Jared Fogle Had Sex With 9-Year-Olds, Wife Claims in Subway Lawsuit

It’s been almost one year since Jared Fogle was sentenced to 15 years in prison  on child molestation charges, but new revelations about the former Subway spokesman are still emerging.  The latest comes from a lawsuit that Fogle’s ex-wife, Katie McLaughlin, recently filed against the Subway corporation. McLaughlin claims that Subway execs knew about the allegations against Fogle, but instead of investigating, they aided in an effort to conceal his crimes from the public. “As early as 2004, Subway’s then Senior Vice President of Marketing received a complaint that Jared had approached a young girl at a promotional event for a Las Vegas Subway franchise for a sex act,” reads a portion of the suit, obtained by Radar Online. “Subway exploited his family despite knowing of allegations that Jared was a pedophile and failing to properly investigate those allegations.” McLaughlin alleges that Subway questioned Fogle, but refused to have any contact with his victims, for fear of legitimizing their claims. “A responsible corporation would take immediate action when hearing of this behavior,” McLaughlin reportedly said in a recent deposition. Four years after the corporation first learned of the accusations, McLaughlin alleges, Fogle sent shocking text messages to a Florida Subway franchisee, who in turn alerted the company’s CEO, Jeff Moody. The franchise owner reportedly informed Moody “that Jared had had sex with minors from age 9 to 16.”  Moody allegedly replied: “Please don’t tell me any more. Don’t worry, he has met someone. McLaughlin is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. And if her claims hold up in court, Subway could find itself coping with a PR nightmare that it may never recover from.

Timbaland’s Cites BOSSIP’s Report Of His Estranged Wife Accusing Him Of “Economically Strangling” Her As Proof Their Divorce Should Be Sealed Timbaland claims his children will be at the mercy of cyberbullies and stalkers unless a family court judge orders documents in his increasingly bitter divorce sealed. The producer, who was born Timothy Mosley, made the claims last week in court papers filed in Miami Dade Circuit Court, pleading with a judge to seal the ex-couple’s divorce proceedings to protect his family, according to documents obtained by BOSSIP. Timbaland said he and estranged wife Monique are a “high profile couple,” and any more info coming out about their lifestyle, spending, net worth or family dirt could make them victims of kidnappers, cyberbullies and scammers. He said sealing their divorce documents would protect his family from physical harm. “Unrestricted public access to the proceedings and the records would provide television and cyberbullies volumes of material to invade the children’s privacy and bully them,” Timbaland wrote in his motion. “The court has the power to control the proceedings and access to minimize risks of stalking, bullying and harassment.” He wants all records related to his divorce sealed, and if the judge won’t do that, he at least wants his financial info shielded from the public. Under Florida state law, family court cases are public records.

Nick Gordon is Innocent, Tried to Save Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Life, Lawyers Claim

In July of last year,  Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away  after being found unconscious in the bathtub of her Atlanta-area home and  spending nearly six months in a coma. Just last week, Bobbi Kristina’s official cause of death was confirmed when her autopsy results were released on what would’ve been her 23rd birthday. But while the coroner concluded that the troubled daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown passed away as a result of drug intoxication and accidental water immersion, many still have suspicions about possible foul play, most of which center around Bobbi’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon. There are some who believe Gordon murdered Bobbi , and others who believe he simply didn’t do enough to try and save her life. Today, Gordon’s lawyers issued the following statement to People magazine in hopes of putting a stop to the constant rumors about their client: “Nick Gordon’s life has been tumultuous since January of 2015 when he lost the love of his life. On top of being prohibited from visiting Bobbi Kristina at the hospital for the last six months of her life, Nick has been publicly humiliated for more than a year.  “Throughout that time, the Fulton County District Attorney’s office has tried to make Nick a murderer despite having clear and convincing evidence that Bobbi Kristina’s death was nothing more than a tragic accident, evidence that the District Attorney’s office fought to seal and conceal from the public rather than allowing her fans to know the truth. “The truth is that Nick tried to save Bobbi Kristina’s life. The truth is that Nick cooperated with law enforcement since day one. The truth is that no one loved Bobbi Kristina more than Nick and no one has suffered more as a result of her death than Nick.”  The statement concluded with a call to the Fulton County DA to publicly exonerate Gordon, as a 13-month investigation has revealed that there is “simply no evidence of any wrongdoing.” Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobbi Brown, has stated that he plans to continue to pursue a wrongful death civil suit against Gordon. Mia Isabella Slams Kylie Jenner: Tyga Bought Me a Ring Too!

