This audio/footage of Taxstone talking about shooting and bullying Troy Ave is being used in the case against him, naturally. Taxstone was recently arrested in connection with the Troy Ave shooting. A lot of news reported the podcaster posted $500K bail and was home on house arrest, but those reports are false and we are hearing he’s locked up without bail.

Meek Mill’s House Arrest Extended Over Community Service Discrepancy Can this guy win at ANYTHING??? According to TMZ , Meek Mill’s house arrest has been extended because, once again, he did not follow the judge’s orders. Sources connected to Meek’s camp tell us he got hit with an additional 8 days of house arrest to give him time to complete the right kind of community service, because he volunteered at all the wrong places. According to docs, the judge specified Meek needed to put in 90 days of work with the homeless, Habitat for Humanity or senior citizens and veterans. Meek’s camp says that was never specified, but we’ve seen it in black and white. We’re told Meek spent time visiting schools, helping out with Flint’s water crisis and delivering motivational speeches. Another problem — we’re told Meek only worked 6 days per week. Meek was supposed to be free yesterday, but that ain’t happening now. Hopefully, for his sake, he gets his s#!t together and can get back in mix soon. Image via Instagram

Nicki Minaj And Meek Mill Allegedy Fight Over His House Arrest We haven’t seen or heard a lot from Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill lately, and now we may know why. According to TMZ , Omeeka got into a MAJOR fight that all stemmed from Meek’s court-mandated house arrest for probation violation. The sources close to the situation say that Meek tried to get Nicki to move to Philly while he does 90 days of home confinement. Apparently, Nicki wasn’t about to pump the brakes on her life just to lay around and watch Rihmeek play Madden and diss Drake all day. A bigger-than-normal fight ensued and to this point the two haven’t come to a resolution. It’s said that Nicki and Meek are at each others throats regularly, but there is something a bit different about this particular argument. Guess only time will tell, but 90 days isn’t that long. We’re sure Meek has a phone full of Nicki Mianj nudes to hold him down while he pays his debt to society. Flip it over to get a look at how Nicki is feeling these days… Image via AKM-GSI

It’s been almost a year since Teresa Giudice reported to prison to begin serving a 15 month sentence on bankruptcy fraud charges. Now – barring a table-flipping cafeteria fight in the next few days – Teresa is set for an early release due to her good behavior, which means the entire Giudice family could be under one roof for the holidays! Sadly, it’ll be the last time they can all celebrate Christmas together for a very long time. “Christmas has always been very special for the Giudices, but it’s even more so this year,” a source close to the family tells Radar Online. “This is going to be the last Christmas Teresa and Joe have together for four years once he goes away to prison. But they aren’t going to discuss it, and will instead focus on their time together.” Yes, Joe Giudice will begin his 41-month sentence shortly after Teresa’s release, but fortunately, he and Teresa will have no choice but to spend a lot of time together in the meantime: “Teresa won’t be allowed to leave the house once she’s home because she will be under house arrest until February,” says the insider. “But it’s all the better for bonding with her family. The girls are so excited that their mom is finally coming home and are calling it a real Christmas miracle.” View Slideshow: 23 Teresa Giudice GIFs That Should Worry Her Fellow Inmates Mom’s on house arrest and dad hasn’t started his sentence yet? That’s a Jersey Christmas miracle on par with Bruce Springsteen and Snooki showing up on your doorstep for some holiday fist-pumping. Of course, before the festivities at casa de Giudice can begin, Teresa gets to enjoy one last shindig with Piper, Crazy Eyes, and the rest of her wacky band of felonious misfits: “Before Teresa is released, there will be a Christmas party for the inmates at Danbury Correctional Facility, and she is excited to be a part of that as well,” the source says. “Of course she is more than thrilled to be leaving, but it’s also bittersweet as she has made some very good friends with the other ladies. Leaving that sisterhood is going to be hard for Teresa, especially since many of them still have years on their sentences.” Yeah, we’re sure Teresa met some down-ass homegirls on the inside, but we’re guessing her release will be a lot more sweet than bitter.
Oh, this American justice system… A federal judge Friday sentenced baseball slugger Barry Bonds to probation, 30 days’ confinement in his Beverly Hills home and community service, but put the sentence on hold pending Bonds’ appeal of his felony obstruction of justice conviction. U.S. District Judge Susan Illston, who presided over Bonds’ perjury trial, said “the jury got it exactly right” when it convicted Bonds in April for evasive testimony to a federal grand jury investigating doping in professional sports. “Mr. Bonds made an effort to obstruct justice here,” Illston said, but “he didn’t manage to succeed.” She added that the government investigation changed the sports world by launching new testing programs and transforming public attitudes. Prosecutors urged Illston to “send a message” by sending the former San Francisco Giants star to prison. In addition to home confinement, Bonds, 47, was sentenced to two years’ probation, ordered to perform 250 hours community service in youth-related activities and pay a $4,000 fine. Assistant U.S. Atty. Matthew A. Parrella called the sentence “a slap on the wrist” and derided the fine as “almost laughable. “ For a man with a mansion, Parrella told the court, home detention was “simply no deterrence.” Illston followed the recommendations of a federal probation officer who reviewed the case. She said she was impressed by Bonds’ charitable activities, both in time and money, over decades. Poor little Barry. Yes, that was sarcasm. Source More On Bossip! More Basketball Wives Beef!!!
