Source: Tim Mosenfelder / Getty Nelly Thinks His Sexual Assault Accuser Should Reveal Her Identity According to The Blast , Nelly is demanding that the “Jane Doe” accusing him of sexual assault reveal her true secret identity instead of keeping her name secret from the public. Nelly filed court docs earlier this past week seeking for a Missouri sexual assault lawsuit to be dismissed stating, “Without first petitioning the Court to do so, Plaintiff filed her complaint anonymously, standing behind that anonymity as she makes serious allegations that the Complaint makes clear that she is aware will receive public attention.” The rapper claims the “Jane Doe” has previously pulled this stunt in the past, and he believes the woman should not be allowed to hide from public scrutiny. In November, “Jane Doe” reportedly sued Nelly for what she claimed to be sexual assault following a 2017 concert overseas. The woman claims after meeting Nelly backstage, he exposed himself and began masturbating in front of her before allegedly forcing his erect penis inside her mouth. Jane Doe says she didn’t go to the police originally because she felt no one would believe her. But would later give her statement after the reached out to her personally. Jane Doe is also suing Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson. The lawsuit alleges defamation because of comments she made on social media

Nelly’s Rape Accuser Wants To Get A Court Order To Force Him To Keep His Peen At Bay From Unwilling Women

Nelly’s Rape Accuser Moves To Have Judge Ban Him From Assaulting Women Nelly’s rape accuser is trying to make sure that Nelly keeps his peen away from unwilling women from now on. According to TMZ , Monique Greene has formally filed docs requesting that the judge legally bind Nelly from doing to other women what she says he did to her. As you surely know by now, Nelly’s accuser dropped her criminal case against the rapper , citing that the scrutiny from the public and threats from Nelly’s team were too much for her. Nelly admitted to sleeping with the woman without a condom and corroborated her claim that he tossed her $100 upon her distressed exit from the tour bus. Now, Greene claims that Nelly’s behavior is part of his routine of sexual assault against “beautiful women of color” that he handpicks from his concerts. She claims that he’ll have his entourage select women with “with beautiful faces and curvy figures” to invite backstage. She also claims that Nelly “is particularly attracted to women who were resistant.” Monique claims that later in the evening, Nelly will expose himself and masturbate in front of the women “with the expectation that presenting himself would entitle him to sexual gratification and that the women were drawn to and could not resist his penis.” She says Nelly “sexually accosts and/or assaults” the women who resist, and eventually ejaculates on the woman’s body. If you’re wondering how Greene knows Nelly’s drill so well, she claims she is now personally aware of at least 2 other women who went through the same thing she did with him. She says one claims that the rapper put his hand up her dress, and the other says he forced her to perform oral sex, then called her a “c-word” when she finally was able to get herself off of him. YIKES. We wonder if these other women will come forward with their own stories as well, or if the judge will have to go off of her word alone for this somewhat odd request… Splash/WENN

Back in August, we learned that Joy-Anna Duggar is pregnant with her first child. Many fans assumed that like her older sisters, Joy-Anna would be offering regular updates on her pregnancy in the form of baby bump selfies and lengthy Instagram posts. Thus far, however, that hasn’t happened. Joy-Anna has been silent on social media for over a month now, and many fans are taking her silence as confirmation of a popular theory. Many Duggar obsessives believe that Joy-Anna got pregnant before her wedding and is currently engaged in an effort to hide that fact from the public. The Duggars are opposed to premarital sex to the point that they prohibit just about all forms of physical contact between non-married couples. So if the rumors about Joy-Anna’s “shotgun wedding” are true, the Duggars would once again be exposed as hypocrites. Joy-Anna’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, are incredibly meticulous when it comes to managing their public image, so if Joy and Austin Forsyth did violate the ” rules of courtship ,” we’ll almost certainly never find out about it. Given the circumstances, it’s not hard to see why fans were suspicious of Joy’s sudden social media hiatus. Many speculated that she’s hiding a baby bump that would away her actual date of conception. Only one photo of Joy has surfaced in the past month–a closeup of her face that Austin posted on her birthday and that only added fuel to the fires of speculation. Perhaps bowing to pressure to address the rumors, Joy kind of emerged from hiding today and refuted claims that she’s several months further along than she claims. “I’m sorry I haven’t really been that active,” Joy wrote on her family’s website today. “My life has become busy lately, but I shall try and post more often.” Fans were quick to point out that Joy still hasn’t been seen by anyone outside of her family in several months. One insider tells Radar Online that Joy is telling the truth when she says she’s simply been preoccupied with other matters. “They’re working on their house,” the source says. “It’s getting close.” Yes, Joy and Austin are building a house together. Britney Spears is one of the most popular artists on the planet. With countless infectious hits under her belt, the superstar has turned her attention to something new of late.  That brand new hobby is painting, and we have to admit, she looks like a flawless painter, and no, we're not just saying that because she's painting along to the soothing sound of Mozart.  The 35-year-old looks as relaxed as ever as she stands on the balcony of her beautiful house. Wearing a bra, it's like she does not have a care in the world.  Britney shared the video on Friday, along with the following caption: “Sometimes you just gotta play!” The empowering line was accompanied by a lot of emoticons. We get it, Britney, you like to spend your downtime on your balcony with some classical music, and you're not ashamed to tell the world about it.  Britney has staged a rare comeback after years in a downward spiral. Just when it looked like her career was over, she got the help she needed and had a recent hit album that proved the hitmaker was back and better than ever.  On top of that, she has that lucrative Vegas residency, so all is right in the world of Britney. She's also been dating Sam Asghari, so she has a solid career, love and a beautiful family.  Recent reports have suggested she is ready to pop the question to Sam and ask him to marry her. It sounds like she knows this relationship is one with legs.  Who would have thought Spears would be oozing positivity after it seemed like a genuine possibility she was going to disappear from the public eye forever? Historically, we normally have but examples of Florida being the worst place with the worst people. However, today, TMZ is reporting something we can actually celebrate them for… The NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the MLB’s Tampa Bay Rays and the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning have all come together to help fund the removal of a confederate monument that stands before the city’s courthouse. Recently, there was a vote held to remove that racist statue, but only if private donors paid for it, not the city. The cost of removal was estimated at $150,000. The pro squads released a joint statement of unity in the wake of the violence that took place in Charlottesville: “Recognizing that this monument does not reflect the values of our community, in collaboration with the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, our organizations have dedicated funds to assist in moving the statue from the public space in front of the courthouse.” “Now more than ever before, we must stand united and committed to diversity and inclusion as we all attempt to heal from the tragedy in Charlottesville.” Good on them. Way to do something good for once in your lives, Florida!

The talk show debuted in 1997 and has cycled through at least one new panelist on a nearly annual basis. Who has been the best? The worst? The least memorable? 18.
