Baby Fight Club Workers Convicted A 26-year-old d aycare worker who allowed children under the age of 1 to fight under her supervision, was finally convicted today, after being arrested back in 2013. Kierra Spriggs is now finally under the same duress her colleague Sarah Jordan faces, who was convicted of similar charges last month. The two were found guilty of child cruelty and assault. The two women organized the fights to entertain themselves. Witnesses at Spriggs child said she stepped on the children’s feet, dunked them in cold water and fed them spicy foods on purpose according to People . All of this for self amusement. The two workers have not been sentenced yet, sentencing for Jordans happens in May. There are no details yet on Sarah Spriggs’ sentencing date. SMH. Prince Edward County Police

Nancy Reagan Dies Nancy Reagan , the wife of the late Ronald Reagan, has died. Sources say the 94-year-old passed away in her California home. TMZ reports: Nancy Reagan has died … TMZ has learned from a close family member. The former first lady was living in Bel Air and has been in failing health in recent years. She died from congestive heart failure at her home. Mrs. Reagan married Ronald in 1952 and went on to became a First Lady who at first was severely criticized for her fancy taste — particularly in china — but went on to become beloved, along with her husband. She’ll be buried next to her husband at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley. R.I.P. AP Images

Former First Lady of the United States Betty Ford has passed away . She was the wife of President Gerald Ford (1913-2006), our 38th Chief Executive. Betty was 93. Ford, who struggled with alcohol issues earlier in life, may be even better known for having founded the Betty Ford Center near Palm Springs in 1982. It remains one of the premiere rehab facilities in the world with stars ranging from to Lindsay Lohan and Anna Nicole Smith to Kelsey Grammer, Billy Joel, Elizabeth Taylor, Johnny Cash and Liza Minnelli seeking help there. As First Lady in the mid-1970s, Betty Ford was extremely active in social policy and shattered precedents at the as a politically active presidential wife. Throughout her husband’s term in office, she maintained overwhelmingly popular with Americans despite opposition from some conservatives who objected to her more moderate and liberal positions on social issues. Ford was an advocate for the Equal Rights Amendment, and was noted for raising breast cancer awareness following her 1974 mastectomy. R.I.P.
