Amber Portwood sure has come a long way, huh? If you look at footage from the early seasons of Teen Mom and compare them to the latest episodes, she almost doesn't seem to be the same person. But there is one thing that the Amber of then and the Amber of now share … And that is the ability to have a breakdown at any given moment over absolutely anything. For the past few days, she's been struggling with some issues pertaining to being a reality star — which, you know, is kind of fair. We just didn't know she was feeling this low about it. 1. Oh, Amber … If you’ve kept up with Teen Mom over the years, then you know that Amber has had more than her fair share of struggles. 2. What Started It All She got pregnant as a teenager, for example — that wasn’t easy. 3. A Bad Combination She definitely wasn’t mature enough to have a kid, and at the time, neither was Gary Shirley. And they certainly weren’t mature enough to be in a serious relationship. 4. Yikes He antagonized her for fun, she actually physically abused him more than once … it was all very, very bad. 5. Also This Oh, and did we mention that Amber had a very serious drug problem throughout all of this? 6. It looks like not everyone has made nice since Shannon Beador flipped out on her castmates in Jamaica. Shannon has taken to social media to condemn people who cause drama — without naming any names. One fellow Housewife saw it … and may have implied that they’re no longer friends. Shannon Beador apologized to her co-stars following her big blow-up in Jamaica. But there are clearly some lingering issues and conflicts. At least, that’s what Shannon implied with her recent post. She shared one of those messages designed for older moms to share on social media (which is exactly her demographic, we’re not being shady). The post reads: “For those of you who like to stir the pot, make sure you have a tight grip on the handle.” Shannon captioned the photo with a simple tag: “#verytightgrip.” Shannon didn’t name any names, but Tamra Judge saw fit to comment under the post. “Love you my friend,” Tamra’s comment begins. “We were good,” she writes. ( Really interesting use of the past tense, there) “No,” Tamra continues. “I should have not talked about my frustrations.” “But,” she points out. “I’m pretty sure Gina & Kelly called you mental.” Shannon may have flipped out on a number of her co-stars while in Jamaica, but we all remember Tamra screaming in response. Commenters remember the role that Tamra played, even if they didn’t always spell her name correctly. “Gina definitely stirred it,” one commenter wrote, keeping with the pot-stirring metaphor. “But Tamara supplied the ingredients.” Tamra saw this and responded: “No I didn’t.” “Pretty sure the other girls said shannon had mental problems,” Tamra insisted. “I was coming from place of concern.” Tamra may have taken Shannon’s vaguepost personally, but many asssumed that Gina Kirschenheiter was the one being vagued. (Remember, if it’s not a tweet, it can’t be a subtweet — it’s a vague ) Gina did go around saying that “everyone” was talking about Shannon’s mental state. And Vicki Gunvalson slammed her new castmates for being “obsessed” with Shannon . Neither Gina nor Emily made fast friends with Shannon. At the end of the day, pot-stirring aside, Shannon’s big blow-up on camera may have been as much from the heat in Jamaica as anything else. They were staying at a hotel that had no air conditioning. It was summer. These Housewives are made of sterner stuff than I am — I would have quit the show to flee from that heat. Some fans openly suggested that Shannon’s conflict with co-stars arose because she envied the younger, newer Housewives. After all, Emily is happy with her life, and Gina is going through her divorce with dignity and even contentment. But Kelly Dodd insists that Shannon isn’t jealous of the new women . She says that Shannon just takes a while to warm up to new people, and that she doesn’t handle change very well. (Who among us does handle change well? I don’t even like when other people rearrange the furniture in their homes) Combine Shannon’s resistance to change with the stress of her messy, contentious divorce from David, and you can see why she’s on edge. But Shannon didn’t really spell out the intended target of her post. It could mean Gina — but it could also mean Tamra. (It seems more likely that Tamra just assumed that it was about her, because Tamra can be a little tightly wound) This may be one of those “You’re So Vain” situations where, if you think it’s about you, it’s about you. But we will say that Shannon and Gina seem to have mended fences. Social media has shown them hanging out. The peril of vague posts is that they’re always vague, and you risk upsetting people you didn’t mean to offend. On Tuesday, disgraced former Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel was arrested for assault and battery . His ex and baby mama Kathryn Dennis managed to avoid direclty addressing the accusations of sexual assault against him. But just hours after Thomas’ arrest, she posted a cryptic message to social media. Kathryn Dennis posted a photo to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon — just a matter of hours after Thomas’ arrest. The photo doesn’t show her or Thomas, but their two young children, Kensie and Saint. Kathryn’s caption was simple and succinct. “Everything in life to me,” she writes. It’s a great photo — but the quote sends a pretty clear message. As you may recall, when multiple women accused Thomas Ravenel of rape , everyone wanted to hear Kathryn’s thoughts. Kathryn’s public reaction was a thoughtful line, carefully measured in light of her priorities. “I’m not going to comment until I guess it’s resolved I think,” Kathryn said. “What I am going to focus on is just the children and staying out of it.” She didn’t accuse the women of lying or really say anything one way or the other. Instead, she made it clear ther her foremost priority is her children. The fact of the matter