Six people have been arrested for trespassing and other charges following a party at the Stephentown, N.Y., home of former NFL star Brian Holloway. The group of kids, ages 17-20, caused major damage after breaking into the house, which Holloway does not live in year-round, and throwing a rager. Hundreds of kids trashed the place over Labor Day weekend. Brian Holloway House Trashed By Miscreants The six kids who were arrested have been taken into custody and arraigned on various charges, including criminal trespass, for their actions this month. A 19-year-old was charged with felony burglary and felony criminal mischief. Three of them were charged with endangering the welfare of a child. A 17-year-old was charged with felony grand larceny. Perhaps most incredibly, only a handful of parents even bothered to call Holloway after the incident to apologize or offer help in repairing the damage. In response, Brian Holloway posted HUNDREDS of names of the party-goers on his website – to show the parents will realize how badly they need help. Police say, “We currently have over 200 names … Once we’ve established proof of their presence at the party, they will be asked to turn themselves in.” The Upstate New York town’s court system reportedly can’t even handle that kind of volume, so cops say they will be arraigned in groups of 10-12.

The swimming trunks Daniel Craig wore as Bond in his first stint as the sexy agent in Casino Royale sold at auction for almost $72,000 at a charity auction in London. Judi Dench ‘s comments on the cleanliness of the shorts may have also triggered a jump in the price. Dench, who has played Bond’s boss M in the series and continues in the role in the upcoming latest installment Skyfall introduced the suit at the auction. She noted – apparently jokingly, “All I’m going to tell you is they’re unwashed.” Also sold was an Aston Martin DBS that Craig drove in Quantum of Solace , which the gavel his for $390,000. And a copy of the orchestral score to singer Adele’s theme song for Skyfall , which she signed along with co-writer Paul Epworth sold for $22,000. Altogether, 50 pieces of James Bond memorabilia sold at Christie’s on Friday in London, marking the 50th anniversary of the first Bond movie, Dr. No . The money raised went to several charities. Ridley Scott’s latest alien franchise could have looked more like a direct prequel to his last one, according to the original screenwriter for Prometheus Jon Spaihts. In a surprise-laden interview with Empire , Spaihts says he had written facehuggers and chestbursters into early versions of the storyline before Scott and script doctor Damon Lindelof decided to move in a more original direction. Spaihts explained that he originally envisioned facehuggers being used to implant the alien seed in both Holloway and Shaw. “David, as he began to get fascinated by the science of the Engineers, doesn’t deliberately contaminate Holloway with a drop of black liquid. Instead, Holloway hubristically removes his helmet in the chamber” — a version of which happens in the finished Prometheus — is knocked unconscious, facehugged and wakes up not knowing what had been done to him, and stumbles back into the ship,” Spaihts told Empire . Enter the chestburster. In what Spaihts described as a “messy” scene, Holloway returns to his cabin and is “embraced by Shaw, who is delighted to see him having feared that he had died, and the two of them make love,” he goes on to say. “And it’s while they’re making love that he bursts and dies.” Nice. Spaihts says that his idea was originally to have Shaw impregnated by a facehugger, courtesy of David. In what sounds like an extremely creepy sequence, he says an early script called for David to tie up Shaw and deliberately expose her to the spidery egg sack. “He caresses an egg open and out comes a facehugger,” Spaihts explains, but since David doesn’t smell like a living being, “he can handle the the thing like a kitten.” And he does. “He toys with her for a bit and then lets it take her. That, in my draft, was how Shaw was implanted with the parasite that she had to remove with the medpod sequence.” He also notes in Empire that in his version of the script, the baby alien is ejected from the medpod while a dazed Shaw remains inside as she’s stitched up and watches the creature grow and dispatch other members of the crew. Shaw would have remained in the medpod for eight hours in Spaihts telling of the story, which would have made her post-Caesarean scenes avoiding the crashing Engineer’s spaceship and escaping the grown tentacled alien slightly more plausible. Joran van der Sloot pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to the murder of Stephany Flores, a Peruvian woman he had met at a casino in Lima in 2010. Perhaps not coincidentally, the murder took place exactly five years to the day after the disappearance of American teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba. Joran van der Sloot remains the main suspect in that case. He was apparently in fairly good spirits after formally confessing to the killing today: Joran van der Sloot Laughs After Confession In court in Peru, he said he is “truly sorry” for the killing of Flores. He said that from the first moment, he ” wanted to confess sincerely ” to the killing. His lawyer stated that van der Sloot killed Flores as a result of “extreme psychological trauma” he suffered from the fallout over the Holloway case. Van der Sloot faces a possible 30 years in prison in the killing, though the guilty plea was aimed at winning a lighter sentence than that maximum. The defense had claimed the killing was manslaughter, as it was not premeditated. That crime carries a minimum sentence of just five years. In a confession, he had said he killed her in a fit of rage after she discovered on his laptop that he’d been linked to the Holloway disappearance. Prosecutors claimed, however, that he plotted to kill and rob Flores after learning she had won a lot of money at the casino where they met.

