Rick Ross and his son Rapper Hits Back At Son’s Mother Attempt To Increase Child Support Rick Ross  has claimed that the mother of his son has turned their boy against him – keeping him away from his father and trash talking Ross around the child. That’s according to new docs Ross filed in response to his baby mama Tia Kemp’s lawsuit to up child support from $2,800 a month to $20,000. Kemp “has prohibited the minor child from visiting with Respondent and engaged in acts of parental alienation as to impede on the minor child’s ability to fully experience a life or parenting time with the Respondent,” Ross wrote in court docs obtained by BOSSIP. Ross said that Kemp won’t meet him halfway when it comes to visiting the boy: she’s refused to hand him over to Ross even though she knows he’s under house arrest in Georgia as he fights charges that he beat and kidnapped his gardener. Ross “asserts that the petitioner has engaged in behaviors to prohibit the minor child from visiting and partaking in the lifestyle of the Respondent,” Ross wrote in the Dec. 18 filing in Broward County Circuit Court. Chad Johnson was just kicked out of court and jailed after slapping his male lawyer’s ass and enraging the judge overseeing his probation violation hearing. Chad Johnson Ass Slap The troubled former NFL star was in court in Broward County, Fla., to face a judge for the recent probation violation in his domestic violence case. During the hearing, the judge and Chad’s lawyer were about to finalize terms of Chad’s punishment – terms fairly favorable to #85, no less. But the deal fell apart in epic fashion as the judge asked Chad if he was satisfied with his representation … and he playfully slapped his attorney’s ass. The court erupted with laughter, except for the judge. She was PISSED! She lashed out at Johnson, asking him if this whole proceeding was merely a joke to him. He replied no, “because my life is in shambles right now.” It’s now even more so. The judge wasn’t satisfied with that, announced that the previous arrangement was off the table, kicked him out of court and had him jailed for contempt. His attorney tried to apologize profusely, desperately trying to convince the judge to accept the original terms of the deal, but she simply wasn’t having it. Chad, who is on probation after his head-butting of then-wife Evelyn Lozada and subsequent conviction, was sentenced to 30 DAYS in jail. Astonishing.

Where were the parents? 6-Year-Old Shot By Brother According to NBC Miami Homicide detectives in Broward County, Florida are talking with a 13-year-old boy who they believe shot his 6-year-old sister. According to NBC Miami, the shooting occurred just before 7 p.m. in Oakland Park on Saturday night. “They were playing hide and go seek. I don’t know how it went down but he shot his sister,” neighbor Peter Milano explained. “They just carried her out in her hands and you can tell above her chest area she had a hole where she was shot,” neighbor Justin Latoutrrette told WSVN. Broward Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Dani Moschella said that the two children were at home alone when the incident happened. “We just don’t know at this point if this was an accident or if it was intentional,” Moschella said. “It is very difficult when dealing with children, specifically children who’ve been through a very traumatic situation,” she pointed out. “This family will never be the same after tonight, no matter how it ends up.” Another neighbor told The Miami Herald that the “little boy just sat there rocking back and forth… It’s just so devastating. They had just moved in two weeks ago.” Under Florida law, the parents could be charged with a third-degree felony if police determine that the gun was “within the reach or easy access of a minor” and was used to cause injury or death. The 6-year-old girl was taken to Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale. Moschella reported that she was in critical but stable condition as of Sunday night. What the hell?: A Broward County school bus assistant was arrested for aggravated child abuse after he choked a 13-year-old autistic boy with a safety harness on the bus, authorities said. Darryl Blue, 48, of Fort Lauderdale “maliciously punished” the middle school student by choking him with the harness he was wearing on Oct. 9, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said in a complaint affidavit. The boy woke up the next day complaining that his neck was hurting, telling his mother that “Mr. Man” choked him and adding, “Don’t let him hurt me,” according to the affidavit. “Mr. Man” was identified as Blue, the affidavit said. He had small bruises on his neck, it said. Broward schools spokesperson Marsy Smith said that Blue has been reassigned within the Transportation Department to a position away from students pending the outcome of the investigation. His mother, Bertis Paulino, told NBC 6 South Florida that Blue should be fired. She also said that she’d like to meet him. “Honestly I would like to get my hands on him, and it’s not going to be a pretty thing. Florida School Bus Monitor Caught Choking An Austic Boy Via NYDailyNews A Florida bus monitor is facing child abuse charges for choking and tormenting an autistic boy who wet his pants during a trip home from school last month. Broward County school-bus assistant Darryl Blue was caught on surveillance camera on Oct. 9 yanking on teen Moises Mancebo’s protective harness from behind, causing the boy to howl in pain, south Florida’s Sun Sentinel newspaper reported. In the video, the boy repeatedly wails, “Ow, you’re hurting me,” and reaches behind his head to try to stop Blue. “Don’t put your hands on me,” Blue says at one point. The assault, which officials say took place during the entire 45-minute ride from the boy’s Fort Lauderdale school to his home in Deerfield Beach, left bruises and scrapes on Mancebo’s neck, his mother said. The Westglades middle schooler rides a bus for special needs children and wears the harness to keep him safe. What a piece of isht THIS guy is… His mother said he was traumatized by the incident and no longer wants to go to school. “He can’t sleep, he’s acting out, he’s afraid, he’s afraid of me,” Bertis Paulino told the Sun Sentinel. “Sometimes I come up to him and he (raises his arms in fear) like I’m going to hit him.” Paulino said she also wants the bus driver to be charged. In the video, driver Chelsi Edwards can be heard scolding the boy for wetting his pants and cackling while Blue allegedly abused him. Blue was charged with aggravated child abuse, the Sun Sentinel reported. He was arrested on Wednesday and released from the Broward County Jail on Thursday after paying $7,500 bond. Ok, so the boy wet his pants. He didn’t pee ON anyone, didn’t appear to be causing a problem, but even if he WAS there was definitely a better way to handle the situation. Macaulay Culkin: Depressed, Sad and Lonely?

