The “Puerto Rican Vieja Princess” is tired of Steebie’s games. She claims that he agreed to take care of her during her pregnancy even though he hasn’t officially acknowledged that the child is his. Apparently Joseline doesn’t believe Stevie will cough up the dough, so she’s asked a judge to intervene and settle the issue once and for all. Terricka Cromartie Kills All Talk Of Husband Antonio Cheating After rumors hit the web this morning that Terricka Cromartie was on snapchat complaining about Antonio while she was home with the kids, BOSSIP spoke directly with Terricka Cromartie who adamantly denied any problems on the home front. “I’ve never said anything like that,” Terricka told BOSSIP. “That came from nowhere. Judge Persky To Sentence Latino Immigrant More Prison Time Than Brock Turner For Similar Sexaul Assault C’mon now! Via TheGuardian The embattled judge in the Stanford sexual assault trial is presiding over a similar case in which a Latino man is facing a much harsher sentence than Brock Turner, raising questions about how the former student may have benefited from his privileged background. Raul Ramirez, a 32-year-old immigrant from El Salvador who admitted to sexually assaulting his female roommate in a case that has similarities with the Stanford case, will be sentenced to three years in state prison under a deal overseen by judge Aaron Persky, according to records obtained by the Guardian. The three-year-prison sentence, part of a plea agreement signed in March, provides a sharp contrast to the outcome for Turner, a white 20-year-old former Stanford swimmer who Persky sentenced to probation and six months in county jail after he was convicted of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman. Here’s how Mr. Ramirez’s got himself in trouble… Ramirez was arrested at his home in Santa Clara County in November 2014 after his roommate called 911 to say that he had sexually assaulted her, according to police reports. Ramirez gave the woman a “love letter” and later entered her bedroom and fingered her for about five to 10 minutes against her will, according to a police report, and stopped only when she started crying. When police arrived, he admitted to the assault. “Ramirez knew what he did was wrong and he wanted to say sorry,” one officer wrote. Ramirez, who has used a Spanish interpreter in court, had his bail set at $200,000 – significantly higher than the $150,000 bail set for Turner. Gotta get this judge TF outta here. GOT. TO. Woman Murdered After Posting SnapChat Of Boyfriend Aiming Gun At Her 21-year-old Stephanie Hernandez was found dead in Little Rock, Arkansas with a gunshot to her head mere hours after posting photos of guns, ammo and a video of her 20-year-old boyfriend, Rafael Gonzalez, holding a pistol behind her head. According to police, the home that the two shared was ransacked and covered in her blood. Rafael was popped the following day and charged with first degree murder. The police still don’t have a clear motive for Stephanie’s murder, but a friend of hers told KATV that Rafael was a “bad influence” and that their relationship was very tumultuous. Hayek sat down with E! News and discussed Trump in light of racist comments he made in June when announcing his candidacy for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination, calling Mexicans who come to the United States “rapists,” drug dealers and criminals. “I’m aware that he would say anything to attract attention and create publicity around him,” the actress, who is Mexican, said. “So, if something generates publicity I would never be surprised about anything he does. I’d be surprised if he did something courageous and meaningful that nobody found out about. This was not courageous and meaningful.” The one good thing to come of this, Hayek said, is that Trump’s words pulled back the curtain on the bigoted underbelly of America. “What is interesting about it is that thanks to that [and] all the things that he said — I don’t repeat and I don’t say his name because I don’t want to give him extra publicity — but beyond him,” she said, before continuing, “this concept of America being a place where there is no discrimination, and it’s not racist anymore, and we had the Civil War and the good people won, I think it’s beginning to show that discrimination and racism in this country is a bigger problem than we accept it is.
