Former North Dakota teacher Shannon Moser was sentenced to sit in prison for a dime today after a judge banged the gavel on her sick a$$. According to DailyMail Moser pleaded guilty to several counts including sharing illicit photos and videos with students and having sexual contact with two students aged 14 and 15 years old. She also fessed up to four counts of luring a minor by computer, one count of gross sexual imposition, and one count of sexual assault. In case this story wasn’t already bad enough, Moser is married to a pastor, they have FOUR daughters together. The Twin Cities Pioneer Press reports her statement to the court as follows: ‘I am vastly ashamed of my simple choices that have hurt so many people,’ she read in a statement before the sentencing, according to Twin Cities Pioneer Press. ‘The trust that family, friends, and our community had in me is broken. It may never be fully restored again and that’s a painful sentence I’ll have to face for the rest of my life.’ ‘I feel like I don’t deserve life or breath for all the harm and hurt that I’ve caused so many people.’ Shannon is right and she might just get her wish when she gets to prison and the other ladies find out what she’s in for…

O’Neill sentenced the 81-year-old following the conclusion of the hearing to determine how long he would be behind bars for being convicted of sexual assault. The prosecutor in the case was pushing for Cosby to serve 10 years in prison, but the judge hinted on Monday that the sentence may be closer to three years. Cosby’s legal team was asking for the comedian to be remanded to his home instead of a correctional facility. Prior to the sentencing, Cosby had the opportunity to take the stand and ask the judge for leniency and express remorse, but he chose not to. Cosby’s fall from grace has been especially notable because he built his career on a clean, family-friendly image that was shredded when he was indicted and ultimately arrested on Constand’s accusation that had gone all but ignored until Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele won his election in 2015 and vowed to finish the job he said his predecessor should have started. Allegations of the TV star having spent decades drugging and sexually assaulting women were initially suppressed before the claims grew louder and more abundant, ultimately reaching as many as 60 women accusing him. Cosby’s first trial resulted in a mistrial, but a retrial was granted based on the court’s admission of a previously sealed civil deposition during which Cosby admitted giving quaaludes to women, likening the action to how someone would offer a guest “a drink.” This week’s sentencing hearing began with the expectations that Cosby would indeed be sentenced, but defense attorneys tried a last-ditch effort to stall the proceedings on Monday. According to Deadline , Cosby’s “lawyers today made a last-ditch sleight-of-hand that could knock the two-day sentencing hearing off the rails right after it started and keep him from potentially going behind bars this week.” Accusers had an opportunity to speak directly to Cosby and the court during the two-day sentencing hearing, including former supermodel Janice Dickinson. The comedian’s wife filed an ethics complaint with the state judicial board last week claiming Judge Steven O’Neill was biased, but the accusation was never really expected to affect the sentencing. No Sexual Battery Charges Filed Against Seal Seal won’t have to worry about courts and jails as it relates to his alleged #MeToo moment with a busty blonde neighbour. If you’ll recall, an actress by the name of Tracey Birdsall accused Seal of aggressively kissing and groping her when she went to his house to retrieve a borrowed salad spinner. These claims came almost immediately after Seal seemingly called out Oprah for being chummy with Harvey Weinstein then turning around and championing the #MeToo movement and the #TimesUp fund. As it turns out, Tracey’s account of events was way too flimsy for prosecution. According to TMZ , the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office rejected the case due to a lack of supporting evidence. To top it all off, the statute of limitations on pressing formal charges for getting handsy has long passed — she claims the incident occurred in February of 2016. Reality Star Accused Of Assaulting & Stealing From Cab Driver A judge has declared a mistrial in Love & Hip Hop Hollywood’s Teairra Mari’s Uber driver robbery and assault case – but it’s for an unusual reason. The judge last week called a mistrial on the singer’s case after he became ill and could no longer preside over it, a spokeswoman from the LA County District Attorney’s Office told us. The driver said Teairra – who was born Teairra Marie Thomas – went nuts on him during a ride last year, stealing his iPhone charger, pummeling him, and then refusing to get out of the car until the cops showed up. The case was in the midst of trial until the judge got sick, though its not clear what he is suffering from. Now, jury selection will begin again next month, and the case will be reheard in November. She’s facing charges of battery on a transit employee, petty theft and vandalism. If convicted, Teairra faces up to two and a half years in prison. Earlier this year, prosecutors offered her a no-jail plea deal of probation and anger management, but Ray J’s ex chose to take her chances at trial. We’ve reached out to Teairra Mari’s lawyer, Steven Szocs, for comment.
Lil Twist Charged With 6 Felonies The L.A. County District Attorney has charged Lil Twist on 6 counts: making criminal threats, burglary, grand theft, battery and 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon. If convicted on all counts, he could face over 20 years in the clink. If you’ll remember, Twist was allegedly kicked out of the Massey brothers’ house back in November, and returned a short while later — breaking into the home , beating up Chris Massey with a pair of brass knuckles, pulling his pants down in front of guests to humiliate him, and stealing his wallet and cell phone on the way back out. Needless to say, there’s an arrest warrant out for Twist. No wonder Justin Bieber dropped this guy to improve his own image. SMH

