The six foot five Compton, CA native is now coaching the Big3 basketball league’s Triplets and will lead her team this weekend as they face off against the Tri-State. “Being part of the Big3 has been more than I’ve ever dreamed of,” Leslie told us. “I saw it and I watched it as a fan, and to be part of the Big3 family – I kind of get choked up because I never thought that I would really coach.” Leslie was honored Friday at Toyota’s Women of Big3 Power Luncheon at the MoCada Museum in Brooklyn, where she spoke about her new role and how basketball impacted her life. Also honored was Big3 chairwoman Amy Trask and Big3 head coach Nancy Lieberman. And when she was asked about what it was like to coach a team of male athletes, Leslie said that it’s not a big deal. “It’s just been so much fun,” she said. “It’s been thrilling – I always say it’s like playing chess and playing dominoes and playing spades all at the same time. Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge could not attend due to a prior engagement. A Royal Communications spokesperson said: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to share the happiness of this day and would like to thank everyone around the world for their ongoing support. They feel so fortunate to have enjoyed this special moment with family and Archie’s godparents.” The royal couple opted to exclude the press and the public from the day and chose not to reveal the names of Archie’s godparents. It was subsequently worn for generations of Royal christenings, including The Queen, her children and her grandchildren until 2004, when The Queen commissioned this handmade replica, in order for the fragile historic outfit to be preserved, and for the tradition to continue. Archie Harrison Christening Photos: Royally Adorable!

For Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, it’s official. And also so gosh darn precious. On Saturday morning, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle gathered their loved ones at Windsor Castle for a special religious event about two months in the making. We’re talking, of course, about the Christening of Royal son Archie, who was at the center of a blessed event that brought together friends, family members and even rumored foes. Among the most notable attendees? Doria Ragland, Markle’s mother, as well as Prince William and Kate Middleton, Markle’s supposed blood rivals. As seen in a family portrait shared on Harry and Meghan’s Instagram account (above), Prince Charles and wife Camila, Duchess of Cornwall were also there… along with Princess Diana’s sisters Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Lady Jane Fellowes. What an amazing image, right? And the same can be said for the one of Meghan and Harry down below: “This is a beautiful milestone and they are excited to share it as a family first and then with the world,” said a People Magazine source of Harry and Markle, who wore a white Dior dress to her son’s christening. As for the official caption affiliated with these brand new family pictures? This is what the Palace wrote of the Christening online: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are so happy to share the joy of this day with members of the public who have been incredibly supportive since the birth of their son. They thank you for your kindness in welcoming their first born and celebrating this special moment. Their Royal Highnesses feel fortunate to have enjoyed this day with family and the godparents of Archie. Archie came into the world on May 6. Two days later, he made his public debut when his famous parents strolled out in front of a select number of journalists and posed for a few gorgeous photographs. Since this time, Markle has remained on maternity leave and the couple has mostly kept themselves and their son far away from the spotlight … much to the irritation of some British citizens. Meghan and Harry’s desire for this privacy has been met with a great deal of criticism from those whose tax money helps fund their home and lifestyle. The Duchess and Duke of Sussex have offered just a scant few glimpses of their son since his birth in May — and the public has yet to see his full face. The former actress and her red-headed soulmate also continue to break from recent royal tradition, in this case NOT publicly announcing the names of their son’s godparents around the time of his Christening. Moreover, Markle and Harry will soon whisk Archie off to Africa . But, hey, at least we’ll always have the snapshots above, right? They’re adorable. Prince Harry Was "Grumpy," Snubbed Donald Trump During UK Visit

Presideny Donald Trump touched down in Great Britain this week for a three-day, official state visit. But he wasn’t exactly given a hero’s greeting upon his arrival. At least not by one very prominent British citizen. According to The Sun, Prince Harry attended a private lunch with the President and First Lady on Monday, but he didn’t speak very much to the Commander-in-Chief. This same group was then taken on a tour of Queen Elizabeth’s private art collection, but Harry chose to hang back as much as possible at this point. An insider says he made a point NOT to be photographed anywhere near the President. This British publication explains that Harry walked in with the President’s daughter, Ivanka, during this showing — but then left her to talk to the Lord Chamberlain while the Queen showed the Trumps around the Palace. “Harry was the third most senior royal in the room after the Queen and his father, but didn’t seem to take any part in his royal duties,” an onlooker tells The Sun . Royal commentator Ingrid Seward, meanwhile, offered a similar account: “Harry did look grumpy and as if he didn’t want to be there,” she said, adding “He appears to be behaving in a rather immature way and letting his personal animosity take over from his natural good