Touchdown! Man Gets Popped By One-Time After Throwing Football Stuffed With Drugs And Cell Phones Over Prison Wall

6 points for creativity, though. Michigan Man Arrested After Throwing Contraband-Stuffed Football Over Prison Wall Putting those HS Football skills to good use…a 22-year-old man successfully threw a little prison care package – a football stuffed with heroin, weed, and cell phones – over the wall at a Michigan correctional facility. Unfortunately he didn’t get to crank a celebratory end-zone dance, as his little stunt was immediately spotted by prison guards and he was taken into custody . Via The Smoking Gun : A Detroit man with a suspect throwing arm is facing felony charges for attempting to toss a football stuffed with narcotics and cell phones over a fence and into the exercise yard of a Michigan state prison, investigators report. The alleged smuggling bid literally fell short Sunday morning when the football landed between two fences at the G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, a city about 40 miles west of Ann Arbor. According to police, a corrections officer spotted Christen Deon-Sterling Moore exit a vehicle and toss the football toward the yard. Moore, 22, was then taken into custody by the prison officer. A subsequent examination of the football revealed that it contained marijuana, heroin, tobacco and three cell phones with chargers. As seen in the above Michigan Department of Corrections evidence photo, the football landed on a pathway adjacent to the prison yard. Moore, pictured at right, was charged with three counts of furnishing contraband to inmates. It is unclear who was the intended recipient of the football’s illegal contents. Arraigned today on the felony charges, Moore is locked up in lieu of $50,000 bond. Well at least he can hang out with his friends now. Maybe they’ll call him “Johnny Football” in the clink? Nasty Dad Forced Sex On 3-Year-Old While Mom Held Her Hand “So It Wouldn’t Hurt So Much”

These parents need their azzes whooped and buried underneath the jail. Dad Sexually Assaulted 3-Year-Old Daughter It makes our stomach turn to know they did this to their own flesh and blood. According to The NY Daily News A sex-crazed Michigan dad is facing life behind bars for sexually assaulting his 3-year-old daughter. The 28-year-old pleaded guilty on Tuesday to two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. The father’s identity is being withheld to protect the little girl, whom he admitted to having sex with “too many times to remember,” according to court documents. He faces life in prison when he is sentenced by Jackson County Circuit Judge John McBain on Dec. 4. The man will spend at least 25 years in correctional facilities because of the girl’s age, according to mlive.com. McBain could also order the father to serve two consecutive terms of 25 years or more for each count. The guilty plea is the result of a deal with prosecutors, who agreed to drop 10 counts against the man. As part of the deal, the man promised to testify against his wife. The 36-year-old mother was also charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct after she was arrested in August. She told a detective that she had been sexually abused by her husband. But she stayed silent for months as the dad shifted his attentions toward his little girl. Disgusting. The mom admitted to helping her husband more than once, even holding the girl’s hands, so “it wouldn’t hurt that much.” The man took showers with the girl, touched her inappropriately, and forced her to watch freaky flicks. The dad also kept explicit photographs of the toddler to satiate his sexual hunger. The abuse occurred while the couple lived in the Avalon Hotel in Jackson, from August 2012 to May 2013. Social services came to the child’s rescue after she started showing “sexualized behavior.” She reportedly asked her older brother for sex and wanted to watch a freaky movie. The Michigan Department of Human Services is seeking to sever both parents’ rights to their daughter, who is now 4 years old. They also want to terminate the mother’s rights to her two young sons, ages 6 and 8. The mom is being held in county jail while prosecutors assemble the case against her. A preliminary examination is scheduled for Oct. 17. There will be plenty of people to hold the mother and father’s hand in jail. SMH. Shutterstock Continue reading

So Sad: Families Of Jovan Belcher And Kassandra Perkins Are Battling Over Custody Of Baby Zoey

Apparently money may be a big factor . Via NewsOne : More than a month after Kansas City Chiefs player Jovan Belcher shot and killed girlfriend Kassandra Perkins, before killing himself at Arrowhead Stadium, the families of the couple’s daughter are engaged in a fierce custody battle… Currently, four-month-old Zoey Belcher is living with her maternal relatives in Texas, according to a lawyer for Cheryl Shepherd, Belcher’s mother. Two weeks prior to the murder-suicide, Shepherd had moved in with her son’s family. She also received custody of Zoey shortly after the shooting, and filed a legal petition to be named her granddaughter’s guardian and conservator of her estate in Jackson County Probate Court Dec. 14. However, Zoey is no longer in her paternal grandmother’s care, according to Gretchen M. Gold, Shepherd’s lawyer. “Cheryl agreed to temporarily allow the maternal relatives (to) take Zoey to Texas for her mother’s funeral,” Gold wrote in an e-mail to a probate commissioner. But Zoey has yet to be returned to her paternal family side. “The maternal relatives have now ceased communicating with Cheryl Shepherd and have refused to return her calls or return the child to her care.” That is because Zoey’s maternal grandparents have filed a lawsuit seeking temporary custody, the girl’s relocation to Tarrant County, Texas and a guardian ad litem for her best interests. The hearing for that case will take place Jan. 22. Gold says that if the hearing does occur, Shepherd will be present and ready to fight. “We intend to fight the matter in Texas on Jan. 22 if that hearing takes place,” she wrote. According to the NFL’s collective bargaining agreement, Zoey’s legal guardian or estate is set to receive over $1,000,000. This includes $108,000 per year over the next four years. The fifth year would garner $48,000; $52,000 would continue coming in each year until she becomes 18. Should Zoey attend college, she would continue receiving that amount until she turns 23. Zoey could also stand to receive additional financial support from a trust by the Kansas City Chiefs and public contributions. Hopefully both families can work things out. Images via Instagram

