Pasquale Rotella, the man who got Holly Madison pregnant , is facing a laundry list of criminal charges that could land him behind bars for up to 13 years. The founder and CEO of Insomniac, a producer of electronic-music concerts, has been indicted for bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest. Rotella is out on bail and will back in court September 25 for a pre-trial conference.