Over the weekend, Kylie Jenner sparked engagement rumors when she posted a photo of herself rocking a massive diamond ring that was reportedly a Christmas present from Tyga. Kylie has since denied that Tyga popped the question, and the wedding talk has died down but in posting the pic, she may have stirred up some drama that won’t go away quite so easily. Back in July, several sources reported that Tyga had been cheating on Kylie with Mia Isabella – a transgender model and adult film actress who did little to dispel the rumors. In fact, insiders say Mia threatened to post a sex tape she had made with Tyga  unless he paid her off. No one is quite sure if Tyga met Mia’s demands or if she simply had a change of heart, but for whatever reason, she disappeared from the public eye just days after making tabloid headlines. Now she’s back, and she seems intent on reminding Kylie that she was with Tyga first. Just hours after Kylie posted her bling photo, Mia posted a pic of a similar ring with a caption reading, “Anybody can do that lol he bought me one too except I’ve had mine for years.” Yes, it seems the gaudily ginormous diamond ring is Tyga’s present of choice for the ladies in his life, and it looks like Mia might not be quite ready to step away from the spotlight. In a statement issued to Radar Online, Mia claimed that she had no intention of throwing shade at Kylie , but we think it’s hard to mistake that post as anything other than a low blow. “It was definitely not a slam towards Kylie Jenner,” Isabella told the website. “My life does not revolve around Kylie and Tyga.” Uh-huh. The Mysteries of Laura: Worth Trying to Solve?

So… are The Mysteries of Laura worth taking the time to solve? NBC offered up a special presentation of Debra Messing’s new drama last night, which featured the former Will and Grace star as Laura Diamond, teased by the network as one bad mutha, putting criminals away during the day and dealing with two crazed twins at night. Unfortunately,  The Mysteries of Laura Season 1 Episode 1 painted this character instead as simply one bad mother. Watch The Mysteries of Laura Season 1 Episode 1 Online The tone shifted often on the pilot, with its opening few minutes depicting Messing’s law enforcement officer shooting off a criminal’s eat and then going home to find her sons peeing all over each other. (At least they inherited their mom’s good aim!) Then there’s Laura’s estranged husband, Jake, played by Josh Lucas. He has a history of indiscretions and can’t exactly be trusted, but he won’t sign the couple’s divorce papers, either. So Laura will be stuck with Jake at home AND at work because a twist ending (we won’t give it totally away here if you wish to watch The Mysteries of Laura online and see it for yourself) causes Jake to also become Laura’s new boss at work. AWKWARD! The whole show is a bit awkward, really, neither overly dramatic or funny. It doesn’t really know what it is. It also drives home the annoying stereotype that it’s just SOOOO tough for women to work and also act as mothers. Can’t we be done with this already? Teen Mom 2 Season 6: Will MTV Give the Green Light?

With Teen Mom 2 Season 5 drawing to a close in the coming weeks, speculation has already started swirling around a potential Teen Mom 2 Season 6. MTV is notoriously mum on these things. It took more than a year’s time for Teen Mom 2 Season 5 to make it to air after Season 4 came to an end. Meanwhile, the original Teen Mom will have been off the air for 2-3 years (!) by the time it returns sans Farrah Abraham in 2015. If that really happens. Any word on Season 6 may be a long time coming, in other words, but the success of Season 5 might lead to a relative rush job from the network. Last night’s Teen Mom 2 Season 5 Episode 23 proved once again that the baby mama drama is only getting more layered and interesting over time. We’re not even kidding. The co-parenting struggles, custody battles and new members of the Teen Mom family coming into the world make for great TV. Does the reality show still resonate with impressionable youths? Maybe, maybe not, since Jenelle Evans , Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea Houska and Leah Messer aren’t even teens anymore, as they were on 16 & Pregnant . At the same time, it’s become a compelling drama as the fab four have come of age, and it’s undeniably true that life hasn’t become any more of a walk in the park. Through it all, these girls – women, believe it or not at this point – are fighting to beat the odds and finish school (Kailyn Lowry and Chelsea Houska). That, or they’re welcoming new children (Jenelle Evans and Leah Messer ), while struggling to make it work with their exes (Leah, Kailyn and Chelsea). The celebrity factor doesn’t hurt, either, from a PR standpoint. There’s no shortage of coverage given the stars’ quasi-famous status, especially thanks to their own Twitter and Instagram feeds (Jenelle especially). It’s free publicity in an era of tight budgets. What’s not to love? MTV has to renew it, right? It has to know that if fans continue to watch TV online , this is a show that could continue to find its niche and even grow its audience. Piglet Literally Jumps for Joy Over Unlikely Dog Friendship

We just have one question when it comes to baby pigs: WHERE CAN WE GET ONE?!? As documented many times in the past, these little animals are positively adorable, whether they are trying to befriend a pit bull or simply hopping through the grass . But this may be the cutest piglet example to date: the following video features a very young pet and a very patient dog. The former is so excited to be pals with this four-legged creature that he practically backflips over him at one point. Then, later, the dog acts like the pig’s mother, licking him all over and making the tiny guy oh so happy, safe and relaxed.
