Incarcerated Scarfaces: Locked Up Goon Brags About His Lavish Life Behind Bars On Facebook [Video]

Come on! Murder suspect Brooklyn Traylor’s Facebook timeline boasts photos of him and at least one other inmate while they’re locked up in the Alcorn County Jail. “It’s one thing to have to hear from the DA that it’s going to be 2 or 3 years if it goes to trial, but it’s another thing when you see that her killer is actively on Facebook,” said Aaron Crum, the victim’s brother. Traylor was charged with killing Crum’s sister, Kris Ann Ledlow. Investigators said Taylor shot her in February during an attempted robbery at the convenience store where she worked. Locked up behind bars, Traylor brags on Facebook he’s making more money in jail than on the streets. “The impression I got from the post and the pictures is that he’s just living it up and having a good time,” said Crum. Crum was upset Traylor could even access Facebook and a cell phone. He said the family’s complaints to the DA and the jail have gone unanswered. WREG sat down with Alcorn County Sheriff Ben Caldwell to find out how this is happening. He denied his inmates are having one big party in jail. “I can assure you we don’t allow them to have parties in our jail, and again I understand the families concern. It’s my concern as well,” said Caldwell. The sheriff said there’s no way to prove Traylor is posting from jail. He said inmates sometimes give passwords to friends on the outside to post on their behalf, but he told WREG Traylor did have access to a cell phone at one point. Sheriff Caldwell said, “When that took place, he was placed in segregation. His visitation was taken away from him and some of his other privileges such as commissary access to television.” WREG exposed a history of problems at the Alcorn County correctional facilities three years ago. Last year the state of Mississippi removed bus loads of prisoners housed there because some inmates had their own keys to the jail while others could access drugs and cell phones. When Caldwell took over, he promised changes. The sheriff said keeping contraband out of the jail is one of his big challenges. Since March, he’s arrested two of his own jailers. He said he’s conducting more shakedowns and added more cameras inside and outside the jail. Caldwell showed WREG a picture of the evidence seized from a car caught circling a back fence near the rec yard at night. It’s an indication of what his officers are up against. The photo showed a dozen cellphones and chargers, ear buds, bags of what looks like marijuana, rolling papers, cigars, handheld video games, iPods and plastic bottles filled with liquor. Caldwell believed the suspects wanted to throw the items over a fence for some inmates to retrieve later. “They have nothing to do but sit back in our jail and think of ways to get things into our facility. We’re constantly fighting to keep that from happening,” the sheriff said. Caldwell said smuggling contraband into jails and prisons is a problem nationwide. He’s promised to stop it whenever possible because he knows the implications. “It just looks like one big joke to him. He’s talking about going from like pistol whipping to money making,” said the brother of the murder victim. The Crums said it hurts to see the teen arrested for killing this sister, daughter and mother of two girls, bragging on social media from jail while they grieve their tragic loss. “It’s a slap in our face. Kris isn’t here. She can’t defend herself anymore, so somebody has to and that’s why I’m here,” said Crum. Continue reading

Kordell Stewart Responds To ‘Delivert’ Andrew Caldwell’s Secret Smashing Claims—But What Does Porsha Think???

Kordell Responds To Andrew Caldwell’s Gay Relations Claims Remember when we told you that viral video star Andrew Chad Caldwell recently  claimed to secretly smash Kordell Stewart while he was still married to Porsha Williams ??? Well Kordell is clapping back at the bizarre claims and confirming whether on not he had a gay relationship with the “delivert” COGIC star. He tells TMZ Sports: “I don’t know the guy. I’ve never heard of him. There’s no room in my personality for that lifestyle. It’s not what I believe in. I’m a heterosexual man.” He also told the site that Caldwell defamed him but is “unsure” if he wants to sue. He’s also added a not so subtle message (Via Jay-Z) on his Instagram. “I just don’t wanna argue with you about stupid s***” Hmmm. In addition to Koddell, it looks like his ex-wife has something to add to this latest bit of Kordell Stewart slander. Hit the flip to see what we mean…

