Perverts: Witness Claims He Saw Jerry Sandusky And “Peen State” Booster Sexually Abusing A Boy Aboard A Private Plane!

How deep does this pedophiliac rabbit hole go?? Witness Says He Saw Jerry Sandusky And Penn State Booster Sexual Abuse A witness interviewed by federal authorities in the widening Penn State investigation claims he saw Jerry Sandusky and one of the school’s prominent boosters sexually abusing boys on a private plane, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively. The witness was interviewed by the U.S. Postal Inspectors with the FBI present. RadarOnline.com broke the news that a new investigation into a pedophile ring is now being conducted by federal authorities. And while Postal Inspectors are also trying to determine if Sandusky shared pornography through the mail and sent seductive letters to his victims, the biggest bombshell is the allegation leveled by the witness who was interviewed within the past few weeks. That man, who has a strong tie to the booster he is accusing, says that Sandusky and the booster abused two boys on a private plane in Pennsylvania, a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. “The witness doesn’t know if the boys are victims who have already been identified or not,” the source told Radar. “He claims it happened on a private plane, with no pilot or crew around and that he was an eyewitness. “His claim is being taken seriously by investigators. They have already asked another man who is connected to one of the victims if he knew anything about this. And they are following up with other potential witnesses.” The “source” goes on to say: “This witness has some baggage,” the source said. “The Feds are going to need to corroborate what he says. But he is adamant that he is telling the truth. And that raises questions about why he didn’t report what he saw at the time. “Unfortunately he’s not the only person involved in this who didn’t do the right thing when they should have.” The child sexual abuse scandal destroyed the reputation and legacy of Penn State football head coach Joe Paterno, led to the conviction of former coach Sandusky on 45 sexual abuse charges and severe NCAA sanctions against the university. But the worst may be still ahead. “If the Feds can prove what this witness is saying then a sickening situation just got worse,” the source said. “The witness does not know who the boys are and if they were from Sandusky’s Second Mile charity. He can prove his tie to the booster but the Feds are going to have to prove the rest.” They did this sick isht in FRONT of other people? Guess it just goes to show how confident they were that they would never be caught…SMMFH Image via AP via RadarOnline

Michael Polish: Engaged to Kate Bosworth!

It’s unclear whether Kate Bosworth meant to go public with the news or not, but it’s too late now: She’s engaged to director Michael Polish! The actress made the announcement in an unusual way, updating her blog this week about her and her man’s trip to South Korea by writing: On our first day in Seoul, my fiance, Michael Polish, and I venture out to discover Changdeokgung Palace… And there it is! Bosworth and Polish met on the set of Big Sur and went public with some serious PDA at Coldplay concert in August 2011. Prior to this relationship, Bosworth dated True Blood hunk Alexander Skarsgard for two years. We wish her and, yes, her fiance, nothing but the best. [Photo: WENN.com]

Penn State Uniforms to Feature Names, Blue Ribbons

Penn State football uniforms will look different in 2012. The iconic navy blue jerseys will feature player names on the back for the first time, along with blue ribbons to support victims of child abuse. The decision to add names was made “in recognition of (their) resolve and dedication to the team and the university,” according to a statement. The blue ribbons speak for themselves. Penn State uniforms have been widely known for their simple design and lack of a name across the back, but this is a different program now. Coach Bill O’Brien said in May that the uniforms wouldn’t change from the design favored by Joe Paterno, but apparently had a change of heart. The fallout from the Jerry Sandusky scandal was immense as a committee found Joe Paterno and Penn State culpable as well as the child molester himself. The university’s statue of the coaching legend, now deceased, has been torn down. In 2012, the uniforms will further signal a new era at PSU.

Jerry Sandusky to Appeal Convictions, Placed on Suicide Watch

Former Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky will be appealing his convictions on dozens of counts of child sexual abuse, his defense team says. After a trial that featured graphic testimony from eight victims, jurors late Friday found Jerry Sandusky guilty on 45 of the 48 sexual abuse counts. The eight victims, now young men, testified that they were boys when Sandusky forced them to engage in sexual acts over the course of 15 years. After being found guilty, Sandusky, 68, was taken immediately to the jail in Centre County, Pa. He will be sentenced officially in about 90 days. He likely will be sentenced to serve the rest of his life behind bars. Sandusky’s defense team plans to file a motion for appeal , claiming he had ineffective counsel, based on lawyer Joe Amendola talking to the media. A linchpin of the appeal will also be prosecutor Joe McGettigan’s statements during his closing argument, when he told jurors that Jerry Sandusky could have proclaimed his innocence during an interview with Bob Costas on NBC. That violates Sandusky’s right to post-arrest trial silence, his camp argues. His attorneys will also ask the judge to sentence Sandusky to concurrent sentences, with the maximum of 20 years. For 45 convictions? Fat chance. His own adopted son, Matt Sandusky , has accused Jerry of the same thing. It’s possible an appellate court will throw out all objections on the basis of the testimony being too overwhelming to have warranted any other outcome. As of Saturday, Sandusky was placed on suicide watch in jail, according to reports. This does not mean that Sandusky is necessarily suicidal, but the judge wanted “to put the precautions in place first and then evaluate later.”

