Drake Sues Woman Who Claimed Pregnancy And Made Rape Claims Drake had to go ahead and face facts on fathering his son Adonis with ex-vixen Roseé Divine …however, that other baby rumor that popped up around the same time last year proved to be totally false. On top of all that, she allegedly falsified a sexual assault story about their encounter . Now, Papi wants repayment. TMZ reports that Drake is in the middle of suing Layla Lace, Layla Lace, a stripper/bartender with amply enhanced everything who came forward back in April 2017 claiming that she was pregnant and Drake was the father . and she had a string of texts and paperwork from her gynecologist to prove it all. She also had several choice words for the rapper over the situation and insisted that she was no liar. BUT…she was. In court docs, Drake contends that he met Ms. Lace during the Manchester, England stop of his Boy Meets World Tour in February of last year. He says they linked up at his hotel, had consensual sex and “Layla also voluntarily and seemingly happily performed oral sex.” Drake claims that Layla became furious after being sent home rather than brought along for the rest of the tour . The two continued to text pleasantries and Layla repeatedly told Drake she missed him and wanted to fly out to see him again sooner rather than later, but after a while, Drake claims he simply didn’t have the time or energy to respond. That’s when she popped up on Instagram claiming that she was pregnant. Fast forward to May, Layla hires a lawyer and demands money from Drake for her alleged unborn. Drake asked for a paternity test, Layla refused, and both she and her lawyer went quiet. Drake and his team chalked the entire thing up to a money grab, claiming in papers that “There is no credible evidence of pregnancy, nor any baby, which would have been born last Fall.” But it wasn’t over! Layla next popped up with some RAPE allegations against Drake. Layla went to the NYPD and filed a report claiming that her sexual encounter with the rapper had been non-consensual. Her new lawyer contacted Drake and demanded an undetermined amount of money to keep the rape report from going public. The case was referred to Manchester police, who cleared Drake in the claims after interviewing him on the incident. According to Drake, Layla didn’t let a little thing like her case getting thrown out stop her though…she’s still demanding millions to keep her mouth shut. Overall Drizzy is fed up. He’s suing her for an undisclosed amount for civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, defamation, and abuse of process. Sheesh. We bet this is one he wishes he never went all Final Fantasy with. With reports that Charlie Sheen is HIV-Positive making headlines, one of his ex-girlfriends confirmed that she has a clean bill of health. According to People , Bree Olson , 29, did not name names, but did write on her blog that despite “speculations circling that one of” her ex-boyfriends “from years ago may have contracted the HIV virus,” Olson herself did not. “They are rumors and I know nothing more than anyone else,” the adult film star wrote last Friday, just four days before Sheen is expected to sit down with Today ‘s Matt Lauer on November 17th. “I, myself have been to my gynecologist at least once a year since we split up and have always been tested across the board for everything and have came back clean across the board every time.” Olson (real name: Rachel Oberlin) was one of Sheen’s live-in “goddesses” in 2011, the same year he went absolutely crackers. The meltdown cost Sheen his very lucrative gig on CBS’ Two & A Half Men . Sources told TMZ that Sheen’s “medical outlook” is positive, but he’s terrified of telling fans, fearing that telling fans would ruin everything he build as an actor. “He was teary-eyed as he told friends that he had [the disease] but he felt that a public admission would destroy him and his fans,” the source said. But that’s nothing compared to the Kim Kardashian nude spread in Paper Magazine that went viral just a couple weeks ago, an event the artist parodied during an appearance on Saturday Night Live last night. Stopping by The Weekend Update desk and impersonating Kardashian, Minaj explained that the photo shoot was “completely misinterpreted” by the public. Why? Because the pictures didn’t include their originally-intended backgrounds. Emmy Rossum is not shy. The Shameless star shared a story about her gynecologist a few months ago. And now she’s posing with very little clothing on for the new issue of Esquire. To wit: The brunette bombshell actually conducted her interview with the magazine via Skype, which led to her ruminating about how couples remain close via such technology. “A friend of mine is in a long-distance relationship,” says Rossum. “They have dates on Skype. They’ll both watch the same movie and… play… I assume sex is involved. I don’t know exactly where they stick it in.” And speaking of private parts, Rossum introduced her dog Cinnamon to the publication and said of the canine: “He has a really big penis.” Aside from dishing on her pet’s unit, though, Rossum also grew serious and profound. “It’s amazing how things can be put into perspective for you so easily,” she said. “Last weekend, I was pulling out of my house, and I saw a body in the road and blood everywhere. This guy had been hit by a car. I called 911 and stayed with him… “You see how lucky you are to just be alive. All the Hollywood bullsh*t and accolades and money really doesn’t matter. In a series of hilarious Tweets this week, the Shameless star shared an encounter to which other women can perhaps relate. This isn't going to help the view of those TSA pat-downs, as one ABC producer put it, 'worse than the gynecologist,' at all. A Georgia TSA (Transportation Security Administration) behavior detection officer was left in critical condition when he attempted suicide Tuesday evening after allegedly abducting, and sexually assaulting a woman, then giving her a suicide note to deliver.