Hannah Caldwell, 7, attended a Saturday showing of “Never Say Never” with her mother, Heather Caldwell , who recalled her obsession with New Kids on the Block in her youth. Girls’ cellphones sport Justin Bieber ringtones and wallpaper. Photos by SAM DEAN The Roanoke TimesFriends Jamie Dyer, 12 (left), and Sadi Gilbert, 11, spent Saturday morning preparing to see “Never Say Never.” They painted their faces, donned Justin Bieber shirts and made sure that their cellphones had Bieber ringtones. It’s about midday Saturday at the Valley View Grande cinema in Roanoke, where pop singer Justin Bieber’s concert documentary “Never Say Never” is showing in two formats — standard and 3-D. There are several Bieber-smitten girls. But there is no caterwauling and there’s no ticket line. This is a movie, after all, not a concert. Clearly, Jamie Dyer, 12, and friend Sadi Gilbert, 11, happily suffer from Bieber Fever. They wear Bieber trinkets. Words of tribute, penned with a black marker, adorn their cheeks. They hop up and down discussing the boy who became a sensation first on YouTube. “I like his hair,” Sadi said. (The New York Times described it as “famously floppy.”) “And he’s really nice and sweet and he likes his fans.” Brenda Dyer , Jamie’s mother, recalls her own youthful crushes. “ Donny Osmond . He was my first love,” Dyer said. “And David Cassidy. He was my first concert.” She and other mothers escort daughters. Boys are scarce, Jamie admits. “Some of them say they don’t like him, but some of them really do,” she said. Heather Caldwell brought her daughter Hannah, 7, who sports a Bieber T-shirt. “She’s got the posters,” Caldwell said. “She wants the whole bedroom set.” Hannah’s been a fan, Caldwell said, “ever since that ‘baby, baby, baby’ song came out.” She understands her daughter’s crush because she once swooned over New Kids On The Block. “I get it,” Caldwell said. ‘Get Him To The Greek’ Cheat Sheet: Everything You Need To Know

