Mitt Romney Reacts To MSNNC Panel Mocking Black Grandson But, she said she was sorry and even cried!!!! Via Huffington Post: Former U.S. Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney said on Sunday he is ready to “move on” and has forgiven MSNBC television host Melissa Harris-Perry for a segment that joked about his adopted African-American grandson. “They apologized for it, and that’s all you can ask for,” Romney said on ‘Fox News Sunday’. He said Harris-Perry’s apology “was clearly heartfelt, and we accept that.” The comments from the 2012 presidential nominee and former Massachusetts governor were his first about Harris-Perry’s emotional on-air apology and explanation on Saturday about the controversial segment. Miss World 2013 Crowned: Who Is It?

There were protests. There was controversy. And, in the end, there was a new winner of the Miss World pageant. With many Muslims in Bali, Indonesia taking issue with so much skin being shown on stage, Megan Young of the Philippines was crowned Miss World 2013 today. The United States native moved to her current country of residence when she was 10 years old and has appeared there as a television host. Protests Threaten Miss World 2013 Miss Philippines Wins Miss World! Overall, 127 contestants vied for the title of Miss World, with Miss France (Marine Lorphelin) and Miss Ghana (Carranzar Naa Okailey Shooter), finishing second and third, respectively. “No words!” Young said after her victory and after receiving her crown from the 2012 champion, Yu Wenxia. “Thank you so much for everyone for choosing me. I promise to be the best Miss World ever.”

I don’t know what it is, but ever since Eva Longoria permanently benched Tony Parker, she’s just seemed so much more… interesting. And here she is again at the 2012 NCLR ALMA Awards, in a dress that shows off Eva’s number one talent. I can’t think of a more appropriate dress to wear to an awards show meant to showcase Latinas, since it perfectly showcases Eva’s booty.
