Billie Lourd Dresses as Princess Leia, Honors Carrie Fisher

During a special 40th anniversary celebration in honor of the Star Wars saga this morning, Billie Lourd got up on stage in Orlando and delivered a powerful speech about her mom. While dressed as Princess Leia. The event – attended by such stars as Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and director George Lucas – was billed as a look back at various stories and memories related to the beloved franchise. But it was a panel was dedicated to the late Carrie Fisher that drew the most attention. Especially afterward, once word of Lourd’s speech spread across the Internet. Fisher, of course, portrayed Leia in multiple Star Wars movies. She died of a heart attack at the age of 60 in late December, a stunning and sad development that continues to affect all her knew her well. “She could hold her own against anything,” Lucas said of Fisher this morning. “She wore a dress through the whole thing, but she was the toughest one of the group. And that’s the key to Carrie being able to play that part. It was a hard part to play, and she pulled it off brilliantly. “And it really shows the level of her talent. And at the same time, she was fun to be with.” Incredibly (and tragically), Fisher’s famous mother, actress Debbie Reynolds, died one day after her daughter. The two were honored together last month in a public memorial service. “There are not many people like her, one in a billion. We’ll all love her forever and ever,” Lucas added. And then Lourd was called on to say a few words. “My mom used to say she never knew where Princess Leia ended and Carrie Fisher began,”said Lourd, donning a dress that paid homage to her mother’s Leia costume. “She was imperfect in many ways, but her imperfections and willingness to speak about them are what made her more than perfect.” Continued the young actress, speaking to a sold-out crowd: “She taught me three important things. One thing all mothers should teach their daughters.” Lourd then recited Leia’s legendary “help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi” monologue: Years ago, you served my father in the Clone Wars. Now he begs you to help him in his struggle against the Empire. I regret that I am unable to present my father’s request to you in person, but my ship has fallen under attack and I’m afraid my mission to bring you to Alderaan has failed. I have placed information vital to the survival of the Rebellion into the memory systems of this R2 unit. My father will know how to retrieve it. You must see this droid safely delivered to him on Alderaan. This is our most desperate hour. Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You’re my only hope. Concluded Lourd: “I learned by knowing her that the the most evolved person is seemingly a contradiction: “They’re both the strongest and the most vulnerable person in the room. And that was her. That is Leia. Thank you for loving her and carrying on what she stands for. I am beyond grateful.” Since her mother’s unexpected passing, Lourd has made various statements on social media and shared a couple precious throwback photos. “Receiving all of your prayers and kind words over the past week has given me strength during a time I thought strength could not exist,” she wrote on January 2, breaking her silence over losing both her mother and grandmother. She added of Reynolds and Fisher: “There are no words to express how much I will miss my Abadaba and my own and only Momby. “Your love and support means the world to me.” View Slideshow: Carrie Fisher: Mourned, Honored by Hollywood Out of respect for Fisher and her family, we’ve transcribed Lourd’s entire speech below: My mom used to say she never knew where princess Leia ended and Carrie Fisher began. She went from being an unknown actress, the daughter of Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher, to Princess Leia — a character synonymous with the idea of the ultimate strong woman. A soldier. A fighter. A beyond-capable, independent, sensible woman in control of her own destiny. A rebel who resisted the norm. She was imperfect in many ways, but her imperfections and willingness to speak about them are what made her more than perfect. My mom, like Leia, was never afraid to speak her mind and say things that might have made most people uncomfortable – but not me, and not you. That is why she loved you, because you accepted and embraced all of her; the strong soldier of a woman she was, and also the vulnerable side of her, who often openly fought her own dark side, knowing early on that we all have a dark side of our own, whatever it may be. But she knew it wasn’t about the fight you were fighting, but how you fought it; the way you resisted. No one could have known what this once-little dream of a movie would eventually become, what it would be to millions worldwide, mostly not her. But in our world, Star Wars ultimately became a religion, our family, and a way of life. And I wanted to be here with all of you because I know that many of you feel the same way. When she surrounded herself with fans at celebrations like this, she never felt more at home. She could spend hours talking to people and learning about their lives, and how Star Wars and Leia touched them in the same way it touched us. If left to her own devices, she would have always been the last person to leave at a convention center, having met and shared a Carrie moment with every single person there. Nothing about her was a performance. She loved you, she loved these movies, she loved the people she got to make them with, and she loved this incredible character she got to create — this force called Leia. She taught me three important things: one thing all mothers should teach their daughters. Secondly, she taught me that if life isn’t funny, then it’s just true, and that is unacceptable. And finally, I learned by knowing her that the most evolved person is seemingly a contradiction: They’re both the strongest and the most vulnerable person in the room. And that was her. That is Leia. Thank you for loving her and carrying on what she stands for. I am beyond grateful.

