Source: Christian Petersen / Getty Florida Police Are Looking For Adrien Broner…Again According to TMZ , Adrien Broner is a wanted man in Florida again. The champion boxer failed to show up in Broward County court earlier this week and the judge was tired of the disrespect so a warrant was issued for his immediate arrest. Broner was arrested for speeding, not having a driver’s license, registration or proof of insurance. The reason for the court date was an arrest that took place back in Dec. of 2017 and this is reportedly the third time he has bob & weave’d this court appearance. Broner has a storied history of run ins with the law, he’s already been arrested multiple times for the same issue. Also back in April of 2017, the boxer was arrested for having an open warrant in connection to three-year-old public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges. This is just another L Broner has taken in a matter of weeks; having lost in a unanimous decision to a Manny Pacquiao almost twice his age.   Continue reading →

Rick Scott is so shook by the possibility of every vote being counted in Florida he filed lawsuits on Sunday “calling for voting machines to be impounded in two Democratic-leaning counties, after accusing his opponents of voter fraud,” according to Vice.com . Sounds like more voter suppression in plain sight. See Also: Andrew Gillum Barely Loses Florida Governor Race By The Slimmest of Margins Vice.com reports, “Scott called on a judge to issue an emergency injunction requiring sheriffs in Broward and Palm Beach counties to impound all voting machines and ballots whenever they’re not being used in the recount — until the end of the recount and any legal action relating to the closely fought race.” Another lawsuit called for “any ballots counted after noon on Saturday to be disregarded, alleging that votes in Broward County were counted after the noon deadline.” How wildly undemocratic and, of course, President Donald Trump agrees. He tweeted this morning, “The Florida Election should be called in favor of Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis in that large numbers of new ballots showed up out of nowhere, and many ballots are missing or forged. However, now the apparent elusive victory win might still be within reach. On Saturday, Gillum recanted his concession. Life Comes At You Fast: XXXTentacion’s Accused Killer Has Reportedly Been Raped And Assaulted In Jail

(Photos: Joe Chea/ Broward County Jail) Dedrick Williams Reportedly Raped In Broward County Jail Dedrick Williams , the 22-year-old being charged with murder and a plethora of other things is having a tough week in Broward County jail. According to a site called Hip-Hop Overload , a reliable source employed at the jail says Williams was sexually assaulted in a jail shower and friends of Kodak Black are behind it (no pun intended). Here’s the quoted story from their site. Per someone we know that works in the Dade county jail system, XXXTentacion’s murderer Dedrick Williams was assaulted in Broward County jail. Word we got from our informant is that he was told Dedrick was getting a shower when he was ambushed with an attempted rape, which in jail is the ultimate sign of disrespect. We are told that Kodak Black people may have had something to do with it. This makes total sense because XXXTentacion and Kodak Black are extremely tight friends like brothers. One has to think if the assault was calculated to happen the day of XXXTentacion’s memorial which was held at the BB&T Center in Broward County today. We are currently trying to get pictures of the assault once we do we will be sure to share them all. As you see we are told Dedrick was beaten down pretty bad. They use the word “attempted” but the texts from the source say “rape”. Previously, we showed you footage of who people assume is Dedrick confessing and mocking XXXTentacion’s   final moments. This is him in during his first court appearance. Hey, everybody wanna be a murderer. But, they don’t think about what happens later when your azz gets caught.

A Suspect Is Charged in The Murder of XXXtentacion

Source: Miami Herald / Getty A suspect has been charged in the murder of rapper XXXtentacion . 22-year-old Dedrick D. Williams was arrested Wednesday evening by Broward County Sheriff County police and charged with First Degree Murder. XXXtenacion’s mother received word of the arrest during a candlelight vigil for the rapper XXXtenacion, real name Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy was killed Monday in a reported robbery attempted . He was only 20 years old. Florida Man Escapes Courtroom To Prove His Innocence A Florida man orchestrated an escape from the courtroom during one of his trial hearings…but he says it was all in the interest in helping out his defense team. Via MailOnline : Dayonte Resiles, a 22-year-old from Broward County, Florida, is accused in the stabbing death of Jill Halliburton Su, 59, a member of the wealthy Halliburton family, during a home invasion robbery in September 2014. This past July 15, Resiles escaped from a courtroom during a hearing in the trial, triggering a six-day manhunt. Resiles jumped out of a jury box and ran from a courtroom around 9:30am, breaking free of his handcuffs and shackles and ditching his gray prison jumpsuit in a hallway. It was later determined that he received help from his girlfriend and three others as part of a plot that had been planned during jailhouse calls and visits. Following his recapture, Resiles wrote a letter to the judge hearing his case. An apologetic Resiles insisted that his intention was to gather evidence that would prove his innocence. ‘I hope you don’t take it personal because your (sic) one judge that I have great respect for,’ he wrote to Judge Raag Singhal. ‘I felt I was at a dead end with nowhere to turn to,’ he wrote. ‘I tried to appeal to everyone to prove to them I was innocent but my voice went unheard.’ ‘When I escaped, my whole reason was to gather enough info on my case to prove my innocence,’ Resiles writes. On September 8, 2014, the body of Halliburton Su was found by her oldest son, who was sent to check up on the house when her husband couldn’t access the home’s surveillance cameras at work. It’s believed that Resiles broke in the house through a rear window to rob the home, but ran into Su and killed her in the process. Rick Ross and his son Rapper Hits Back At Son’s Mother Attempt To Increase Child Support Rick Ross  has claimed that the mother of his son has turned their boy against him – keeping him away from his father and trash talking Ross around the child. That’s according to new docs Ross filed in response to his baby mama Tia Kemp’s lawsuit to up child support from $2,800 a month to $20,000. Kemp “has prohibited the minor child from visiting with Respondent and engaged in acts of parental alienation as to impede on the minor child’s ability to fully experience a life or parenting time with the Respondent,” Ross wrote in court docs obtained by BOSSIP. Ross said that Kemp won’t meet him halfway when it comes to visiting the boy: she’s refused to hand him over to Ross even though she knows he’s under house arrest in Georgia as he fights charges that he beat and kidnapped his gardener. Ross “asserts that the petitioner has engaged in behaviors to prohibit the minor child from visiting and partaking in the lifestyle of the Respondent,” Ross wrote in the Dec. 18 filing in Broward County Circuit Court.
