Last week, Kim Richards ditched rehab to attend her daughters wedding in Mexico, and the trip went about as poorly as could be expected. First, Kim got drunk and acted so belligerently that her daughter won’t talk to her and her sober coach quit on the spot. Now, Radar Online Kim has made it home to LA , but has decided to forgo treatment for her well-documented alcoholism. “Kim came back from Cabo last week but is refusing to go back to rehab,” said one insider. “She suffered a huge relapse at the wedding, and was mixing booze and pills. However, Kim is refusing to go back to rehab.” The source says Kim’s sisters have done everything in their power to convince her to return to treatment, but the 50-year-old Housewife remains firmly in denial. “Both siblings are obviously very concerned about her,” says the source “There is only so much the family can do for Kim, and refusing to get help is a big obstacle.” Obviously, the Richards family’s main concern is for Kim’s health, but there are other reasons for her to return to rehab, as well. Sources familiar with her court case say that Kim lucked out after her April 15 arrest and struck a deal that would allow her to avoid jail time in exchange for completing an addiction treatment program. My name is Pia and I am 15 years old. I am from Germany and I met Justin on 7th June 2012. It all started with the fact that my little sister was diagnosed with cancer. It was really a difficult time with many ups and downs. Often I was afraid that I’d lose my sister one day, but there was this boy named Justin Bieber. He always gave me and my family hope. He always did so many good things for sick children. Often I had to fight the tears because I knew that my sister would never meet him. I thought, we’re just a small family from Germany, Justin doesn’t even know that I exist. The only thing I wanted was to thank him for everything he has ever done and to see my little sister smile. 26-year-old Marcus Johnson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of three-year-old Hunter Wise. In court on Monday, the prosecutor said every homicide is tragic, but he can barely think of anything more heinous than what occurred in this case. The prosecutor indicated Johnson tortured the three-year-old. The boy had an eye injury, burns on his buttocks and ankle, he may have been dipped in scalding water and may have died due to shock and trauma. “The injuries were severe. There wasn’t just one injury. There were many injuries. This child obviously suffered,” the prosecutor said. Court documents say Wise may have soiled his pants, which may have led Johnson to discipline the boy. . Johnson is the boyfriend of the child’s mother, Samantha Rush. Wise’s father, Joseph M. Wise said “My son was everything to me. I would have done everything for him. I’m going to be honest. I hope (Johnson) never sees daylight again. For a man to do something like that to an infant is just wrong in so many ways. I just can’t even believe a person would do something of this nature,” the boy’s father said.