Hit the road with Russell Brand and Jonah Hill in the ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’ follow-up. By Josh Wigler Jonah Hill and Russell Brand in “Get Him To The Greek” Photo: Universal Pictures In “Forgetting Sarah Marshall,” Infant Sorrow frontman Aldous Snow had it all figured out: hit singles in the form of “Inside of You” and “We’ve Got to Do Something,” fans from all across the globe and several years of sobriety. But to quote another great musician, the times are a-changing when an off-the-wagon Snow returns in “Get Him to the Greek,” the “Sarah Marshall” spin-off arriving in theaters Friday (June 4). Russell Brand and Jonah Hill take center stage in the comedy about a disgraced rock singer and a budding talent agent looking to stage a glorious comeback. While that’s the film’s basic premise, the story behind the story has several layers. As the comedy arrives in theaters, MTV News is bringing you a cheat sheet to catch you up on everything you need to go “Greek.” Forgetting ‘Sarah’ and Going ‘Greek’ One of the reasons moviegoers latched onto “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” was the onscreen chemistry of Brand as rock god Aldous Snow and Hill as an aspiring musician and Snow-obsessed fan. Apparently, the chemistry didn’t go unnoticed by director Nicholas Stoller and producer Judd Apatow, as they announced a new comedy project re-teaming Brand and Hill just one week following the release of “Sarah Marshall.” That project would eventually become “Get Him to the Greek,” and while Brand was set to reprise his role as Aldous Snow , Hill took on an entirely new character: Aaron Green, a record-company intern who volunteers to escort the down-and-out Snow from his London home to the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles for a comeback concert. Madness, debauchery and hilarity inevitably ensue. The Third Greek Although Hill and Brand present quite the dynamic duo on their own, a third player entered the “Greek” arena in the form of Sean “Diddy” Combs as record-company executive Sergio Roma. “We did a table read, and I thought to myself, ‘I wonder how funny [Diddy’s] going to be and how much help he’s going to need,’ ” Apatow told MTV News in 2009 . “And I found out the answer was none. He needs no help. He was riotously funny. As a man with one skill, I was annoyed that he was also funny. You shouldn’t be allowed to be good at so many things.” Dubbed by Hill as “the McLovin of ‘Get Him to the Greek,’ ” Combs endeared himself to his co-stars with a trip to Las Vegas that Brand described as “a hedonism boot camp.” “[Hanging with Diddy in Vegas] means you don’t get enough sleep, and when you go to a restaurant, it’s noisy, and when you go to a club, it’s noisy, and when you’re in an elevator, it’s noisy,” Brand said of the trip. “Hanging with Diddy is noisy.” Sex, Drugs and Rocky Terrain Having survived the Vegas outing with few scratches to speak of, the “Greek” stars barreled on with production, but neither Brand nor Hill were without their share of hardships during the shoot. Brand, a recovering alcoholic and former drug addict, was faced with revisiting his old demons alongside his character. “I don’t take relapsing very seriously as a possibility in terms of thinking of it as ‘Must not relapse. Must not relapse.’ But it reminded me, ‘Don’t do drugs,’ ” Brand said of his experience playing the drug-addled Snow . “It’s not worth it. Not for me.” For Hill, his difficulties were a bit more transparent … one could even say, well, nude . The comedian was able to overcome the awkwardness of filming his in-the-buff scenes by focusing on the bright side: “I had all sorts of thoughts about waxing or what I should do to prepare. And then eventually, I just, I said, ‘I’m just gonna be free and be me and just sort of, you know, let that happen.’ ” Nudity and old ghosts aside, the point of “Get Him to the Greek” isn’t to dwell on the negative; it’s about laughing and having a good time at the movies. On that front, Hill feels that the mission was accomplished. “This movie, to me, is just a pure weekend night movie,” he said. “You go and have a great time, and it’s so full of energy. It’s a road movie, and it’s hysterical, in my opinion.” Don’t miss the live red-carpet coverage, exclusive movie clips and fist-pumping action on MTV News’ “Jersey Shore Blow-Out at the MTV Movie Awards,” airing live from Los Angeles this Sunday, June 6, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Kimberly Caldwell Relives Bloody Prom Mishap On ‘When I Was 17’

‘American Idol’ vet tells all — show airs Saturday at 11 a.m. ET on MTV! By James Montgomery Kimberly Caldwell Photo: MTV News Kimberly Caldwell has turned heads on “American Idol” and the TV Guide Channel, and things were pretty much the same when she was 17 … only, back then, she was turning heads for an entirely different reason: She was the girl positively covered in blood. It seems that, back in high school, Caldwell was the talk of her prom, although not for any of the reasons the bubbly Texas blonde would’ve preferred. And on the next episode of MTV’s ‘When I Was 17,” she spills the details about the prom-night mishap that haunts her to this day. “When I was 17, I got asked out by one of the really hot senior boys to prom and I was, like, so excited,” Caldwell said. “And so I’m with all these seniors, and we go to this really beautiful restaurant, and we’re walking, and I had gotten this really, really pretty dress, and all my friends, like, came over and helped me get ready and everything.” The incident that ensued was not something out of Stephen King’s “Carrie,” but the effect was not that different. “I was so excited, and of course I had put on my ‘I’m so cool, this is not too exciting’ face. So we went to this restaurant, and before we even ate dinner, I tripped and I fell,” she continued. “My dress got split all the way up to my belly button, and my knee got a gash and it started gushing blood. It was a really, really sexy moment for me.” Indeed! For more on Caldwell’s teenaged misadventures — plus equally harrowing tales from Cobra Starship’s Gabe Saporta and Olympic medalist Evan Lysacek — don’t miss the next episode of “When I Was 17,” airing Saturday at 11 a.m. on MTV. There will be blood! Don’t miss the latest episode of “When I Was 17” — featuring Saporta, Evan Lysacek and Kimberly Caldwell — airing Saturday at 11 a.m. on MTV!