manners. “Whatever his personal feelings, it’s his duty to support the Queen regardless and take a tip from his grandmother who has never allowed her personal feelings to interfere with her duty. “It’s bad manners and rude.” One might say, of course, that President Trump has exhibited nothing himself except for bad, very rude manners — so why should he deserve anything but the same in return? Just a few days ago, upon being told of negative comments Meghan Markle made about him three years ago, Trump slammed the Duchess as nasty . He added at the time, speaking in general of Markle as a member of The Royal Family: “I think it’s nice, and I’m sure she’ll do excellently. She’ll be very good.” However, the damage had already been done. Thankfully for Markle, though, she never had to pretend to make nice to the President. She remains on maternity leave and is not attending any official events at the moment. As soon as Harry’s official duties were over yesterday, The Sun reports, “he dashed off to his exclusive Chelsea gym KX, where he spent 90 minutes working out.” He probably had quite a bit of stress to get out after having to hold in his contempt for the American President for so long. Harry then chose not take part in the official state banquet at the Palace last night, despite it being attended by Charles, Camilla, William and Kate. Can anyone blame the guy?!? 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star Nicole Nafziger plans to return to Morocco and marry Azan. She refuses to let hateful, negative comments from “fans” keep her down any longer. In a new post, Nicole is sharing how she keeps a positive attitude in the face of unending adversity. Nicole Nafziger treated her fans and followers to a gorgeous selfie showing off her new, short hair and the natural beauty of her face. “‘Love and peace of mind do protect us,'” Nicole quotes in the caption of this photo. “‘They allow us to overcome the problems that life hands us,'” the quote continues. “‘To survive… to live now.'” “‘To have the courage to confront the each day,'” the quote concludes. Nicole then attributes the inspirational words to Bernie Siegel. (Side note: Nicole looks particularly breathtaking in this cobalt blouse and we cannot get enough of this pic) Though Nicole received the usual barrage of negativity under her positivity post, she also received praise from fans. “You look happy and at peace in this photo!” praises one fan. “That’s all that matters!” “You look so pretty!!!” another follower affirmed. “Don’t listen to the haters on this post.” Among the haters were people telling her that she’s foolish for her continued romance with Azan. In another recent picture, Nicole showed off what a fun and loving mom she is with her adorable daughter, May. “Our lives have been so colorful,” Nicole gushed in the caption. “From the beginning,” she wrote. “There have been twist and turns and you’ve been the bright shinning sun that keeps me going.” “I know things are a little crazy now my dear,” Nicole acknowledged. “But soon it will be just right.” Fans will be reassured that Nicole is admitting that her life is chaotic at the moment. “I want to give you every opportunity in life and more,” she promised. “To see the world and learn the cultures.” Translation: she hopes that her upcoming trip to Morocco will be educational for her daughter. “Discover the world and know its beauty,” Nicole added. “Take chances and never regret a thing,” she recommended.” “I love you,” Nicole concluded. “And I want to give you everything” Fans saw Nicole’s crushing disappointment on Sunday night’s episode of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? She and Azan had planned a romantic getaway to Grenada, which was apparently the only country that Azan was allowed to visit. That fell through due to some vague “family emergency.” This summer, Nicole plans to move to Morocco, with May in tow, transplanting herself there. After she marries Azan, a ceremony that they’ve continued to postpone, she hopes to acquire a spousal visa so that he can live in the US with her. Some fans have real concerns about May and her education. Where will she go to school? Nicole assures them that things are well in hand, though a little research done by fans reveals that American schools there cost $9000 a year. It’s unclear how the former barista with a fiance who doesn’t work plans to pay that kind of hefty tuition. Other followers think that Azan is just trying to scam Nicole. While some of these doubters are confused by and suspicious of Azan’s strange cancelations and excuses, others have blamed Nicole for being “gullible.” If people would be nicer to Nicole, and find kinder ways to express their concerns if they have to send them at all, she wouldn’t need to “focus on the positive” so dang much. Hayden Panettiere has been having a rough go of it in recent months. The actress — best known for her work on Heroes and Nashville — has become a tabloid staple thanks to her tumultuous love life and very public struggles with substance abuse. And now, it seems she’s ready to tell the world her story. According to a new report from Radar Online Hayden has become concerned with the manner in which she’s portrayed in the media, and she’s considering writing a memoir in order to set the record straight: “She talked about writing her own story. And she should,” an insider told Radar. “It would be her own journey.” Family and friends are reportedly encouraging the actress to share her story, not so that she can clear the air, but so that other young women might learn from her struggles: “Once Hayden comes to grips with the fact that she has a perfect situation to present to other young women and to say that certain things are not to be tolerated. But it doesn’t sound like she’s in that place yet,” the source continued. “If she acknowledges his behavior