Macaulay Culkin may not be on drugs, but he is not doing so hot. A friend describes him as depressed, sad, lonely and attempting to recapture his childhood. Weeks after the National Enquirer called Macaulay Culkin a heroin addict and said he was at death’s door, reports say the Home Alone star is very depressed. An insider close to Culkin says he is not doing well and has been attempting to relive his childhood and has been engaging in increasingly strange behavior. That includes hosting costume parties where guests are invited to come dressed as a movie character or dinosaur. “He likes to live as a child ,” says the source. “Growing up has not been good to Macaulay.” A former colleague says Culkin is a “sad and lonely figure,” and attributes his depression to his inability to land roles in recent years; he last acted in 2010. The actor denies he’s on drugs , but the Enquirer stood by its initial shocking story and encouraged the 32-year-old actor to seek help for his problems. In February, his reps also denied allegations that the actor was gravely ill after gaunt photos of Culkin emerged. He looks healthier in recent months, though. In fact, Culkin has been working on several paintings which he’ll be exhibiting this week, and has been using his New York apartment as a studio. So that’s good. Chad Johnson Charged With Battery For Evelyn Lozada Head-Butting

Chad Johnson has been formally charged with battery following his alleged attack on Evelyn Lozada last month. He faces up to a year in jail if convicted. The former Ochocinco was arrested for domestic violence in Florida after a fight over a condom receipt allegedly got violent and he head-butted his wife . She filed for divorce days later after less than six weeks of marriage. Broward County, Fla., officials made the decision to charge Chad today. Evelyn Lozada claims their marriage had become “irretrievably broken” and has made it clear there will be no reconciling with the former NFL star here. Chad apparently didn’t get the memo, as he’s refusing to sign divorce papers , insisting he’s still in love with her and telling off his critics on Twitter. He also got a tattoo of Ev’s face on his leg. Her face. Johnson was also dropped from the Miami Dolphins – on HBO’s Hard Knocks no less – following his arrest and is now a free agent. Any NFL takers out there? Hello?

Looks like Chad might have to “kiss the baby” Chad Johnson Arrested For Domestic Abuse After Head-Butting Evelyn Lozada Miami Dolphins wide receiver Chad Johnson was arrested Saturday night at his home on charges of domestic violence, according to Davie Police Department Capt. Dale Engle. Johnson, who started Saturday night’s 20-7 exhibition loss to Tampa Bay, allegedly head-butted his new wife, Evelyn Lozada , during an argument. Johnson and his wife went to a restaurant for dinner, Engle said. They returned home and she found a receipt for a box of condoms, a police spokesman said. An argument ensued, Engle said. She alleges he leaned over and head butted her. He says she leaned towards him and that they butted heads. Needless to say she has a good laceration on her forehead.” When cops came on the scene Lozada, a star in VH1’s Basketball Wive’s Reality series, had lacerations on her forehead, and Johnson was arrested. Since entering the NFL in 2001 Johnson, a Miami native who lives in Davie, had never been arrested. But he was arrested in college for a domestic dispute… Lozada was treated on the scene by fire-rescue personnel. She was transported to Westside Regional Hospital. Johnson remained in jail as of late Saturday night, and was likely to be transferred to Broward County Sheriff before midnight. The spokesman said Johnson would not be released until he appears in front of a judge, which could be as late as Monday morning. Wow, Chad is a lot of things, but we didn’t think he was a newlywed wife-beater. At the same time, if Evelyn found receipts from condoms, you already know how she reacted! In the latest issue of Elle , Selena Gomez is hesitant to open up too much about her relationship, but she does share one story with the magazine about just how lucky she is to be dating the Biebs. “He really is a hopeless romantic,” Gomez says. “I had just mentioned it in the car – all I said is that I really want to see Titanic again, and then…” … this happened . Among other topics discussed by Selena in the interview: Growing up in poverty : “I can remember about seven times when our car got stuck on the highway because we’d run out of gas money… [but my mom still] saved up to take me to concerts. She took me to museums, aquariums, to teach me about the world, about what’s real.” Working with Disney: “[It] is a machine, so people automatically assume that you can’t work for the channel unless you act and sing and dance and sign up for all that. Tracy Mabb, Florida Crazy Woman, Poses For One of the Greatest Mug Shots Ever

Tracy Mabb may not be a celebrity, but she’s joined our celebrity mug shots gallery thanks to one of (if not the most) ridiculous booking photos ever. The 35-year-old Miami, Fla., resident was arrested for pulling her clothing up in a busy road and flashing ALL of her private parts to passing drivers. No word if her bizarre behavior was influenced by the coming zombie apocalypse in some way, but what is it with crazy people on Miami roads?! Unsuspecting motorists were forced into watching the impromptu freak/strip show as Tracy Mabb revealed her breasts, vagina and buttocks. Lovely. She acted in a “vulgar, indecent manner,” according to the police report. “I don’t give a f**k,” said the blonde non-bombshell when apprehended for her actions. No word if she was on bath salts and/or is a Muppet. Mabb was later charged with exposing sexual organs in public (that’s an actual law!) and was being held in jail on Wednesday on a $600 bond. Apparently she is also being held on a prior petty theft offense that allegedly took place April 8, according to Broward County court records.