Jerry Sandusky Verdict: Guilty on 45 Counts of Child Abuse

Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State assistant football coach who was once the heir apparent to Joe Paterno, has been found guilty on 45 charges of sexual abuse. The jury reached its verdict late tonight, determining that Sandusky abused 10 boys over a period of 15 years. He faces life in prison for his actions and will be sentenced in approximately three months. In total, eight men testified in a Pennsylvania courtroom over the last few weeks, all of them recounting instances of Sandusky either kissing them, groping them, or engaging with them in oral and anal sex. Sandusky never took the stand in his own defense, but his wife testified at the request of his lawyers and tried to paint a picture of a conspiracy against her husband. However, the jurors chose to side with prosecturors, who described Sandusky as a “predatory pedophile” in closing arguments. The ex-defensive coordinator was arrested in November, a shocking and traumatic event that eventually exposed a cover-up at Penn State University and led to the firing of the legendary Paterno, who died a couple months later. The abuse scandal also led to the removal of university president Graham Spanier, along with criminal charges against two university administrators for failing to properly report suspected child abuse and perjury. After the jury was sequestered for deliberations, Matt Sandusky , one of Jerry’s adopted sons, came out and admitted he was also abused as a foster child living with the Sanduskys.

Guilty As Fawk! Jury Convicts Jerry Sandusky On 45 Of 48 Sexual Abuse Charges

GUILTY! “Peen State” Coach Jerry Sandusky will likely rot to death in a jail cell, if he isn’t torn to pieces by his fellow inmates first. Jerry Sandusky Guilty Of 45 Out Of 48 Sexual Abuse Charges After more than 20 hours of deliberation, the jury of seven women and five men returned the verdict Friday night. Sandusky was convicted of 45 of 48 counts charging him with abusing 10 boys over 15 years. Jury deliberations began Thursday. When sentenced, Sandusky could face spending the rest of his life in prison. He was taken into custody in handcuffs after the verdict was read and his bail was revoked. The case enveloped the Penn State campus in a national scandal and led to the ouster of iconic head football Coach Joe Paterno as well as university President Graham Spanier for failing to deal forcefully with reports that Sandusky had abused boys, sometimes in the showers at the school’s football facility. Paterno died in January of lung cancer. Two other university officials are charged with failing to report the suspected abuse and with perjury related to their testimony before a grand jury investigating the scandal. The officials — athletic director Tim Curley, who is on leave, and retired Vice President Gary Schultz — await trial. The prosecution took slightly more than four days to present 21 witnesses to support its claim that Sandusky was a predatory pedophile who found his victims through a charity, the Second Mile, that he founded for at-risk children. Eight of the accusers testified, most in graphic and sometimes tearful detail about their relationships with Sandusky. Most said they enjoyed gifts and special attention from Sandusky. Some said they saw him as the father they never had. But what began as a mentoring relationship escalated into the physical abuse, the accusers testified. Some said they were assaulted in the basement of the Sandusky home. Others described soapy showers that included forced sex acts. The identities of two of the boys have never been ascertained; in those cases, two adults testified that they had witnessed abuse involving the unidentified boys. Mike McQueary — a graduate assistant and former Penn State football player, who became a coach in his own right at the university — emerged as a key prosecution witness. McQueary told of the winter night in 2001 when he entered the university’s football facility and saw Sandusky with a naked boy, 10 or 12 years old, in the locker room showers. He described hearing the sounds of a sex act. McQueary said he slammed his locker door to let Sandusky know someone else was in the room. Later, he called his father, who told him to go to Paterno, who in turn went to his superiors. It wasn’t until later investigations that the state brought the child abuse charges against Sandusky. The charges came in two waves last year. The defense had fought hard to keep the trial in Bellefonte in the hope that Sandusky’s humanitarian and athletic reputation would help the case. More than half of the jurors said during the selection process that they had some connection to the university, as an employee, alumnus or just an avid football fan. Sandusky’s attorneys presented his case in about three days, calling friends, neighbors and former sports colleagues to the stand. Led by Sandusky’s 69-year-old wife, Dottie, the character witnesses all insisted that they never saw Sandusky engage in any improper action with a young boy and that he was a good man. The defense also questioned the quality of the investigations and why some of the witness accounts changed with the retelling of events over the years. The implications were that police had used their questioning to make the case look better, and that the accusers worked together to make their descriptions more graphic to help their expected future civil cases. Lastly, the defense argued that Sandusky suffered from histrionic personality disorder, a condition that includes overly dramatic gestures that can be seen as seductive. The defense argued that the condition explained why Sandusky gave the boys gifts and in one case sent a love note to a child. The prosecution countered that the gifts were intended to groom prospective victims. The verdict does not mark the end of litigation. In addition to the criminal charges pending against the two college administrators, a slew of civil suits are expected by accusers. Did anyone have any doubts he would be convicted? SMH. Nasty piece of isht. Here’s a real question for discussion, is life behind bars even enough of a punishment for a man who has destroyed so many innocent lives??? Hunter Parrish Responds to Finnick Odair Rumors

Hunter Parrish came oh-so-close to being cast as Peeta in The Hunger Games , so the actor knows to be careful this time around. He’s trying not to get his hopes up. However, the Weeds star is aware fans have started a campaign to attach him to Catching Fire in the role of Finnick Odair and he’s attempt to remain humble, but… “I think you just kind of step back, and if it happens, it happens,” Parrish tells MTV of the rumor. “I’m not going to really spend too much time thinking about it, but I’d love to… I’m a fan of the books. I think there’s fantastic actors that would probably be better. So there’s that for getting me a job!” It had previously been reported that three actors – Taylor Kitsch, Garrett Hedlund and Armie Hammer – were the finalists for the character, but the job appears to be wide open. Do you think Parrish would be right for Finnick?