is that Thomas is their father. One day, they’ll google the truth about him — and Kathryn doesn’t want them to see her quotes when they do. Kathryn’s reaction this time may be similar, but Thomas’ situation is a little different. The sexual assault allegations were that he attacked Nanny Dawn who tended to his children and that he attacked another woman after a date. This time, it’s not a #MeToo story — it’s an arrest. The charges aren’t for sexual assault, but for assault and battery. A lot of the circumstances of the arrest and the charges remain a mystery, but it seems very likely that most if not all of those details will come to light. Perhaps then, Kathryn will find a delicate way to more directly speak about the father of her children. The sexual assault allegations are worrying, and included accusations that he became intoxicated and seemed to have become a different person. Another woman came forward after the accusations came to light and shared that she had witnessed Thomas seem to transform after a date, saying that it frightened her. Even his co-stars and “friends” on Southern Charm have been very direct about how Thomas has what they perceive to be a dark side to his personality. When it was said that Thomas was spotted throwing leftover food at his then-girlfriend Ashley Jacobs, Ashley blamed herself, but the stars — even those who did not particularly like her — were quick to say that she was not at fault. While we wouldn’t care to speculate on who the victim of Thomas’ alleged battery may have been, we know that a lot of viewers may find it easy to believe these charges after all that they’ve heard. A number of fans have really come around on Kathryn’s behavior, and even come to blame Thomas for some of her over-the-top reactions in earlier seasons. Kathryn is, after all, much younger than Thomas. And some have pointed out that Thomas appeared to be “doing the same things” to Ashley Jacobs. In general, that just means scolding someone or verbally putting them down and shaming them for little things that don’t matter. Thomas has already shared that he will not return to Southern Charm , and it sounds like that is for the best — whatever comes of this arrest. Khloe Kardashian isn’t typically one to be mysterious. In fact, she’s easily earned the moniker of TMI queen, evidenced by her kazillion interviews over the past couple weeks in which she spills her guts about nearly every detail in her life. So it was kind of weird to see her post this cryptic message on Instagram: Uh, what’s THAT supposed to mean, Khloe? Some fans are speculating that she’s upset about the news of boyfriend James Harden being spotted at a Los Angeles strip club with sister Kylie Jenner’s ne’er do well bae Tyga over the weekend. Searching for meaning in the caption leaves us empty-handed as well, as she writes: “Never compromise the way you desire to be loved. We all should require and demand a certain type of love and that’s for us to choose in any realm. “Don’t lose yourself in lowering your standards to make someone else comfortable in love. Search for a love that’s equal. You ARE deserving of equal love!!” Hmm. Suddenly Ms. Let-It-All-Hang-Out has turned into your annoying Facebook friend who posts seemingly deep yet entirely passive-aggressive messages in a sad plea for attention (and likes). Wait…what?!?! V. Stiviano Reveals Daughter With Mystery Father On Social Media Just when you thought the era of Donald Sterling’s “assistant” V. Stiviano had come to a close, she comes out of the woodwork with a pivotal plot twist. The woman who jumpstarted the demise of the racist former LA Clippers’ owner posted this cryptic message about a mystery daughter and her (assumed) Clippers-associated baby daddy on Instagram earlier this evening: What is this woman even talking about?!? And with all the issues she’s caused Donald Sterling…if he were the father, wouldn’t she just come out and say so at this point? And where has this baby been up until this point? So many questions from this chick’s stunts and shows…but we guess the most important one is this: Who do YOU think the Daddy is?
The incomparable Lisa Rinna is apparently channeling her inner Marilyn Monroe in a new Instagram photo. One no one was probably anxious to see. Lisa didn’t say why she posed in this manner, but it’s likely for Sing Your Face Off , where she and other celebrity contestants take on the identity of a legend. Yes, that is apparently a real reality show. The former Days Of Our Lives actress is seen with her lips, famously filled with filler, painted fuchsia as she pouts “seductively,” her eyes half closed. Lisa, seen with shoulder length blonde hair in what is likely a wig, captioned the picture: “I went blonde. Now lets see if they have more fun.” Or let’s not. We can go either way on it.
We know Miley Cyrus can Twerk . But now we also now she can tweak. Her dad, that is. In a big, threatening way. The singer posted a mysterious message on Twitter last night, addressing Billy Ray and writing: “Since you won’t reply to my texts I’m giving you an hour to tell the truth or ill tell it for you.” She included with the Tweet the following photo of herself alongside an unidentified woman: Cyrus then deleted the cryptic warning and implied her account was hacked. “Wtf? My twitter was just actin all types of cray!” she wrote. However, this isn’t the first time since her parents’ divorce that Miley has called out her father. Soon after Billy Ray and Tish announced their split, the star Tweeted to her dad: “Since your texts and email obviously aren’t working would you like to talk like this?” She did go on to wish her parent a happy Father’s Day a few days later, but damage has clearly been done here. Of what nature? It’s unclear. Miley’s messages are even more head-scratching than the We Can’t Stop video .
Just an hour ago, Spears tweeted the a photo of herself on Will Schuester’s stomping grounds along with this cryptic message: “What’s up GLEEKS ? Having so much fun on set!!