Trey Songz Says Nicki Minaj Disrespected Him, And Wasn’t Doing Isht Before “Bottoms Up” Put Her On [Video]

Remember when Nicki Minaj started spiraling after Remy came for her whole existence …and she managed to get irate at just about everyone BUT Remy? Well Trey had some thoughts about that while appearing on the Breakfast Club this morning. ( fast forward to the 22:30 mark ) “Nicki ain’t have sh*t before ‘Bottoms Up.’ She got a single with Sean Garrett. After that, she did ‘Monster’ and then she [blew up]. All before that, it was looks. You was hanging with Wayne. It was the wild girl with wild hair. I love you Nicki. I love you. You came at me wrong. You disrespected me, but I love you… You’re gonna be petty, I’m gonna be petty, too. What you talking about? You ain’t say nothing to Remy. It took you a week to say something to Remy. She’ll probably be mad about this, but y’all gotta realize I don’t give a f–k about nothing.” YouTube

iLoveMakonnen Responds To Migos’ Gay Criticism – “They Shout Out Versace…He’s The Gayest”

iLoveMakonnen Talks Migos’ Gay Comments iLoveMakonnen is speaking out on the Migos’ apparent issue with all the support he’s received since stating the obvious coming out of the closet a few months ago . Makonnen sat down with The Fader and opened up on how he felt about the Migos’ comments. When asked about what Migos had to say about his coming out, Makonnen says their viewpoints clearly differ: [They said] some comments like, “World’s f*cked up.” My world, that I was living in, was f*cked up for me. That’s all I can say to clear those comments up like that. My world. The world itself is a beautiful place. It’s a natural habitat where people can live at. He also spoke on the Migos indicating that he couldn’t rap/sing about trappiness, since he’s gay and all. Apparently, gayness and drug merchandising don’t mix… If we look back at the track record, I thought it was “my friend Makonnen teaching me how to whip it.” I thought he was “my friend.” But you see how friends do in interviews. So it’s like, Oh well. With friends like these, who needs enemies. And now you gotta come back with some sorry a** excuse. Nah. That’s only cause you got the #1 record and you didn’t wanna f*ck it up. But overall, he doesn’t think that Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff have any problems with gay people…judging by their subject matter: Hell nah, they ain’t got no problem with gay people! They fuckin’ song is “Versace”! Like, the fuck! Nigga, [Gianni] Versace is the gayest nigga. They ain’t got issues with him, why they got issues with me? To be fair (we guess?), Migos seemed to be shouting out the BRAND moreso than Gianni Versace himself. But hey Makonnen, whatever you say. What do you think of Makonnen’s clapback? WENN

Scandal Shocker: Who May Be Dead?!?

By the lofty, suspenseful, bat $hit crazy and awesome standards set by Shonda Rhimes, Scandal Season 6 has been somewhat of a disappointment. Up until last night, the first half of this latest run could mostly be summed up by one sentence: Rowan killed Frankie Vargas. Aside from that development, nothing has really stood out on what has long been considered the most twisty and turny show on television. But then the final minute of Scandal Season 6 Episode 7 aired. And our jaws have remained on the floor ever since, having dropped completely at the hour’s stunning conclusion. As the build up to this cliffhanger, we witnessed Huck get close to Phoebe Neidhart’s Meg, the friend of Jennifer Fields, who was just revealed last week to still be alive. Meg demanded answers about her friend’s supposed death, specifically pushing for Olivia to assist her and asking all kinds of questions about the heroine of Huck. Following some hot and heavy floor sex, Huck attempted to shut this problem down by introducing Meg to Jennifer Fields, who, of course, isn’t actually dead. Problem solved, right? It appears to be when Jennifer seemed psyched to see her friend… until Meg took out a gun and shot her in the chest. From there, the episode leaped ahead to Meg having a sit-down with Abby in a park. “Is it done?” Abby asked, as viewers wondered whether she could truly be the traitor. After hearing the confirmation of Jennifer’s murder, Abby went ahead and really made us gasp with her follow-up and inquiry: “And Huck?” Ummm…. WHAT?!? Huh? Say it isn’t so, Abby! Please! The action then cut back to that hotel room Jennifer had been hiding out in, with Meg turning her weapon on Huck and shooting him directly in the chest. Numerous times.  “Don’t worry, Ms. Wheelan. He’ll have no idea you were part of this,” Meg told Abby at the park. Is that because Huck is dead? For real? It wouldn’t shock us is the character was wearing a bulletproof vest, but it also wouldn’t totally shock us if he’s gone forever. It’s been awhile since Scandal featured a major death. Huck, of course, was on a mission from Olivia to kill her dad and learned in the process that Rowan was told to kill Frankie by someone who threatened a person close to him. Moreover, this same individual had planted a mole by Olivia’s side who possessed the power to “say the word, and she’s dead.” Could this really be Abby? The series clearly wants us to believe it is right now. View Slideshow: Scandal Cast Through the Years All we know for certain is that you better stop what you’re doing and watch Scandal online if you somehow missed this show-altering episode. Did we say “show-altering?” We meant “life-altering.” While we ponder the two major storylines to come out of Scandal Season 6 Episode 7, we want to hear from viewers and readers. You tell us: IS HUCK REALLY DEAD? Yes, may he rest in peace! No way! I don’t watch. View Poll »

Celine Bouly Nipples for Fashion of the Day

Celine Bouly and her small model tits made an appearance in some magazine that’s trying to make their images look vintage and amazing, shot on film because that’s real art and trendy, and it makes the shameless titty nudity, despite the small tits, and the fact that she’s from france seem more authentic, high concept and not shameless titty nipple at all.. I don’t know who the fuck Celine Bouly is, but I don’t like snakes…but I do like tits…even French tits that are from France and thus considered a “shirt”….