Man Murders Stepdaughter So He Can Have Sex With Corpse Via NBC News reports: Jessica Padgett’s stepfather videotaped himself having sex with Padgett — after he’d killed her — according to Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli. “So there’s a videotape of him abusing the corpse sexually,” Morganelli told The Morning Call. This new information means that Graf will not face the death penalty if he’s convicted. Desecration of a corpse is not an aggravating factor in Pennsylvania, as opposed to sexual assault while a victim is alive. Graf was in his first public appearance in court when this fact was revealed. He requested a public defender but was denied because of his wealth. “I just don’t want to take away the funds from the family,” added Graf. He now plans to hire an attorney. Graf is charged with shooting Padgett on Nov. 21 and hiding her body behind a shed on his property, amidst a frantic search by her friends and family. A “Help find Jessica Padgett” Facebook page garnered over 8,000 members as of publication. An online fundraiser for Padgett’s children has received nearly 300 donations in just over a week, totaling over $11,000. Police found evidence of marijuana dealing on Graf’s property, but at this time the drugs are not expected to be connected to Padgett’s death. Graf is being held without bail in Northampton County Prison. WTF!?!?!?!!
Justin Bieber is clashing with his neighbors once again. According to TMZ sources, the singer partied hard last night, hosting a crazy shindig at his Calabasas mansion for approximately 100 guests, including Snoop Lion. Neighbors reportedly called the cops around 1 a.m., prompting the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department to stop by and tell the revelers to keep the noise down. To no avail, however, as Justin’s neighbor called the police again around 3 a.m. because of the raucous and because he smelled marijuana. Authorities therefore came down on Bieber and company again… and then AGAIN at 5:30 a.m. when another neighborhood resident complained. This final time, deputies filed a police report against Bieber for disturbing the police. The County District Attorney will now decide whether the artist will be prosecuted or not for his actions. This, of course, is merely the latest run-in Justin has had with his neighbors. He’s been accused of spitting in the face of one man and has driving recklessly around town with kids nearby.

No Indictment In White Plains Police Killing Of Kenneth Chamberlain No criminal charges will be filed in the fatal police shooting of a 68-year-old ex-Marine killed in his White Plains apartment. A grand jury found no reasonable cause to vote for an indictment in the Nov. 16 killing of Kenneth Chamberlain, Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore said. “We did everything we could and should do to put before that grand jury every piece of relevant and admissible evidence,” DiFiore told reporters on Thursday. The incident started when Chamberlain’s medical alert pendant accidentally went off and police went to his apartment. Family members say Chamberlain told officers he was OK, but they insisted on seeing him. Police took the door off and, they said, Chamberlain came at them with a hatchet and knife. But Randolph McLaughlin, the lawyer for Chamberlain’s family, said White Plains Officer Steven Hart allegedly shouted the “N-word” before he was shot twice by Officer Anthony Carelli and died. DiFiore said the police department assured her it will order a “top to bottom” review over the use of the epithet, as well as its policies on the use of force regarding emotionally disturbed individuals. She said uttering the epithet was not deemed criminal. “The use of a racial epithet in any context is offensive to the dignity of all of us,” she said, adding that when it is used by a police officer “it’s intolerable.” Both officers have civil cases pending against them.
