The rapper was in court on Monday for his charges for an alleged domestic dispute between he and his model girlfriend Emily B. He was charged with allegedly threatening to kill and using scissors as a weapon. Fab went to court and was offered a plea deal by prosecutors that would ensure that he wouldn’t land in jail…Well Fab said what he said, he said no dice and decided that he wasn’t taking the deal. He would have had to agree to one count against him but I guess his dignity was more important. Emily B’s father who was seen arguing with Fabulous in video outside their home has had a change of heart. The Oakland, California native will be required to pay a fine of $50. The Hartford Courant has reported that her attorney said in court on Monday in Enfield that she also wrote letter of apology to a state police trooper as part of a plea deal. The rapper was arrested after police say she refused to remove a head covering after setting off an alarm. She was charged with misdemeanor breach of peace and interfering with police.

Attorneys for Indiana Pacers forward Paul George revealed his ex-lover’s previously sealed paternity lawsuit when they moved the case to federal court on Monday. George “is not capable of the care of the child … due to, among other things, his professional obligations, his lifestyle and his residency away from the child,” baby mama Daniela Rajic says in the legal filing. The buxom brunette met the single George in Miami where she had danced at Tootsie’s Cabaret. She “had intercourse with [George] on several occasions covering a period of time which includes all possible dates of conception, including, but not limited to August 2012, and a result [Rajic] became pregnant,” the 24-year-old says in the suit. Rajic also says her hoopster ex has never met his baby girl. She wants an unspecified amount of child support and a court-ordered paternity test. The 6-foot-9-inch baller is expected to pull in over $3.3 million this year. Although Rajic already had a DNA test performed that says George is Olivia’s father, a spokesman for the player said he is awaiting “legal confirmation” of paternity. If that comes, “I will fully embrace my responsibilities,” George said in a statement. Those responsibilities no-doubt include at least five figures per month in child support payments , so hopefully he’s ready! That 18-year stripper pension is about to go into full effect.
26-year-old Marcus Johnson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of three-year-old Hunter Wise. In court on Monday, the prosecutor said every homicide is tragic, but he can barely think of anything more heinous than what occurred in this case. The prosecutor indicated Johnson tortured the three-year-old. The boy had an eye injury, burns on his buttocks and ankle, he may have been dipped in scalding water and may have died due to shock and trauma. “The injuries were severe. There wasn’t just one injury. There were many injuries. This child obviously suffered,” the prosecutor said. Court documents say Wise may have soiled his pants, which may have led Johnson to discipline the boy. . Johnson is the boyfriend of the child’s mother, Samantha Rush. Wise’s father, Joseph M. Wise said “My son was everything to me. I would have done everything for him. I’m going to be honest. I hope (Johnson) never sees daylight again. For a man to do something like that to an infant is just wrong in so many ways. I just can’t even believe a person would do something of this nature,” the boy’s father said. Man Kills Brother At Wake According to Mail Online A man has today been charged with murdering his younger brother while at a wake for their other sibling. Mark Hayes, 52, is accused of fatally stabbing 48-year-old Sean Hayes following the funeral of their brother Tom. The brothers are thought to have become embroiled in a furious argument in the early hours of Saturday morning. Neighbors heard screams from an end-of-terrace house in Eltham, south east London, where Mark lives with his 49-year-old wife Carla. Police and paramedics were called to reports of a stabbing in the early hours. Sean Hayes was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem gave cause of death as a stab wound to the chest and abdomen. Father-of-three Mark Hayes was arrested on suspicion of murder. Another man, aged 23, was arrested on suspicion of assault following a separate incident at the house. He was taken to a south London police station and has since been bailed. A third man, aged 48, was arrested on Saturday afternoon on suspicion of violent disorder. He was taken to a south London police station and has since been bailed to return, pending further inquiries. A Scotland Yard spokesman said: ‘Mark Hayes has been charged with the murder of Shaun Hayes, aged 48, on Saturday. ‘He will appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday.’ One neighbour told the Sun: ‘I heard this massive commotion outside. A woman was screaming her lungs out and within minutes the police arrived. Coincidence or was this heffa really crazy enough to pay someone to kill her baby’s father after posting it on Facebook??? “I will pay somebody a stack to kill my baby father,” London Eley wrote on her Facebook status May 23. On Monday night the father of her baby was shot dead in West Philly, police say. Eley was already brought up on murder solicitation and weapons charges for the murder-for-hire Facebook post, and was in court on Monday when a judge upheld those charges. The father of Eley’s baby, 22-year-old Corey White, was shot once in the chest hours after the court hearing, police say. Police cannot yet say if White’s murder had anything to do with Eley’s death wish. White spoke to NBC Philadelphia in June, saying that he was scared for his life. “I never thought she would do anything like that,” White told NBC Philadelphia, with only his shoes showing for the camera. “I didn’t know she was that type of person.” Eley, 19, was arrested June 12 along with the alleged hitman-to-be, 18-year-old Timothy Bynum of Darby. After Eley wrote the status, and commented further that she wanted White “DEAD! HATE HIM,” Bynum responded on the social networking page: “say no more. what he look like. where he be at. need that stack 1st ima mop that bull.” A “stack” is slang for $1,000. “I just took it upon myself to go ahead and make sure that I wouldn’t have any done to me,” White told NBC Philadelphia. “On pictures that [Bynum] has, he has guns his pictures on Facebook. So of course you wouldn’t take anything like that lightly.” White went to police with his aunt, who was the first to see the threatening messages on Facebook. After Monday’s court hearing, defense lawyer Gerald Stein said Eley was only venting and exchanged messages with Bynum for an hour, but never met him.