Jesus Take The Wheel: Man Arrested Of Enslaving His Wife In Chains And Beating The Crap Out Of Her For 10 Years

Man Arrested Of Enslaving His Wife In Chains For 10 Years This story is as crazy as the dude in the photo looks!! A West Virginia man was arrested Thursday for allegedly making his wife his slave, abusing her and holding her hostage for almost a decade. Authorities in Jackson County, W.Va., charged Peter Lizon of Leroy, W.Va., with malicious wounding after a woman staying at a domestic-violence shelter filed a criminal complaint, alleging a woman she met was brutally beaten by her husband. In an interview with investigators, the woman said she met Lizon’s wife, Stephanie, 43, while staying at the Family Crisis Intervention Center in Parkersburg, W.Va., and described her as “gaunt and filthy.” According to the criminal complaint, Stephanie told the woman that she recently escaped from her husband, who had kept her chained up with metal padlocks for about 10 years, which tore into the skin on her hands and ankles, leaving noticeable scar tissue. Her feet were also “mutilated and swollen” after her husband allegedly smashed her foot with a scoop attachment from a farm tractor. Lizon reportedly called his wife his “slave”, and whenever he entered the room, he made her kneel down before him. The woman also alleged that Stephanie said her husband caused her to have a miscarriage after her husband hit her in the stomach. She said she buried the corpse of a fully developed infant on their farm. She also said she gave birth to another baby while bound by chains, but neither she nor her now-one-year-old child had received any medical attention. During the investigation, police took 45 photos of Stephanie, showing injuries ranging from severe burns to her breasts and back to broken fingers and bruises all over her body. “It’s amazing what one human being can do to another,” Boggs said, “and that should not ever happen or be allowed to happen. And hopefully this will stop and curtail that, at least in this instance.” Lizon’s attorney, Shawn Bayliss, told WSAZ the allegations against Lizon are false, saying the woman who told police everything has a “feeble mind.” Lizon is being held in the South Central Regional Jail in lieu of $300,000 bail. Chief Boggs told msnbc.com malicious wounding is likely to net Lizon between two to 10 years in prison. According to the criminal complaint, Stephanie escaped from Lizon on June 18 while he was returning farm equipment to a rental store in Parkersburg. He left her and their child in the family’s vehicle. While Lizon was inside, she walked away, leaving her child in the car, and hid in a Zumba dance facility. She then found a ride to the shelter and checked in under the name “Serena Sokol.” Staff at the shelter later determined her true identity. She was treated for her injuries in an emergency room on June 20. Wow. No words for this one. Source

Pot charge against Vietnam veteran illustrates confusion with medical marijuana law

First, it was post-traumatic stress disorder brought on by his service in the Vietnam War. Then came two bouts with throat cancer, which left him without a voice box. Now, 61-year-old Gary Muntz has a new ailment — lymphoma, a slow-moving cancer of the lymph nodes. He speaks only with the aid of a mechanical device pressed tightly to his neck. Long periods outside his home require a wheelchair, and he often cannot sleep. Marijuana helps. It relaxes him, Muntz said. It wards off the nightmares of his childhood, of his time as a paratrooper in Vietnam. It eases pain that sometimes prevents him from getting out of bed. Michigan voters approved the state’s medical marijuana law for people like Muntz, who has a card authorizing him to use the drug for medicinal purposes, said his lawyer, Robert Gaecke. “It was designed for people who really are suffering, that you can see, and this guy was it,” Gaecke said. Muntz, however, was charged with a felony drug crime for violating the law. His case illustrates the muddle surrounding the 2008 voter-enacted legislation and the uncertainty that police and prosecutors face about how to enforce it. “There are still a lot of questions out there, and there is not a lot of definitive legal guidance on how we are supposed to treat these cases,” said John Holda, Jackson deputy police chief. The law must be “far more specific” regarding under what conditions someone can grow marijuana, possess it and acquire it, said Jackson County Circuit Judge John McBain. Hopefully, the courts or state lawmakers can give authorities some clarification, McBain said. Many cases are pending, and governments are looking into it. Last week, Wyoming, a city near Grand Rapids, became the latest municipality to ban medical marijuana. McBain lightly sentenced Muntz on Nov. 30, saying he believed Muntz substantially complied with the law. http://www.jackherer.com/archives/pot-charge-against-vietnam-veteran-illustrates… added by: JackHerer
