For Patrick House, it’s never felt so good to be such a big loser. This 28-year old Vicksburg, Mississippi resident came out on top of this NBC reality competition on last night’s finale, defeating Frado Dinten in the final weigh-in by dropping an incredible 181 pounds. As confetti dropped all around him, House was embraced by family members and viewers were left to marvel over the fact that he lost 45.25 percent of his body weight at the start of the season. An unemployed former salesman, The Biggest Loser winner said that winning the series “gives me freedom.” And it also gives him money. House earned $250,000 for the accomplishment.

Jason Wahler can’t even stay on the good side of his own publicist, someone PAID to like him and make him look like he’s not a complete waste of space. That’s when you know you’ve got problems. Wahler, who’s starring in Celebrity Rehab with Rachel Uchitel, Jason Davis and other misfits, got slapped with a lawsuit for owing money to P3R Publicity. Jason Wahler is still around, and still making enemies . The company claims the former Laguna Beach star and boyfriend of Lauren Conrad breached a contract by failing to make payments of around $5,000. P3R says that “Considering Jason Wahler’s track record, P3R is disappointed but not entirely shocked by his lack of honor and irresponsible behavior.” “Perhaps his next reality show should be VH1’s Charm School .” Ouch. The Real Douchenozzles of Orange County also works.

The New York Times is coming down hard on a couple of THG favorites. First, the newspaper tore into the Kardashians, specifically their overpriced clothing boutique in SoHo. Now, it’s given an even worse grade to Justin Bieber for his five-song set at Z100’s Jingle Ball on Friday night. Labeling Bieber’s voice as “disturbing,” the article went on to say Bieber’s singing sounded “grotesquely processed and seemed to be almost candidly lip-synched.” It continued: “He showed an age-appropriate nervous system as he mussed his famous hair and shot jagged, rabbity glances around the stage as he worked. Beyond that his body language felt amateur-pedantic; right now he wants to teach the world how to Dougie and how to jerk, how to moonwalk and toe-stand. “By the third song, “Eenie Meenie,” he was singing for real, with wobbly results; in “Baby,” the show ender, he tumbled off pitch.” Ouch . You won’t believe this, but Dr. Drew Pinsky has an opinion on the Miley Cyrus salvia controversy . Asked by Access Hollywood about the video of that singer smoking a hallucinogenic herb at her 18th birthday party, Dr. Drew cited the divorce of Miley’s parents. “Her family’s in trouble, so it’s not unusual to see depression manifesting as various kinds of acting out behaviors. Adolescents don’t get depressed the way adults do. They don’t get sad and cry and withdraw. They often act out and become irritable… she seems to be suffering.” Dr. Drew thinks Miley Cyrus should seek help. Preferably on VH1, we’d imagine, in front of a camera and a certain exploitive therapist. What advice does the Celebrity Rehab host have for Miley? “If I had a child that was doing that or if I was advising a parent, I would say get professional help immediately,” he said. “This is a child who is in trouble and who is suffering and this is her way of trying to manage that. Get professional help.” So far, we’ve only heard one thing from Billy Ray Cyrus on the incident. He’s very sad about it .

In the most shocking news since Alexis Neiers’ arrest for heroin possession , Vivid Entertainment has confirmed it will soon release a sex tape starring Brittney Jones, the woman who claims she slept with Ashton Kutcher. As THG first reported in late September, an ex-boyfriend claims to be behind this footage (and, presumably, Jones). In a press release Vivid Chairman Steven Hirsch said today: “We’ve acquired the tape and confirmed its authenticity. Brittney is obviously a beautiful young girl who could clearly seduce any man.” Jones, in fact, says she did just that, allegedly banging Kutcher in the very same living room he shares with wife Demi Moore. The 21-year old has since blabbed to any tabloid that will pay her listen, expounding on her tale and saying the actress was only angry about the affair because she wasn’t included in it . A new season of VH1’s Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew and the romantic life of former Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel is the center of attention. With no usage of the words “Tiger” or “Woods” of course. Uchitel told Dr. Drew she bypasses the whole dating process for “intense, overnight” connections, he called it ” love addiction ” and encourages her to chill. Rachel said men she pursues are often birds of the same feather – as in married, rich and famous – and she’s “too much for them to handle.” Rowr!