On 5th December 2010, I went to Holloway Rd, London UK to meet Justin Bieber. The night before, I saw a link on Twitter and immediately bought the 2 tickets for £20 . I remember being dropped off by my parents and seeing a MASSIVE queue of girls, at least 1000 people long. I called my friend who was there, and joined her in the middle of the queue. I remember freezing. My feet were numb, and I was the coldest I had ever been. EVER. The girl behind me had just thrown up and people behind me were getting blankets given to them because their legs had turned blue . It was crazy. A camera man ran passed and we all waved, we planned thousands of things that we would say to JB. We kept telling each other that we would tell him off for running late, but that obviously never happened. People were selling loads of merchandise on the streets and nobody could walk past the queue. The sidewalk was just too full. After 3 hours of waiting, I got let inside of the nightclub or “secret location”. I was given a wristband, a purple one (WAHEEEY), and I stood around with my friend, warming up. When the purple wristbands were told to line up; we gave my friend’s sister our coats and stood in line. There were about 50 people in front of us, but we couldn’t see Justin yet. Before we knew it we were at the front of the line. I suddenly got a huge adrenaline rush and felt really nervous and hyper. And there Kenny stood, like the absolute giant he is, organizing each group on where to stand etc, then the photographer took a picture of the group, Justin said bye, they were handed a copy of First Step 2 Forever, and left. It lasted about 30 seconds. “Great, just great”, I thought. “HI KENNY” I squeaked in this weird, high voice that wan not mine. But I’ll just blame that on the excitement and adrenaline rush. Then, the moment I had been waiting for occurred. Kenny told me to stand on Justin’s left. I did. It didn’t feel real. I felt like I was standing next to a wax figure. So I said to him, “Bless you! Haha. I’m sorry to keep you here for so long, you must be really tired”. CNN) — The city of Biloxi, Mississippi, is in a financial rut. Its sales and gaming taxes have been sliding for two years. So the mayor is voluntarily taking a $90,000 pay cut and will supplement his income with retirement money. “I just thought it was the right thing to do,” said Mayor A.J. Holloway, who will earn $27,000 a year after the cut. The nationwide economic gloom has affected Biloxi, which was a tourist hot spot before Hurricane Katrina ripped waterfront properties apart in 2005. “We lost a lot of our businesses along Highway 90,” Holloway said. Many of those businesses decided not to rebuild along the scenic “Beach Boulevard” and relocated to other cities, far from the threat of a storm surge. The moves left the town struggling economically. Holloway proposed ideas on ways to reduce the budget, including new taxes. The city pays 100 percent of its employees' health benefits, in addition to coverage for dependents. The mayor suggested having the employees foot part of the bill for dependents. City council officials voted against both ideas. The city took out a loan with a $6 million line of credit just to meet payrolls. Biloxi subsidizes a regional airport about $115,000 a year, but can no longer do that. The same goes for various health agencies and nonprofits. Holloway said he will likely have to order furloughs for city employees. Meanwhile, the mayor is willing to put his money where his mouth is with an 80 percent pay cut that will free up thousands for the city budget. The city council is reviewing the budget proposals this month. If the budget is approved, he plans to keep his old schedule despite the new pay. “Frankly, I enjoy the work,” Holloway said. “And we have a great deal more to accomplish. I could go for another six to eight years.” And, the mayor says, the pay cut is not part of a re-election strategy. “I'm in my second year of my fifth term, so I have nearly three more years before I would be running for re-election,” he said. Despite the gloomy economic outlook, there are a few bright spots for Biloxi. The city was not affected by the oil spill that left millions of barrels of crude gushing into the Gulf of Mexico. “We got some tar patties and some tar balls in spots,” Holloway said.
