay his mental anguish into winning Jenelle back. Talk about getting desperate there. “I wanted to die because I wasn’t with Jenelle,” Courtland, 27, told celeb gossip site Radar on Thursday. “I just didn’t know how to deal with the pain that I’m not with her.” He may have to figure that out. Jenelle recently filed assault charges against Rogers, who she accused of abadoning her, then barred him from the hospital as she suffered a miscarriage. She’s indicated that she’s going to divorce him ASAP. Yet despite not speaking to his wife for weeks or laying eyes on her since her tragic miscarriage with their child, Courtland says he is hoping for another chance . “I am going to get healthy in this hospital,” he says. “I’ve been under suicide watch and don’t even have shoelaces. All I want is my wife back.” “I can’t live without my heart, and Jenelle is my heart,” adds Rogers, who accused Jenelle just days ago of killing their baby with her heroin use . “Jenelle is my best friend. Jenelle Evans Cheating With Gary Head, Courtland Rogers Alleges

Jenelle Evans and estranged husband Courtland Rogers continue to air their grievances / marital problems on social media, and it’s getting uglier by the minute. The pregnant MTV star tweeted of a possible miscarriage and of plans to divorce Courtland yesterday, then filed assault charges against her husband of 51 days. She’s also accused Rogers (left) of cheating on her – a charge that he’s now turning back around on the Teen Mom 2 mess, who she says is boning Gary Head. Head (right), Evans’ previous paramour, met up with her last night. “OMG please somebody tell me she did not go see Gary the first day we are apart! Please be fake!! Did she really do that,” Rogers tweeted upon hearing about this. “Everybody tell Jenelle thank you, she just committed adultery!” Gary Head , who was also accused of assaulting Jenelle Evans during their relationship, denies it, saying, “Just because I’m with my ex does not mean I’m f–king her.” “I’m being a friend. Not a man whore.” For his part, Courtland Rogers, 27, says he “never cheated” on his spouse at ANY point and also adamantly maintains that he never hit Evans, 21. “No I did not hit Jenelle I swear to God! She makes all that s–t up and then runs to Gary’s house? Really? Now I have, like, four charges of assault on a female? F–k that s–t.” It’s been an eventful week. The two got into an epic fight Sunday; Evans was hospitalized for a possible miscarriage Tuesday, accusing Rogers of abandoning her during the crisis. After announcing she wanted to get a divorce “ASAP,” she then accused Courtland Rogers of being unfaithful … and later of abusing her and their unborn child. Just last week, the couple confirmed Jenelle is seven weeks pregnant. Don’t look for them to patch things up like she often does, either. Her live Tweeting of the fallout would indicate that Rogers’ stock is only plummeting further in her mind. Expect to hear about a Jenelle Evans divorce sooner rather than later.

Warren Jeffs Is this what this sick fizzuck, Warren Jeffs , deserves?? Polygamist leader Warren Jeffs has been hospitalized after not eating or drinking enough since his recent conviction on child sexual assault charges, a prison official said Monday. ABC News is reporting that Jeffs is in a coma, according to a source close to him. However, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice would not confirm the report. “I’ve seen that report but we have not received that information or released it,” said Michelle Lyons, spokesman for the department. The 55-year-old Jeffs, serving a 130-year sentence for sexually assaulting two underage girls, had been refusing to eat properly and is being treated for weakness and related conditions, said Jason Clark, a Texas Department of Criminal Justice spokesman. Jeffs was reportedly fasting, but not on a hunger strike, Clark said. According to ABC News, Jeffs became so weak that doctors induced a coma. “Warren Jeffs was transported last night to East Texas Medical Center in Tyler,” Clark said Monday. “He is listed in critical but stable condition. Jeffs had not been eating and drinking as much as we would like. “He had been eating and taking fluids in, but because he became dehydrated, his vital signs began showing problems.” Jeffs is the self-named “prophet” of the Fundamentalist Church of Latter Day Saints, a polygamist Mormon breakaway sect that has a ranch in west Texas.