is not acceptable, it’ll do wonders for other women and men.” At the center of Hayden’s recent troubles is her allegedly abusive boyfriend Brian Hickerson . Last week, a judge issued an order of protection requiring Hickerson to remain 100 feet away from Panettiere . Despite that development, Hayden has remained with Brian, and the couple has been spotted strolling hand-in-hand in Los Angeles. “It’s disturbing to family and friends that Hayden and Brian may not be following the court order,” a source tells Us Weekly . “There is not one single person out there who isn’t concerned about Hayden. What Brian did to Hayden is unacceptable behavior, and it’s not to be tolerated.” In addition to the concerns that Hayden is unsafe with Hickerson, the actress’ loved ones are worried that she’s violating the law by spending time in his presence: “Violating the court order puts both of them in jeopardy. They could both get in serious trouble,” the insider says. Panettiere’s loved ones have reportedly encouraged her to part ways with Hickerson, but they fear that if they push too hard, she may cut off contact entirely. “Hayden’s friends and family are giving her space because she is going through a lot,” says the source. “They are being supportive as much as they can and as much as Hayden is willing to take it all in.” Here’s hoping that Hayden is safe and that the situation is being closely monitored by concerned parties. Despite her beauty and grace and giving birth to a royal baby, Meghan Markle remains unpopular in certain circles in the UK, including the tabloids. The reason for which so many people are eager to attack her is no real mystery, but it seems that only Priyanka Chopra is willing to say it. The hate engine that constantly attacks Meghan? It’s fueled by racism. In an interview with The Sunday Times , Priyanka Chopra spoke about the absolute vitriol that has been directed at Meghan Markle. The most famous of Meghan’s haters, of course, are members of her own family. But even the media — especially British tabloids — have taken a hard line, blaming her for any and all societal ills. Priyanka understates that this cruel coverage is “really unfortunate.” “But,” she notes. “If there’s anyone who can handle it, it’s her.” When asked if she believes that the bizarre animosity is rooted in racism, Priyanka speaks the truth. “For sure, 100%,” Priyanka accurately replies. “Of course it has to do with racism.” So many people have tried to tiptoe around and avoid calling out famously racist British tabloids for their blatant racism. But not Priyanka. She explains that “it’s an obvious reason.” “But the beauty of Meg,” Priyanka praises. “Is that she’s been herself through all of this.” Priyanke then goes on to praise her friend’s authenticity — while also reminding the world that they were friends before Meghan was on any royal radar. “A lot of people got to know her after everything [once she started dating Harry],” Priyanka notes. “But I knew her before,” she adds. And she can confirm that Meghan has remained true to herself. Priyanka affirms: “She’s the same chick.” Some people allow this level of global megafame to change them. Meghan has not. “Now that she’s got a real platform,” Priyanka continues. “She talks about the same things she always did.” “We spent hours speaking about the difference that influence and dialogue can make to the world before this whole thing happened,” she says. “So what you see now,” Priyanka emphasizes. “Is authentically her.” “She’s always been the girl wanting to move the needle,” she praises. Priyanka is no stranger to global fame — or to moving the needle — herself. She starred in dozens of Bollywood films before most people in the United States new her name. And, like her friend Meghan, she recently married one of the most famously desirable men on the planet. (Real talk, Priyanka and Nick Jonas are both beautiful, talented, and head-over-heels in love with being famous — they’re a perfect match) It’s wonderful that Priyanka is in a place where she, as a fellow public figure, cna defend her friend against mindless hate. Some people will object to the characterization that much of the criticism of Meghan has been fueled by racism. Those folks are either lying to the world or to themselves. Meghan is a charming, beautiful, polite woman. She and Harry are madly in love and have already produced an heir. Prince William very probably cheated on his wife with a marchioness. The people inventing claims that Meghan is the source of tension between the royal brothers have no excuse. The only non-racist explanation for the hate is a blind resentment because she’s American. Bunch III became the first Black man to lead the Smithsonian Institution, as it was announced that he will replace David Skorton as secretary. “I am excited to work with the Board of Regents and my colleagues throughout the Institution to build upon its legacy and to ensure that the Smithsonian will be even more relevant and more meaningful and reach more people in the future,” Bunch said in a statement, USA Today reports. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Smithsonian Institution chancellor, doubled down on just how much Bunch deserves the title. “Lonnie Bunch guided, from concept to completion, the complex effort to build the premier museum celebrating African American achievements,” Roberts said, according to CNN . “I look forward to working with him as we approach the Smithsonian’s 175th anniversary, to increase its relevance and role as a beloved American institution and public trust.” “According to the institution, in addition to working at the African American museum, Bunch also had stints at the National Museum of American History and the National Air and Space Museum, and served for a number of years as president of the Chicago Historical Society,” the site continues.
