Mariah Carey’s Ex Gives Her A Few Million For Her Troubles After Split According to  ET , Mariah Carey has received a “multimillion-dollar settlement” from her ex-fiancee James Packer because she says their split “inconvenienced her”. The couple broke things off abruptly in October 2016, and a month after that it was reported that Carey was looking for $50 million from Packer as an “inconvenience fee.” Apparently the split came after an explosive argument between Mariah and James on vacation in Greece. Mimi felt like she deserved cash after the split…because why not?? After months of back and forth negotiations, Packer reportedly gave up $5-10 million to Carey for her “inconvenience” according to sources. Mariah is worth over 500 Million herself, they were never married nor did they have any pre-nup type arrangement. This is just rich people being petty!!

Sam Mendes Will Direct Bond 24

For those of you closely following the Bond director saga, this news may come as a bit of a shock for you. Sam Mendes, the  Skyfall director who repeatedly  insisted he was leaving the franchise, is now confirmed to be directing  Bond 24 ! What?? Stop lying all the time,  everyone ! Mendes is also reportedly very close to signing on to direct  Bond 25 as well. That means that the director has some time to play around with the character and develop a real arc for Daniel Craig. So what ultimately swayed Mendes? We’re not sure, but it probably involved a whole lot of Presidential Flashcards. The news means that Christopher Nolan, who was recently approached about directing the next  Bond movie, will just have to keep doing moody thrillers.

Teacher Fakes Illness, Skips School for a Year

Nice try, Ashley Barker. No, really, we mean that: very, very, very nice try. The first grade teacher at Laurel Elementary School in Polk County, Florida has finally admitted that she lied for an entire year about her and her father having a terminal illness, a fib that essentially gave her months off work. School officials took Barker (above, left) at her word for a long time, permitting her to often leave early and take full days off. As part of her ruse, Barker sent the principal over 120 letters regarding the disease from which she and her dad were supposedly suffering. When finally confronted over the misdirection, Barker reportedly gave in and told bosses the truth: she had simply been at home, hanging out. The school is now trying to terminate the lying teacher, but Barker has hired an attorney to fight for her job.

Lindsay Lohan Signs Up For Anger Management … as Charlie Sheen Love Interest!

Lindsay Lohan has been cast as a love interest for Charlie Sheen on his FX hit Anger Management . The actress will play herself in an episode of the show. Lohan will reportedly engage in a romantic relationship with Sheen’s character after becoming his therapy patient, which is hilarious for two reasons: Scary Movie 5 Trailer Charlie and Lindsay worked together on Scary Movie 5 , during which she was reportedly repulsed by sharing a love scene with him. Sheen reportedly gave the cash-strapped star A HUNDRED GRAND to help with her massive tax problems , and she never even said thanks. “I’m still waiting for a text to say, ‘Thank you.’ Anything, you know?” Charlie later said of his six-figure attempt to “pay it forward” to his co-star. Nothing says thanks like a ratings boost?

Cheryl Cole has revealed that she#39;s known her new boyfriend dancer Tre Holloway for years, but the pair have been dating for just a few months, that hasn#39;t stopped him allegedly getting a cute present. The backing dancer, 28, was so keen to get the 53-year-old#39;s seal of approval that he reportedly gave her a cross and chain that was engraved. According to The Sun, the engraving read: “To Mam Love Tre”.

Daniel Tosh Wants Rape Jokes Edited Out of New Show

In the wake of this week’s Daniel Tosh rape joke controversy, the Comedy Central star is trying to get as far away from that topic as possible. The comedian reportedly asked editors and producers to remove any reference of rape from the pilot episode of his new series, Brickleberry . The only issue? That’s what most of the pilot is about, obviously. Tosh reportedly gave the crew 24 hours to make those changes before the animated series is shown at Comic-Con Friday night in San Diego. The Tosh.0 star’s camp has yet to return requests for comment. After making a female audience member the subject of his joke about rape during a stand-up routine last Friday, Tosh sincerely apologized. While complaining about offensive jokes at a Tosh show is akin to objecting to the noise at a Metallica concert, there is a line he can cross. Did he in this case? Should he have apologized?

Abercrombie to The Situation: We’ll Pay You to Not Shop Here!

Lots of people pay The Situation big money for endorsements. Abercrombie & Fitch is looking to do the opposite – pay him NOT to wear the brand! The company says in a news release that having Mike Sorrentino and his Jersey Shore castmates in A&F clothing could be disastrous to its image. In short, it could cause “significant damage,” if not irreparable harm. Abercrombie & Fitch: Not pumped about Sitch. Abercrombie feels any connections to The Situation will go against the “aspirational nature” of its brand and may be “distressing” to potential customers. Hilariously, the Ohio-based retailer says it offered a ” substantial payment” to Sitch and producers of the MTV show if he will just wear something else. The company is also making the offer to others in the hard-partying cast, which has been known to rock those threads. MTV declined comment today. Urine Trouble: Gerard Depardieu Relieves Himself in Airplane Aisle

Stuck on an Air France flight yesterday, Gerard Depardieu reportedly gave new meaning to the term pissed off . The French actor was on the runway in Paris, headed for Dublin, when he really had to use the bathroom, a witness tells TMZ. But the flight attendance told the former Green Card star he’d have to wait 15 minutes until the flight was safely in the air. In response? He unzipped and urinated all over the aisle. The plane was forced to return the gate, as the crew needed two hours to clean up the actor’s mess. Depardieu may face charges for the act. No word yet from his rep, or from the passengers in the vicinity of his steam.

A girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do! So said Kris Jenner on The Talk yesterday, referring to the face lift that was captured by E! cameras last month. The matriarch of the least talented family on TV said she just wanted to freshen up for her daughter’s wedding, which will NOT cost $10 million, as reported by one tabloid . “You know, if she was going to spend that much money on a wedding, I’d tell her to write me a check and go to Vegas,” Jenner said, seemingly ignoring the fact that Kim is headed to Vegas for her bachelorette party.
