Mel B’s 12-year-old old daughter Phoenix has filed a battery police report against her father, Jimmy Gulzar. Sources are reporting that the drama took place when Gulzar refused to let Phoenix leave his house after his custodial time with her. “The cops had to be called to enforce the court order, which states that Mel has primary custody of Phoenix. There was a stand off for several hours. Rapper 50 Cent is speaking out about Lil Wayne’s recent record sale success with Tha Carter IV. 50 told GlobalGrind “To be honest with you, the Lil Wayne sales are a little suspect to me. Because it was trending 600,000 pieces that week. The cops were called to Nicki Minaj’s Hollywood home after Nicki allegedly got into an altercation with her ex-maid. TMZ reports “Nicki’s maid took a photo of the singer out of the trash and then asked Nicki to sign it.  Nicki got p****d and fired her.” Family Dinner Night – Peruvian-Style – at Pio Pio The maid later came back to the residence where Nicki became enraged and told her to leave. The maid’s boss called the cops and filed a battery report.
