According to Click 2 Houston: A Cypress Fairbanks ISD teacher is facing multiple charges, accused of sexually assaulting an underage male student. Corrie Anne Long, a math teacher at Hopper Middle School, is charged with improper relationship with a student and sexual assault of a child under 17 years of age. Court documents state a student reported seeing strange behavior between Long and a male 8th grade student. The student told investigators they saw the 8th grader hitting Long on her behind. The student also said they saw Long sitting on the lap of the 8th grader. “It can be seen through just the two of them, their daily interaction, that they had something inappropriate, and we get an entire case,” said prosecutor Joshua Phanco. The student victim told investigators that Long is his math teacher and that he has known her since the 6th grade. Court documents show the boy admitted to police that he and Long were involved in a sexual act in her classroom on Nov. 15, 2013. The boy told investigators Long told him not to say anything because she would lose her job. The victim was 15 at the time of the incident. Cy-Fair ISD officials said, “The safety of our students is always our highest priority. The District took immediate action to remove the teacher once the allegations were made, and we will continue to cooperate fully with law enforcement in this matter.” These ain’t learnin’ isht nowadays except what position their teachers like the best. Seattle Man Arrested For Sexually Assaulting Woman Twice During A Church Service Via KIRO Seattle police arrested a local man for sexually assaulting a woman at the St. Spiridon Russian Orthodox Cathedral Sunday after they say he twice assaulted a woman in the pews during the service. Police arrested 37-year-old Aaron Little around 9:30 Sunday morning. The rector of the church, Father Yuri Maev, told KIRO 7 that Little lifted the skirt of a 25-year-old woman sitting in front of him when the parishoners stood up during the service. She had no idea it happened, but her relatives saw it and two of them hauled Little outside. But police say, Little went right back in thru a side door and sat down next to the same woman before her relatives got back. Then police say he lifted her skirt and groped her. This time her relatives took him outside and called police. Father Maev says Little first showed up last Sunday asking to sleep in the church. He suggested a shelter, but Little refused to leave so they called police to have him removed. Surprisingly, he said Little’s assault was hardly noticed because the woman’s relatives quickly and quietly hustled him out of the church. Little is a registered sex offender with a 2002 conviction for sexual assault in California. He’s in the King County jail now without bond. Ex-NYPD Cops Sentenced To 75 Years For Sexually Assaulting Woman At Gunpoint Former cop Michael Pena, convicted of terrorizing and sexually assaulting a Manhattan school teacher at gunpoint, will be 103 years old when he gets his first shot at parole. Pena, 27, got hit Monday with a 75-year-to-life sentence which means that he will likely die in prison. The sentence brought a rare smile to the face of the 25-year-old victim, who was outraged when the same jury that convicted Pena of sexual assault deadlocked on whether he actually raped her. “That day was supposed to be a new beginning for me,” the nervous victim told the court in a high-pitched voice before Pena was sentenced. “My life has been shattered.” She said Pena destroyed forever her sense of security and independence. “This has impacted every single aspect of my life,” she said. “He used his weapon and basically destructed my life with the choice he made that day.” The soon-to-be inmate offered a half-a$$ed apology after the verdict was handed down. “I’m deeply sorry for my conduct last August and the pain it caused.” Pena paused for a moment and then resumed speaking. “I deserve my punishment,” he said. “I will always carry the shame and burden of my actions. Did Big Ben just evade a key legal tackle? Security camera footage from the night Pittsburgh Steelers star Ben Roethlisberger is accused of sexually assaulting a Georgia college girl is mysteriously gone. The disappearance of security footage at Capital City nightclub was reported by the Pittsburgh Tribune Review , which claims parts of the tape have been erased . A lawyer for the club produced this explanation: “The DVD system overwrote itself … Had it just been deleted, they might have been able to save some of it.” That contradicts what owner Rocky Duncan said in the wake of the alleged incident, not only claiming he had video, but describing the footage in great detail. Duncan said that footage showed the 20-year-old Ben Roethlisberger accuser hanging out before the alleged incident and police speaking with Ben afterward. Duncan was quick to point out, however, that the video did not show Ben and his accuser going towards the bathroom where the alleged incident took place. The lawyer for the club later said cops watched the video with Rocky “shortly” after the alleged incident, but they did not take the video with them at that time. When police returned to collect the tape at a later point, that’s when they noticed the footage had been erased. This whole thing is as confusing as it is shady. No charges have been filed against Ben in this case or the previous one in which he was accused of sexually assaulting a Nevada woman, Andrea McNulty.
